The tech came over and was so professional, this place really knows how to run things! The tech got to work after I picked one of the ten different types of pedicures they offer, he mentioned the condition of my toenails and my calluses and recommended that I shouldn't use a cheese grater, it was so nice! I called Shallac, the man that answered the phone said to go ahead and come in and they'd be happy to help me. I'm not from the area and I was very hesitant at first because I depend on people's reviews. Shellac didn't have many reviews or photos on yelp. I went off the reviews and photos on google. The man was friendly and I kind of didn't have any other options so I thought I'd give them a try. The man that answered the phone must of been the owner. Very nice man. He immediately helped me to a chair to get my pedicure started. Well, he began to remove my polish and cuticles and cut my nails. There was probably 4-5 female employees and they were all busy and it seemed like the man didn't want to keep me waiting so he began to work on my pedicure. I'm not used to a man working on feet so it was a bit awkward but I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. Then a lady began working on my hands and the man stepped away and said he was going to allow the lady to paint my toes, which was fine with me. A few minutes later, a customer walked in and wanted a wax. Apparently, The lady working on my hands was the only one who did the waxing so she had to stop doing my nails. The man was standing over her shoulder as she was doing my nails, kinda rushing her. So, I appreciate how he doesn't like the customer to be waiting but I feel like he may stress the employees out and have them feel a bit rushed. Anyway, they did a good job on my nails. I got a gel pedicure and manicure. The price was good. But, my nails usually last 2-4 weeks and my manicure didn't last 2 weeks. They began to chip and I had to remove them.
