I went in for the pedicure and was seated immediately, they offer complimentary drinks, and it was a nice quiet ambience. I was seated to my pedicure chair and given a menu and colors to peruse. The tech came over and was so professional, this place really knows how to run things! The tech got to work after I picked one of the ten different types of pedicures they offer, he mentioned the condition of my toenails and my calluses and recommended that I shouldn't use a cheese grater, it was so nice! The pedicure continues and he asked what pressure I wanted for the massage portion. VAN was my nail tech and it was an amazing experience! I will definitely be back again.

Rachel has great customer service and is very easy to talk to. She wanted to make sure to save my natural nails and not put acrylic tips on since they end up ruining your natural nails.
