Additionally, the customer service is some of the worst that I have experienced. They mess up schedules, always assume they are right, and do not treat customers with respect. The nails were crooked. Tech did not tell me that the chrome was $15 so I didn't know until i went to pay that the color he incorrectly gave me was $15 more. The tech argued with me, and still expected a tip. I paid for the service and walked out without tipping.
