An nail infection started 2days after i got the service.
A Y.

Terribly over charged me. Poor quality. Didnt wash nails, soak them, use oil or lotion. Didn't remove dead skin.from feet. Construction worker walking back and forth through the middle of the room to install cameras. Not a relaxing atmosphere. Acrylic nails were not same lengths. Sadly, i get a mani/pedi once a year with my mom and usually really enjoy it but not this time. Someone even ran over my mom's toe with a rollie chair.

This is what it looked like when I got home for $50 I will be going back Monday for a refund.

Not impressed got a pedicure on my birthday on Friday, July 26, 2024 it was terrible spend $50. I was asked if something was wrong because my face said it all. The beautician did not do great work or really put no real effort into the work. Stressful environment. Please don't waste your money. I specifically asked if they had a cheaper pedicure under $50 she told me no and I looked later when I was doing the yelp review so she lied so I spend money I didn't have to. I have advanced osteoarthritis so I was in pain and when I got home I really took time and looked at the work on my right foot and it looks terrible.

Friendly staff a variety of options when it comes to pedicures with reasonable pricing. I dont do much else but they welcome walk-ins if theres openings

Chipped nail polish

I have been coming here for over 5 years. The past couple visits my nails turned out horribly. I went back to have my nails fixed after the paint was chipping, and a nail broke two days after getting them done. They asked me to come back on another day, because they were too busy. Then I come back another day, and they ask me to wait. After 40 minutes I ask when they will be doing my nails, they tell me soon. Another 30 minutes go by, no apology for the wait. They told me I have to wait on the nail tech that initially did my nails, even though there are other techs just hanging out. Why cant they help assist? Why am I waiting this long, especially when they initially messed up on my nails? HORRIBLE customer service. I then get my nails fixed and the same day the paint is chipping, and another nail breaks. I will never be coming back to this salon again that's for sure!

WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY? THEN GO TO SIGNATURE NAILS.

Absolute worst experience at Signature Nails! Complete waste of time & money. Their employees are improperly trained. The tools are not sanitized! It is dirty in there! & they over charge for very basic service. If you call and request an appointment they will completely disregard what you asked for when you sit down. They do not correct their mistakes & they are one of the worst nail salons to go to in the Denver Metro area. Save your money & go else where. Called in and made an appointment to get a manicure & walked out with cuts, paint on my skin and crusty shit all over my hands. Horrible service, ignorant, incompetent staff and dirty unsanitary environment. My nails are 10x worse than before. They are crooked, uneven, not painted well... I could have painted them at home and they would have come out better.

Sooooo don't go to Signature Nails. Lisa jacked up my nails baaaaad. And I called and went back to get them fixed and the lady at the front literally called me a liar and that I asked for them this way. I've never had nails this short.... I only went here because my normal nail lady (WHO IS BOMB) is out of town in Mexico for her bday. She literally told me Lisa has been doing nails for 20 years so she knows what she's doing. LISA KEPT FILING MY NAILS DOWN. They're fat, lumpy and crooked. The ends are all slanted. And then the lady calls up Lisa who gives me, IM NOT JOKING, gives me such a dirty look and goes "you asked for them that way." And starts talking in Korean to the other front lady. The front lady says she'll only fix the crooked ones. I say they're all crooked. And she goes "I'll fix the shape." And I asked for a refund to be able to go get them done at another place and get fixed BECAUSE I PAID $58.... and she tells me they don't do refunds. There's no sign up anywhere in the store for no refunds. So I asked if I could just get a new set because they're already sooo short... and the lady says no they can't do that either. I've never been so disrespected in my life. She then asks if I want to get them fixed still and I say yes because my boyfriend fronted me the money so I feel guilty using his money in the first place... I sit down and the guy working the front asked another girl to come stand by me!!!! And they continue to just stare at me. So I called My boyfriend and I just lost it on the phone and he said I don't have to get them fixed there, I can go somewhere else and I should just leave. So I tell the front guy I don't want to get them fixed and I will be reporting them.... And then the guy, the girl he had stand by me and the front lady come to the front door and watch me walk to my car and the lady who was being so rude to me follows me outside and asks if I still want them fixed. By this time I'm in tears and still on the phone with Matt..... I had a customer at my work tell me my nails are Effed up at work today too.... so I'm already not in a good mood.... THIS IS WHY I DONT GO TO ANYONE BESIDES MY NORMAL LADY. Trust me, I'll be ripping these pieces of crap off my nails tonight and tomorrow and I'll be going to get a new set Saturday evening when I get off work earlier.... they're so fat and lumpy.... I can't believe this. Now I have to go spend another $50 getting them fixed DONT GO TO LISA. DONT GO TO SIGNATURE NAILS. And come to find out after the fact, my friends that had gone to Lisa say her work is lazy now and she's done the same crap to them. She said it seems like Lisa only does nice nails for people she likes. If she doesn't like you, she jacks your nails what the heck is wrong with this customer service. I'm surprised they have a following at all. I had shared my photos of the nails- the photos didn't post. Still have them. Enjoy.

As a Licensed cosmetologist who also studied nails and skin this nail salon needs to be audited by the state for the poorly ran establishment . I used to get my nails done here every year for my birthday, this year I went and had an awful experience. During my pedicure she did not cut or file my nails at all she just painted them and use a stone massager for 2 minutes then sent me on my way to get the worst manicure of my life. They did not even do anything I asked the entire service. My nails for my birthday were hideous. I am embarrassed that I chose to trust them when I went back to get them fixed once they chipped off in 2 days. 100% do not recommend this place.

Ugly nails
Lucirose S.

Do not go here, they rush and they over charge. These nails are so ugly, bulky, uneven etc. I cried after getting these done.

My repaired nail isn't rounded out like the others and the flower decoration broke within the first week along with the acrylic chipping.
jo p.

I had a terrible experience trying to get my nails repaired after they broke three days after I went to this salon for an acrylic rebase. I've never had nails break off in the first week. The shellac started to flake off too! I made an appointment and waited an hour to be seen then argued about being charged. I'll never go to them again. The repair doesn't even look like my other nails.

Subpar acrylic job

This used to be one of the top nail salons in Denver, took my baby sister there for from nails hers were left bumpy and uneven. My technician cut me on two different fingers and they didn't bother putting the gems in a straight line. Once in the light my nails are bumpyy too and sloppy. I do not recommend coming to this spot anymore. Not only I was charged 90$ for her two colors of nails and 85$ for my dip set. Total rip off and they aren't great . Sad to see a place that was so great devolve to this....

Juniper W.

I drove 30mins to this salon !I'm more than disappointed i think this is this best salon in Denver UNFORTUNATELY NAOMI IS THE WORST!!!My Nails and the bows are crooked dark pink is natural pink which she said its the same as the picture no its not!!!I know what dark pink looks like!!You need to get rid of her

DO NOT GO HERE. This is undeniably one of the very worst nail salons in the area. Their "#1 Voted Nail Salon" sign drew me in. There's no way they are actually voted #1. Their customer service is awful. They are very unorganized, and somehow have a lot of business. Those two things mixed lead to taking forever to check guests in, and a very hectic waiting area. They even told me I didn't have an appointment scheduled, when I had called in an hour ahead. I was told that I had to wait 25 minutes for my service. Being a patient person, I figured it was just a mistake with the receptionist, and decided to wait. I speak Mandarin. I have never heard so much sh*t talking in a nail salon, ever. The manicurists were giggling amongst themselves, making fun of the guests' hair, clothes, and saying things like "her outfit is no good, I don't have to spend as much time on this one". I thought the woman who had done my nails did an okay job. She nicked the sides of my nailbeds several times with the electric filer. If you've ever had that happen, it's awful. The lady also skipped out on the normal spa treatments (like the hand massage). But, it gets worse. I was prompted to write this review after one of my nails ripped off in the car door, and I noticed a nasty yellowing under the nail that was definitely not there before. I went in to urgent care and was told it was a fungus, likely from bacteria in the acrylic nail. This place is awful, unsanitary, and unsafe. Go ANYWHERE else.

This is what you get for 60.00 chipped Gel manicure after two days and a salon who doesn't stand behind their workmanship.

Don't waste your money - the quality is terrible. My pedicure started peeling after two days and gel manicure after three days while on a cruise ship. This happened last two times I went there. Plus she put the gel so thick and close to my cuticles that it is catching on my hair. They don't seem to be trained well I'm contacting BBB it's horrible they don't guarantee their work. I won't waste my money at this place. They shouldn't be in business.

I scheduled my 25 min foot bath at 1:30p and then the 50 min salt cave session at 2p. From the moment I walked in I was warmly greeted. Checked in immediately, as I had entered all voucher info ahead of time. I was escorted back to the foot bath suite of 3 (and was by myself) was taken great care of by the very knowledgeable and friendly staff. She was training someone and they both were kind and just made me feel so comfortable. Once that was done and the ion thingy did its thing - she went over all the different colors and things we saw in the water. Super interesting. Then I was led to the salt caves and was wowed! Soooo pretty and relaxing. Again I was by myself so it was even more relaxing, but I wished I had all my friends with me - because it is very neat. Kicked back in the lounge chair with a blanket and just breathed in all the good air. That was Friday afternoon; it is now Sunday morning and I just finished a workout and STILL feel light on my feet!! Can't wait to go back!

The salt room itself is beautifully calming--between the soft stars on the ceiling and the soothing music, it was the perfect place to just unwind. The session lasts 50 minutes, and we loved that we could just put our phones away & it turned into a space where we could just sit, breathe, and reset. We both came in feeling a bit stuffy and curious to see if the salt would help, and we truly noticed a difference afterward! Overall, it was a peaceful, rejuvenating experience, and we would definitely go back. Highly recommend if you're looking to relax and recharge!

You won't get a hot tub and steam room and just the general not genuine feel of a spa here. Their focus is your relaxation. I slept so much haha massage was phenomenal then I got a full body steam in their tent steam (so you still get a steam!). Then I got a body salt scrub which has left me super soft. Their focus is wellness. I ended with a foot facial with is basically the same thing as a regular facial but on your foot. Also their building used to be a brothel so it has some history to it! It looked that way so I asked about the history of the building and she confirmed it! The heated stones were the perfect temperature-- warm enough to radiate heat deeply into my muscles, and when they were finally placed in my hands and feet, the warmth seemed to envelop my entire body. As she moved along my arms and legs, the texture of the stones created a gently scratchy sensation that was incredibly satisfying, almost like the soothing pleasure of a light back scratch-- relaxing in a way that's hard to describe but instantly calming. When the stones were placed on different areas of my body, the warmth seemed to travel through my entire limb, creating a full body sense of ease and releases combined with the doused deep tissue work, it completely melted away tension. I also really appreciate firm pressure and in past massages, I've often felt like it just wasn't quite enough. Shantronda, however, delivered exactly why I was hoping for-- strong and consistent pressure that truly worked into the muscles. I walked out feeling lighter, looser and deeply restored, which was exactly what I needed. Weekends are more expensive. Pool: we were told that we have access to the amenities until 8pm. Since our massages were at 6pm and 7pm, we showed up around 4:30pm. But the pool service ends at 5pm so after that we couldn't order any food or drink. There was a towel in the pool and a lot of trash underneath the pool chairs (which you can see if you're in the pool or looking underneath the chairs). So they could do a better job of cleaning up after guests have left the pool area. Massage: great! Just know that a Swedish massage is light to medium pressure. If you need medium or above, book a deep tissue massage. The massage table has warming capabilities and you can choose from oil or shea butter for the massage. Spa: outdated. The spa has 2 showers (1 with an infrared light that did not work), 1 steam room (not really hot), 1 relaxation room (3 reclining chairs), 1 whirlpool, 1 waiting & relaxation room with tea & snacks, and 1 small locker room (which gets cramped). Seems that they overbook - so it's not the most relaxing experience with so many people. Property: The hotel itself is outdated and more casual - the lobby furniture and design in particular. Having been to a few Four Seasons Hotels, it doesn't seem like a Four Seasons. If you're at the spa and want to go to the pool, you have to leave the spa area, go through the reception area, pass the gym and enter the pool area. There's a door between the pool and spa, but it's locked. Unlocking it for customer convenience / experience would be great. Comfort: if you are a person of color this may be an uncomfortable experience. NOT because of the staff (they are amazing), but because of the clientele. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.
