This has become our go-to spot for nails and has been for the past 5 years. The staff is SO friendly, provides great ideas when stuck and a great manicure, every time. My mom and I come about once a month and every time we are there, the women are so nice to us, assist my mom (she has Alzheimer's and doesn't always understand what the nail process entails - special thank you to Daisy!!) and understand her needs and try to time our manicures together - which makes everything easier! Sure, the pricing has increased a little over time, but what doesn't in this economy? It's a good bang for your buck - especially for the quality. STAY AWAY!!! I thought I'd try a different salon and it was a mistake for sure. Literally the meanest staff in this nail salon. All I did was ask what the price was for services and not only did the price change and repeatedly go up when I asked how much services were -but they got MAD AT ME FOR ASKING. I mean shouldn't you be able to KNOW the price before they start the service??? RIDICULOUS! Also the pedicure I got was not what I paid for! The service was soooo rushed and was honestly horrible..and don't dare say anything because then YOU are the problem not any of the service they did. I came here around a year ago and came back in Dec of 2024. The quality and care I receive every time is phenomenal. I had Vanny grace me with a full set (photo shown) and an eyebrow wax. She cared so much about the placement of every speck of glitter and how I felt about it. Constantly checking if I was okay with it. I don't get nails very often but Vanny may have changed my mind! Love the music playing and the laughter of other employees. They showed so much love for the regulars that were there!! I used to love this place but the last 2 shellac manicures I have had were rushed and the gel started to peel after 3 days. Neither manicure lasted more than a week. I told them about it and nothing was done. My shellac from here always last for more than 2 weeks when done correctly. Won't be going back. read more

I've thought a lot about posting this review. I used to frequent this salon a little over a year ago and was very happy with their services. Unfortunately due to money constraints I had to stop going. My daughter just turned 13 and had asked to get her nails done and I immediately thought of this place. I made us appointments and all were excited to go! When we arrived i told them it was my daughter's first gel manicure and that she was really excited. Instead of feeling pampered I felt rushed! There had to be a polish change due to not enough of a specific color and I left with this! There were plenty of people working that day with no one in the waiting area. At a place with such high reviews, this is unacceptable. If not for having other plans for my daughters birthday, at $43 for a gel manicure I should have made them do it again. Now that it's a week later and the edges are curling, all I want to do is get it off. read more

My usual tech was called out for a family situation, so Wendy did my nails. Long story short, she cut me several times with the cuticle trimmer and filed the sides of my dip manicure until I was wincing and jerking with pain. Before you read my review, i want it to be known that i reached out to Michelle from Wow Nails to give her an opportunity to rectify the situation. She told me that "Our policy is only warranty and take responsibility for the services if the feedback is within 24 hours. But we'll be here and help you fix yours if you want to." I responded and asked if it would be free of charge to me and i never received a response meaning it would not be. I called around 10:20 on a Friday and asked if they had an appointment available in about 30 minutes for a dip manicure and a pedicure. The woman on the phone said no problem, to come on in. I left immediately and arrived close to 11:00 since I live about 30 minutes away. I was told that my appointment was at 10:30 and I was late. This was frustrating since I told the woman I spoke to that I was 30 minutes away. I couldn't have made a 10:30 appointment after making it at 10:20. But it wasn't a big deal so I waited. A man took me to the pedicure chair and got me prepped for my pedicure. Unfortunately, he dropped a bottle of red polish on the floor. The polish splashed onto my white shirt. There wasn't a lot, about 4 small areas of drops. The gentleman who dropped the polish did not see that polish splashed on my top and he was cleaning up so I didn't want to bother him. When I sat down for my dip manicure, he asked why I had some dried red polish on my hand. I let him know that it was from the polish he dropped. He said "Well, at least it didn't get on your shirt!" I then showed him the spots on my shirt. He took some cotton balls and nail polish remover and scrubbed my top. Like, he grabbed my shirt (revealing my midriff to the entire salon) and tried scrubbing the red polish on my white bUnfortunately, that just made it worse. When I checked out, I imagined my nail technician would give me some kind of discount for ruining my blouse, but no such luck. My bill was still $90.00. I was very upset when I left but my nails looked nice so I thought I could let it go. However, two weeks later, my toenail polish has almost completely chipped off and my dip powder has literally peeled off of my nails. It almost looked like gel when it came off because it was in a solid piece and just came off. I am very disappointed! Dip manicures usually last 4-5 weeks for me. I have never had issues this soon and I have never seen dip powder just peel off like that. For $90, I expected a much better outcome. I am highly disappointed in the business ethics and practices that Michelle displays. How would I know in the first 24 hours that both my pedicure and dip manicure would end up being awful? I am also completed baffled that they wouldn't have offered some kind of discount for ruining my shirt! It's very unprofessional. read more

I have tried this nail salon 4-5 times under the new ownership and have to say that I am extremely disappointed with the nail product services! I have short nails which I've always had done with Shellac and love the look. The last 3 times I've had my nails done at WoW Nails witching less than a week the shellac is peeling off of my finger nails and or cracking. I went in and they kindly redid mine and my friends nails last week when this issue occurred however, it is only been four days and the new shellac has peeled off and is cracking on my finger nails. I'm not sure that the products they are using are that good. The service is pretty good and nice people. read more

Cherry on top was to find a business that also provided nail art services. This place checked all the boxes so I went in hopeful, but not with high expectations. Great service, I know a few of the technicians from another salon and they do quality work on the hands and feet! Mani full set dipped and shellac pedi done today very pleased! Clean and bright space, they use disposable liners in the pedicure sink basins which I love and tools come out of a sterile package, huge plus in my book they offer waxing as well might try that next time. This nail salon is an old salon under a new name and ownership. I followed Nancy there from another salon because she is so good at what she does. She is so sweet and has an amazing heart for people and for what she does. She's been doing nails for over 22 years and it shows. She doesn't pressure her customers to come in more often than they want, she leaves that up to them because she truly wants her clients to be happy. I had previous, bad experiences with powder dipped nails and she talked me into trying them again done by her. That's all I get now. They last so well for me. I'll post the pictures. And if this is something you would pay 60 dollars for then go for it. I however would hardly spend 20 on them. I went in to WOW and explained to the lady that A) I had never gotten my nails done so I don't know what to ask for, B) I had a really big interview for a job as an esthetician where I had to perform a service and I needed my nails to look nice since my hands were the focal point, C) I wanted more than anything for my nails to look clean and even for my interview, D) and finally that I worked a physically laboring job so my nails were dirty and uneven and that was why I was here. I would have hoped that an experienced nail tech would take those facts and explained to me my best options instead of sticking me with something that accomplished none of that.The lady said I could do acrylic or dip, and I said I wasn't sure about it so we went with dip. They did not TOUCH my cuticles. Clean them, clip them, push them back, nothing. My nails were cut extremely short and uneven. This you can see in the picture. And they made my hands just look awful. I decided I couldn't wear this to my interview, so I went in and explained why I didn't like them. I tried to be really polite and understanding. They told me it was my fault for not asking specifically for a manicure, and that if you get your nails dipped then they won't touch your cuticles. I said word for word "thank you for explaining to me, and I understand the difference. But I still feel like I should have been told this in the beginning when I explained what I wanted with no experience." They made me feel stupid for not knowing, and made it seem obvious that only getting your nails painted and nothing else warranted your cuticles being touched. Anyways, lost money, looked like an idiot for going back, and never even got nails for my interview. They offered to redo them, but with how they looked I couldn't risk it for my interview.
