I have been in the delivery courier business for over 30 years. Often doing deliveries for third-party for other courier companies when needed. This is the only company that I've ever done deliveries for that simply refuses to pay for services rendered. They should be ashamed that is not the way to do business Beware. read more

Our firm used the Santa Rosa Rapid Express for the first time and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. They were responsive, professional, and handled our request from order to task completion in 24hrs. We were provided confirmations and updates for tracking purposes for every step in the courier process from the pickup point in Oakland to the delivery back here to our office. We will definitely use their services again in the future! read more

I worked with Rapid Express Courier Systems team Santa Rosa office for a work related need. The coordination and communication, even being out of state from me, was a very easy and simple process. The team quickly accepted my call, quoted the pricing by phone, and I was able to schedule for next day accordingly. They confirmed pick up time and delivery time. Very pleased with the process and ease of support. Thank you!! read more

I just called the company in the morning, probably with the most weird phone call for them. My mom is currently being scammed by a courier company by the name of Airospeed (http://airospeedc.com/index.php) which is modeled EXACTLY the same as this one. If you visit the website, they are even using the same images of the workers (with logos erased and t-shirt colors changed) and all the information is an identical copy. I am not sure what to do or where to go with this, I just don't want anyone else to be scammed. The gentleman that took my call was very courteous and listened to my story, so I am very grateful for the corporate of this company. I really hope they are able to do something about it, and if not, well at least they know a scamming company out there is using their info and they can warn their customer base :). read more

Our business very infrequently uses courier services here locally, but with staff continuing to work from home that need seems to be increasing. Recently I had an urgent short notice need for one box to be delivered from our business address to a residential address about 30 miles away. Rapid Express quickly responded in a few minutes and with no muss or fuss our package was taken care of quickly and professionally. My invoice was sent to me via email the next day. It's great to add a new trusted delivery service to our list. read more

My elderly mother-in-law drove up to Mendocino (from Sausalito) on a Friday afternoon and forgot some crucial medication which she needed to take by 10am Saturday. She realized on Friday evening that she forgot her pills and called us. It was after the FedEx and overnight delivery drop-off deadlines when she remembered. She did not want to drive back to Sausalito (it's a long and stressful drive for her) and I (son-in-law) could not drive up to Mendocino because I had events with my family to attend Saturday and could not leave my kids alone late on Friday night. We were all panicked and trying to figure-out what to do. I located Rapid Express online and called them. They answered on the second ring. Matt was on duty Friday evening. He was professional, gave me a quote while on the phone and arranged the logistics. It's not cheap, but all things considered, it was a fair price to get an important package to a distant location at the very last minute. I handed-off the package to Matt and it was delivered to my mother-in-law in Mendocino exactly as planned. Bottom line: Matt and Rapid Express are excellent. I highly recommend them. Very well managed service, great staff and I trust them completely. read more

Same day delivery with a quote in minutes. They provided emails of both pick up and delivery of package and were professional.

Need same day delivery from San Francisco to Modesto, the package didn't ready for pick up until noon and need to be there by 5pm. Plus, I didn't call to schedule the pick up until 10:30am. Wow, they came on time at noon and my customer receive the package at 2:30pm. Nice! Plus, the sale reps are super friendly. read more

Needed some help with a palletized shipment to a destination deemed undeliverable by a freight carrier. Rapid Express picked up the pallet from the freight terminal and delivered it to the consignee the same day. Got me out of a huge jam. Quote request was responded to promptly, price was on point, and service was entirely hassle free. I work with shippers every day and professionalism is big missing link in the industry. These guys are as good as they get. read more

I live on the east coast and had kind of an odd errand to run - picking up beer from a brewery only available in Cali and dropping off at a shipping facility. Matt from Rapid Express was fantastic overall - responsive, quick and and very accommodating. The brewery had a 12 bottle limit per person so Matt was able to send 2 people to the brewery so that I could get a whole case. Would absolutely recommend and use this service again!!! Thank you! read more

Ok, truly, customer service (and plain old human kindness) doesn't get better than this.... I have been pulling my hair out for 2 days trying to get through to Apria Health Care in Santa Rosa. Apria's driver picked up a box of health equipment from my home, and I inadvertently included in that box an expensive medical device that does not belong to Apria. It's an expensive piece of equipment so I've been in a panic to get it back. I live a long distance from Santa Rosa and wasn't in a position to drive there myself, but I got the idea to contact a courier service to see if a driver could go to Apria in person and plead with them to look for the device. What sheer luck that the first company I called was Rapid Express. Nellie answered my call. I explained my looong story about the lost machine. Nellie said, "No problem, we do lots of business for Apria, I'll call them for you." Somehow Nellie got through to the branch manager who helped her find the machine, and Nellie's driver is bringing it to me as I type. In a world where it seems nobody ever goes over and beyond anymore, I say.... DUMP TRUMP AND HILARY!!!! NELLIE FOR PRESIDENT!!!!! Rapid Express rocks. read more

Great service. We needed to get a small package to San Jose fast. Rapid got it there with in 3 hours of our call. The package they delivered was critical to our production and our company would have lost a lot of money if it did not arrive on time. If could some up the company in one word it would be life savers! read more

We needed to get an important medical device from Santa Rosa to Sea Ranch on the coast. Instead of wasting our vacation time driving to Santa Rosa and back, we hired Rapid Express to deliver it to us. They responded cheerfully, as if it were routine to drive that crazy, curvy stretch of Route 1, and the driver seemed to arrive almost immediately. He said he really knew the road, and we "breathed easier" as the courier departed (quotes because it was a breathing machine connector that he delivered). We recommend them highly. Not cheap, but worth it. read more

I've hired Rapid Express on March 27, 2015 for a package to deliver from SANTA ROSA to my customer staying in Holiday Inn Express LODI. The package was picked up at 10:44am and delivered on 2:42pm. I verbally provided my credit card information for prepayment, but they never got me an invoice or even a screenshot to prove my payment though I requested it at least 5 times by calling and sending e-mails. I needed an invoice or receipt to claim a reimbursement to the warehouse in Michigan that shipped a short quantity to the customer. Since the customer needed the full quantity delivered immediately, I had to hire a local courier at my cost and pass over the expense to the warehouse, but this courier never got me an invoice or receipt. read more
