Wanted to love this place but everytime i've signed up for a service something goes wrong. Always thought the booking system was faulty even when it was space bar. Went under renew and made an appt and the day of they couldnt find my appt with my guest. They placed us in a small room that barely had enough space for 1 person let alone two. One time I went the showers were broken, another time towels piled up in one of the showers and lastly I don't think the saunas work properly. I went in a sauna at arthra wellness and within 10 mins I was sweating bullets. Everytime I go to renew I barely break a sweat in the sauna. Makes it hard to justify spending money on treatments. read more

I've been here for a red light therapy and cold plunge. I really enjoyed both services and the staff was really friendly too. I'm new to cold plunge but I definitely felt a bit more energized through the day. Red light therapy I didn't notice a huge difference but I only did it once and I believe you're supposed to do that one a few times to feel effects. They have a couple rooms, I believe and we utilized the small room, which was a little snug for two people but we knew it would be going in. If you want to utilize the cold plunge and sauna with a friend, I recommend getting the bigger room. It also helps to have a buddy for encouraging you to stay in longer if you're trying it for the first time. I will be back after the holidays! read more

I'm back for the saunas, float tank, and tomorrow I'm trying out the red light therapy. Such a clean and aesthetically lovely space. The people are special too, patiently answering any questions and earnestly sharing about the services they offer... that they clearly believe in. I am reallyreally enjoying the saunas. I've been in both the small and large one. I found them totally do-able, and I'm relatively new to this. In fact, this went from do-able to addicted pretty quickly for me. Float tank took a few minutes to get used to. It was my second attempt (first at Just Float). I was able to drop in better this time around. Couple tips: the dial on the wall is music volume, the white button turns lights on and off, and DO use the head floaty to keep your head above water... and the towel they provide to cover your eyes (if you get epsom salt in them, they will sting)! read more

Cold Plunge Review: Make sure you research cold immersion and have a specific protocol in mind before you come here. We did not get credible guidance. The business should educate first timers! For example, we were instructed to transition from the cold plunge to the sauna. In fact, it's their "Fire and Ice package. This will "short circuit" some of the metabolic increases from the therapy according to a scientific paper mentioned on Huberman. Google "Using Deliberate Cold Exposure for Health and Performance Huberman Lab" for some recent science. Receptionist was super friendly. They were understaffed so the service was slow. We didn't mind at all because we were having a lazy sunday but keep it in mind. If she wasn't super friendly the review would be 3 stars, not 4 because I wanted to give it a 3.5 :) Update: Thanks for the response Jacob. I have a lot to learn and appreciate that there is no one size fits all and more research needed around cold immersion. read more

Cold plunging is changing my health so much for the better. I go in feeling tired and anxious and leave calm and energized. Moises is the best coach. I only stayed in more than 2 seconds the first time because I didn't want to disappoint his calm and patient eyes. LOL But the body adapts and now I'm doing two minutes easy. The place is nice and clean and friendly. They have lots of other cool health options but I haven't tried them yet. read more

Note: If it's your first time, look for the entrance of the Fit Bar Superfood Cafe next to Urth Caffe. I was searching for a float tank to relax and have some self-care time; I found so much more! My partner and I experienced the float tank, fire&ice, red light therapy and the compression boots. I was looking specifically for a couples floating experience but the tank is not suited for two, which was fine. We also did the fire& ice bath and we were able to enjoy that together. The ice bath is something I've wanted to try for some time now, so when I saw that they provided this service too, I had to do it. I'd say that was quite the challenge. The staff was very accommodating and we appreciated that. I felt very comfortable there. It was our first time doing everything. They certainly care about your wellness here. We will be coming back and I'm recommending this place to all. We did all of that in one day which I wouldn't recommend but do what's best for you! We left feeling like we were floating, haha!The juice bar in the front is great too! Also very accommodating! However, the place could have been a bit more cleaner & with directions on the wall on suggestions for the cold and hot plunge. My guy is a D1 athlete so he was familiar with s cold plunge. It was kind of dirty/dusty. The sauna seemed old and wood and walls kept coming up. Lol. We just laughed about it. You really don't have privacy as people can walk by and see you. So ladies and gents cover up unless you got it, then flaunt it! read more

But at our first visit it seemed disorganized and not very clean - more of a gym vibe than a wellness vibe. After one visit I contracted a severe case of athlete's foot- the first time in my life. I have been to float tank a few times before but I was just walking by the other day looking for something to eat and I was approached by a guy named Adam. I decided wait a few days before I wrote this review just to make sure that he was authentic and this guy is so awesome!!! I immediately bought a week and my friend is having a blast using it, which was a birthday gift. Adam was extremely friendly he turned the whole experience from just feeling like a business transaction to networking with a good friend and he made it feel more like I was at home, I deal with a lot of service but he definitely went above and beyond AND that kind of experience was what made me want to bring some other friends as well but I definitely have to give a shout out to Adam for getting me set up with the week and for giving me a walk around and making me feel like I was a priority!!!! I wanted badly to love this place. When I first arrived the person who greeted me was lovely, warm and told me what to expect. I booked 3 services ($75). There were two tours of the facility occurring, so some noise but not a big deal. I was relaxing in the red light when the person who was working (a new person who came on shift at 3pm) was giving a tour to a male voice. He opened the curtain and it wasn't until after he did so that the woman who was working said, "someone is in there". The male said "oh my god!", so clearly he saw something. Thank god I was wearing a bathing suit!! For all I know I could have been completely naked. Even brief it feels violating when you are in a totally relaxed stated after multiple treatments to be jarred like that. I won't be returning. read more
