Manicures are a bit different there since you sit in a comfy chair and they work off of a pillow (vs table). Wowowow I just stopped in because it was right next to where I already was, and I am so glad I went in. Mike was SO good at his job. I've never gotten a better pedicure!! I also tend to be more of a quiet client and I'm really happy he respected that. But he was super kind and great!!! Everyone in there was nice and accommodating from what I saw. Haven't even gotten to the manicure and brows yet but I'm excited. Edit: top tier manicure from Mike as well. 10/10 Edit again: I wish I could respond to the people who called him cold and rude. Quiet, relaxing, and excellent service. I come here for my gel manicures and am immediately put into a blissful mood. They play Netflix and you get to recline on a chair while getting your nails done, no more hunching over a table! The nail artists here are kind people, and make sure you are satisfied. This was my first time visiting a Korean nail salon and it was one of the best experiences. I got a lavender pedicure (one of their specialty ones) and not only was the actual pedicure great but the extra add for the lavender was so worth it, I left there so relaxed. The feet/leg massage was amazing and the hot stone was the cherry on top, I melted into the seat. They also topped it off with a quick shoulder massage before I left too. I have hesitated in writing this as it will be difficult. I usually only write reviews when I can give a five star. On Thursday March 30th, 2017 at approximately 5pm I walked in for a full set of new pink and white nails. I was seated within a few short minutes. Only one other patron was there getting a pedi. I had not had anything done to my nails since Christmas and they were in great healthy shape. I keep them short. I sat down and the woman was very nice. She started on my nails. She applied some sort of tape and then sprinkled powder on them. I had seen technicians use the powder before so I didn't question it. I did put my glasses on and commented how unusual it was. She told me "We have a problem here." I thought she meant the tape so I let it go. At 6:45pm she finished. I went to the desk to pay and the young lady told me it would be $70. I about fainted! I said I asked for pink and whites. She said yes and preceded to tell me my nails were damaged and her mother had to do Silk nails and hard gel on me. I was floored. Shame on me! So I paid the $70 and gave a 20% tip. The woman did do the work. It will be two weeks tomorrow. The ladies that were there were very nice. The shop is modern and cute. It seemed clean. I am almost 50 years old and have never had any nail shop just do whatever they wanted. Also, my nails were not damaged. I will never go here again as I have no idea what they will do or charge me. I hope that this is not a common practice. I almost called the next day to tell them I would be putting a poor review on yelp but decided not to as they didn't tell me they were doing a $70 set of nails on me. I am sad to have to write this as I have been going to this salon since their opening and will never go again after my last experience. (Jade, I'll miss you girl- you were the best and this isn't a reflection of you and your work AT ALL. Unfortunately you were not there at the time of this experience). I am a mom of three (all under 4yr) and hardly ever get a chance to break away for a mani/pedi. I made a rare appointment last Saturday at 5pm for both services. When I arrived, I was seated in a pedi chair and soon realized, they were going to do my nails and my toes at the same time (a major pet peeve) as to close at 6. I was irritated that they were rushing to get me in and out. Aside from that, since I have been a patron of this salon since their opening, I had accrued a handful of punch cards and was told if I brought them all in, they would consolidate. I had three punch cards each with a handful of the allotted 10 punches each, and then two other cards, with 3 out of 5 punches. I told them, I didn't need to use all the punches in one day which would allow for $20 off vs. the $10 reward. They nail tech who seemed to be managing the salon at the time of close told me that three of the cards that I have accrued punches and rewards were no longer valid and I couldn't use them. Excuse me? She then proceeded to RIP THEM UP IN FRONT OF ME!!! Again, I wasn't trying to take advantage of them and use all the punches in one visit- I just wanted to consolidate and use the rewards at a future date. She said since management changed, the punch cards did too...mind you THEY WERE IDENTICAL CARDS! One card had 10 punches for $10 off and the other had $5 for $10 off. Unbelievable. So, I was rushed through a mani/pani without being able relax and enjoy it AND THEN had my punch cards from being a LOYAL patron ripped up and devalued after paying hard earned money for them. I went here off of a recommendation and I'm so glad I did. I went in with a picture for what I wanted and I appreciated the care and detail that was taken with my nails. I've never sat in a recliner to get my nails done but it was wonderful. The manager Vickie was incredibly sweet and took her time creating a gorgeous Christmas set for me. What I really appreciated was that when it came to removing the dip powder that I had on, we soaked it off instead of filing it off which I think preserved some of the strength in my nails. I tried this place out based on reviews and my being in the area. They only take appointments; however during my appointment I was the only one in the salon. I just thought they'd be booked out if they only took appts. I got a dip mani - they use the full size clear gel tips instead of just the end of the nail ones. It lasted awhile, but I always find those full size tips to be uncomfortable. The pedi was great, but they charged an extra $20 for gel polish which is RIDICULOUS! I don't think I will be back here. usually pleased with this place, but very disappointed with most recent visit (10/08/19). i made an appointment for 6p, arrived @ 5:50p, was not seen until 6:22p. the manicure was rushed & not well done (i.e., cuticles brutally handled, sloppy polish job). i was rushed to the nail drying table @ 6:50p. the tech approached me after 5 minutes, said my nails were fine, briefly ran her fingers over the still tacky & drying polish, then rushed me out the door, so she could close and leave on time. i ended up sitting in my car with the AC blasting so the polish would dry properly. i understand they close @ 7p & nobody wants to stay late; however, if this is the case, do not allow appointments past a certain time & continue to accept walk-ins OR see people at their scheduled appointment time. read more

I just got done getting a pedicure (6/16/17) and I had such a strange experience. All the women around me we're getting wonderful detailed service and massages and I wasn't even offered water (until I was about to leave). I sat in the pedicure chair for about 20 minutes before anyone started working (which is no big deal as they were working with other people). When a women started working on my toes she seemed upset that she had to do a pedicure and it only took her 12 minutes. I've had a lot of pedicures in my life and never has one taken such a short amount of time.. I'm disappointed because I paid $40 for someone to paint my toes and rub my feet for such a short amount of time. This is a really nice location I just wish I would have received the same service as the other women in there. read more

Although the salon was chic and in a good location, I am pretty bummed that my shellac mani that I got a little over a week ago, didn't live up to its expectations. Two of my nails have completely peeled off and a few others are chipping. The woman who did my nails seemed confused as she had to re-do my thumb because it peeled off while she was filing. Not sure if she knew what she was doing considering she put my fingers to dry simultaneously in a UV and LED dryer about 20 times, not relaxing! This pristine and quiet salon is located on Mineral between Santa Fe and Wadsworth near the Dunkin Donuts. I have been in to have Esther do my nails 3 times now. She is the first person who would do fiberglass nails for me since moving to Colorado 8 years ago. After several disasters at other salons, I stopped having them done until now! Esther is the best at this type of nail that she calls, "old American style"! My nails have an overlay, but they are super thin like a natural nail! I am thrilled! I had a pedicure on this visit, and the products were very nice, and they use a yoga block to prop your foot when they are exfoliating the dead skin. The music is nice, the pedi chairs recline and massage. There was on song during my 2 hours there that didn't fit with the others, but Esther and Hannah didn't seem to notice them floating "F" bombs in the background so it was my private joke! The salon is nice. I came in for a dip manicure and was asked to come back, which is fine. I'd rather they spend time on their customers then try and rush and get me in. Once I did come back it didn't seem like the girl really wanted to take off my dip that i had on. She asked another a lady, I'm assuming the manager if she wanted to do them so the manager filed and wrapped my nails. The other technician came back and started taking the wrap off. She didn't take her time to make sure all of my previous dip was gone. She never used the machine file thingy like the other salons do either. Once she dipped my nails she buffed them out with a file and again didn't use the machine file. It didn't seem like she does many dip nails so maybe just lack of experience? They look okay, however you can see the file makes on the nails in the right lighting and she didn't buff out the bottoms like other salons have done before so I'm not sure how long they will hold up. She did do a full mani (soaking my hands and cuticle care) prior to dipping which most places never do. And once she came back after having the manager wrap them she was very nice. However, she did offer another client getting a pedicure something to drink (coffee, tea or water) while working on my nails, but never asked me which I found strange. They also charged $10 more than my usual salon does. I came here since my salon is closed on Sundays. I'm not sure if I'll be returning, it just depends on long they last. read more

*I wish I can give them zero stars. I went in on a Monday at 3 o'clock and there was one employee on the floor working with one male client. When I asked for a removal and fresh dip she called somebody out from the back. The new girl came up to the front and I asked her if I can get a removal and dip , she then said"It would take too long to remove my nails" The salon was not busy obviously and when I asked her why she would not be able to do the service she said it's just too long to do. She then, after I looked at her with the are you kidding me right now ? said "well I guess if you want you can come back." II would not recommend anybody to go here because this is just lazy service. I have tried different locations in the area but customer service wise I have to say this is the best place I've been to. Mugi and Jess are very nice, sweet and delicate. They are pleasant to talk to and the manager is also very welcoming. They make you feel wanted and at home. The price is a bit steep but nothing I wouldn't pay for great services. I am definitely going to ask for a deeper clean/callus removal but other than that I love this place. They only do regular pedi/mani, gel and dip no acrylics. Definitely recommend. read more
