I spend about 75-90 mins in the standard gym per session. I worked out on the VRX Big 3 machine for a total of 7:36 minutes and I tell you i am exhausted. I left the facility with a good muscle pump and a feeling that I just put in some work. Alex (owner) was knowledgeable, motivating, and complimenting. He walks you through each exercise and proper form and safety is a priority. Like anything in life, you will get out of it what you put into it. If you just want to go through the motions this isn't for you and you will waste your money.
