He was really detail-oriented and took his time making sure everything looked good. This is the worst nail experience I have ever had. I made an appointment at 5pm on a Thursday for 3 of us to get our nails done before taking my boyfriend to Vegas for his birthday. When we arrived at 5pm we ended up having to wait around for over 45 minutes to even get our appointments started. I was buying a gel manicure for my boyfriend but he ended up having to leave after waiting around for 45 minutes and still not being seen. Not to mention driving all the way across town. Super waste of his time. My girlfriend and I stayed and finally ended up getting seen after being there for almost an hour. What exactly is the point of an appointment then if they don't honor it? They also didn't honor the price on their website for a gel mani/pedi ($65), when their wall said $70, they still tried to charge me $80! I pointed at the price on the wall and they said "oh yeah, OK. 70" My nails looked good from afar when finished but once I got home and looked at them better it was a disaster. My toes were trimmed kinda but super sharp like razors on the edges so I had to trim and file those down so I didn't stab my boyfriend while snuggling. My fingernails were all bumpy and she didn't even take the polish to the edge of the nail by the cuticle. She also cut me on the tips of two of my nails from the corner of the cuticle to the top of my finger. Now a few weeks later since i have taken them off, I'm realizing that she filed the tops of my nails down so much before painting them that they are now paper thin...my nails all broke/ripped off down to the nail bed and some are bleeding and all hurt a lot. I'm having to put neosporin and bandaids on them at night and liquid bandaid during the day. It hurts to touch anything which is not good as I clean for a living. I'm super sad as I had been building up nice but semi short nails recently and now they are ripped and peeling on the top and stubs at the tips. This whole thing has been a nightmare. I went with my boyfriend to get a mani/pedi. I got the dip manicure and gel pedicure. Everything was great - we walked in and were immediately taken to get our pedicures. Both nail techs were thorough and did a great job. The pedicure was 35 for the next step up after basic and included a great massage along with dipping your feet in warm wax! The color for my nails I chose was really light and they checked with me that I was still happy with it multiple times. Will be coming back for sure - a great neighborhood find. read more

They got us in quickly. We did have an appointment They did not give my husband or me a massage with the basic pedicure. They left my toe bleeding. I got a gel manicure and after I asked it to be fixed a couple different times I still left with what you can see in these photos as a disaster of nails that will take an hour and a half to get redone somewhere else. read more

I've been here before and one of the lady's waxed my eyebrows and honestly she did them pretty good, you know trimmed them up and tweezed some hairs out; I was satisfied with the result. However I went in the other day to get my eyebrows and lip waxed while my mother got a mani pedi. I saw my eyebrows and they looked okay after. However I go to my car and actually look into them and it's like she never even touched them. The girl who did it was the manager or assistant manager. It kind of felt like she was in a rush or something but I was so not satisfied with the result. One last thing is they have a special or something going on if you spend 50 or more you'll get a free manicure. That day we spent 60-65 NEVER got a free manicure. Do not waste your money here. Horrible customer service and extremely sub par work. Had an appointment for 930am (when the shop opens and is clearly posted on their front door). The opening nail tech did not show up until 955am, almost 30 mins past opening time and the appointment that I made. The pedicure color I selected is nothing like what ended up on my toes. A very ugly and mute color is what it ended up being. The nail tech stated she would be able to do a certain design (a simple yin and Yang) and was not able to deliver whatsoever. In addition the nail tips she applied are crooked and the entire service was bad from start to finish and they charged me full price with absolutely no discount or care that they are late to open and did not supply a satisfactory service. I have never been one to complain or write negative reviews but I work hard for my money and would have expected at least a slight understanding of my multiple frustrations and they refused to work with me in the slightest bit. Don't make the same mistake I made and spend $100 on shotty work and bad customer service. Go literally anywhere else. read more

BE CAREFUL The mani and pedi were great but the manger handed me a menu with 4 pedicures prices and said "which one you want?" I pointed to very top pedicure which was the least expensive. He decided to go ahead and give me the one at the bottom for $55 instead of $25. PRETTY FAR from the top of the page I'd say. My first time visiting this salon and I was very impressed with the measures they're taking under COVID-19. Every station was socially distanced. All the tools were sterilized, as the esthetician opened a blue sterilized package at the beginning of my treatment. Plexiglass was between you and the esthetician. I was in a rush and they were able to do a gel manicure and express pedicure in 1 hour for $55! Very impressed with the speed, attention to detail, and how everything turned out! Beautiful new salon!! Came in on a Saturday afternoon and no wait time which was really nice! Guy who did my nails was alright, he contorted my hands in uncomfortable positions without warnings and got me a bit with the grinder ( got a refill + gel) but he was very apologetic and nice, not really a talker. CUT MY PINKIE SKIN....Came in once before for a mani and pedi. So decided to come in again despite the shellac only lasting about 1 week, thought maybe it's because I use a lot of cleaning chemicals. Anywho came in and decided to try the dip as I had before a while back at another nail salon. When I sat down she said "my nails were too short (they were shorter the first time) and she said I should add a bit of length to my nails. Ok, well when she starts filing my nails and I feel a sting I look down and her file had split my pinkie skin open. I let her clean me up and finish, well another technician took her place and I am not happy with the results my nails are lumpy and look like bad photoshopped picture.
