I have been in the delivery courier business for over 30 years. Often doing deliveries for third-party for other courier companies when needed. I just called the company in the morning, probably with the most weird phone call for them. My mom is currently being scammed by a courier company by the name of Airospeed (http://airospeedc.com/index.php) which is modeled EXACTLY the same as this one. If you visit the website, they are even using the same images of the workers (with logos erased and t-shirt colors changed) and all the information is an identical copy. I am not sure what to do or where to go with this, I just don't want anyone else to be scammed. The gentleman that took my call was very courteous and listened to my story, so I am very grateful for the corporate of this company. I really hope they are able to do something about it, and if not, well at least they know a scamming company out there is using their info and they can warn their customer base :). read more

My elderly mother-in-law drove up to Mendocino (from Sausalito) on a Friday afternoon and forgot some crucial medication which she needed to take by 10am Saturday. She realized on Friday evening that she forgot her pills and called us. It was after the FedEx and overnight delivery drop-off deadlines when she remembered. She did not want to drive back to Sausalito (it's a long and stressful drive for her) and I (son-in-law) could not drive up to Mendocino because I had events with my family to attend Saturday and could not leave my kids alone late on Friday night. He was professional, gave me a quote while on the phone and arranged the logistics. It's not cheap, but all things considered, it was a fair price to get an important package to a distant location at the very last minute. Ok, truly, customer service (and plain old human kindness) doesn't get better than this.... I have been pulling my hair out for 2 days trying to get through to Apria Health Care in Santa Rosa. Apria's driver picked up a box of health equipment from my home, and I inadvertently included in that box an expensive medical device that does not belong to Apria. It's an expensive piece of equipment so I've been in a panic to get it back. I live a long distance from Santa Rosa and wasn't in a position to drive there myself, but I got the idea to contact a courier service to see if a driver could go to Apria in person and plead with them to look for the device. What sheer luck that the first company I called was Rapid Express. Nellie answered my call. I explained my looong story about the lost machine. Nellie said, "No problem, we do lots of business for Apria, I'll call them for you." Somehow Nellie got through to the branch manager who helped her find the machine, and Nellie's driver is bringing it to me as I type. We needed to get an important medical device from Santa Rosa to Sea Ranch on the coast. Instead of wasting our vacation time driving to Santa Rosa and back, we hired Rapid Express to deliver it to us. They responded cheerfully, as if it were routine to drive that crazy, curvy stretch of Route 1, and the driver seemed to arrive almost immediately. He said he really knew the road, and we "breathed easier" as the courier departed (quotes because it was a breathing machine connector that he delivered). We recommend them highly. I've hired Rapid Express on March 27, 2015 for a package to deliver from SANTA ROSA to my customer staying in Holiday Inn Express LODI. The package was picked up at 10:44am and delivered on 2:42pm. I verbally provided my credit card information for prepayment, but they never got me an invoice or even a screenshot to prove my payment though I requested it at least 5 times by calling and sending e-mails. I needed an invoice or receipt to claim a reimbursement to the warehouse in Michigan that shipped a short quantity to the customer. Since the customer needed the full quantity delivered immediately, I had to hire a local courier at my cost and pass over the expense to the warehouse, but this courier never got me an invoice or receipt. read more
