I have gone twice now. They put product on your cuticles and skin. About a week after having them, you start picking at your nails because the product starts lifting. They don't cover your whole nail with the top coat. I have done the acrylic and dip. I won't be going back! read more

I want to love this place, but they need to do better. I was a first time visitor. Went in with at least 2 hours before close, and was the only customer there. They were nice, but the job they did was not. They did a manicure and pedicure in less than an hour, and no not at the same time. Hindsight I should have said something, but I was dumbfounded and just kind of expect them to do what they say they will. The pedicure even lists what is part of it, and it wasn't done. They didn't clean under my nails, fingers or toes. Didn't massage feet, legs, or hands. Putting on lotion, barely, doesn't count as a massage. Really noting other than that. The salt scrub on legs and feet didn't happen. She put the salt on my feet, made about one moment on each then rinsed. Didn't really exfoliate, or get the dead skin off. Over all I did not feel valued at all. I understand if a place is packed, or about to close you might be rushed, but I purposely avoid that. Less than an hour tells you how skimpy the services were. I don't want to put them down. Like I said they were nice, and the location is beautiful. I hope they see this and take it to heart. read more

Tracy was amazing at acrylics, she did a great job. My pedicure (which was done by a different lady) was a mess. My 7 year old son could have done a better job. Not only did it look horrible, by day 2 most of it had chipped off. One day three, I had an acrylic nail split down the middle. I went into the salon on a Friday before leaving town and I told the lady my nail cracked. She took super glue, dropped it all over my nail, which then her blue glove and my finger was glued to and pulled them apart and said ok, that's good. Were busy. I couldn't believe it. Pedicures are great, but if you need acrylic nails they are not very good. I was talked into an Ombré nail and was showed the example and my nails were horrible. Too thick, bubbles, color not even and when I said I didn't like it, they tried to put a French on top of it. I ended up going home, taking them off and went to another salon to get them fixed. First, let me say that the staff is extraordinarily nice! I was pleased with how clean the salon was and how tranquil it was (not very busy on a Saturday - good for me, not good for them). The manicure and pedicure, though, were sub-par. I had just moved here and went here because of the good yelp reviews. Now, I'll admit my nails were short because of the damage from the move, but I ended up with polish on my cuticles and bubbles in the polish. And my toenails were not properly trimmed; they were cut shorter with a cuticle trimmer, instead of a nail clipper, so they were not evenly trimmed/straight. But, again, super nice people. But, alas, that's not what will make me return. :( read more

I went to Lucy Nails for the first time for a pedicure and had a great experience. The staff was so very friendly, the salon was very clean, well lit, nice music, and great massage chair. I had the deluxe pedicure, which is the mid level pedicure service they offer, and it was very relaxing. I would definitely go back again! read more

Went here to get nails done for a wedding. Things started off ok with my pedicure and at first with my shellac manicure. And then it just fell like she was rushing. She ended up cutting my pinky nail to get rid of extra polish and it ended up peeling in a week. read more

You are greeted with a big "Hello" from everyone when you walk inside, and given a bottle of water. Lucy's is a modern, super clean salon, and all instruments are sterilized. You never feel rushed. Best place for a quality pedicure at an affordable price ($25). Owner is picky about cleanliness and sterilizing tools, which is reassuring for the customer! An attractive setting and very friendly techs who take their time to give you a pampered experience. They start by bringing you a bottled water to your chair and offering to start the massage chair for you. A relaxing experience!
