There is no place for electrolysis that I have found that has warranted even a second try. The location is clean, bright, beautifully decorated. The service is impeccable. I would recommend Tsambika to anyone with a need for electrolysis. She is excellent at her work, as well as empathetic and funny. I can't say enough about Anthisi and Tsambika Pelardis.

Since then the services have been good, but the owner is habitually on her phone and texting during my appts and thus my 15 minute appts take much longer and it doesn't feel safe to me. I had to point this out to her. She recently cancelled due to the snow and then didn't reach back out to reschedule. I had to call her. Today I went for my reschedule and she wasn't even there. She called in and was going to be twenty minutes late but I had another appt after and couldn't wait. How would she feel if I showed up 20 minutes late when she had other clients waiting? I am sure she wouldn't be waiting for me.

First off, the spa music was skipping around and stopping sporadically and even played a couple ads. Super relaxing. I don't think my masseuse was trained properly because she was essentially rubbing her knuckles and forearm bones along my bones. Pretty sure that's not supposed to happen. Not sure if she thought it was my muscle or what. Mid way through she tried to upsell me on the hot stone enhancement, but I declined, mostly out of fear those would be grinded on my bones as well. There's a spa next door so I'm trying them next.

I initially had a nice experience at G Lab Aesthetics. The place is beautiful, super clean and…read moreoffered me water while I waited for my laser (lip) treatment. I wouldn't say the staff is exceptionally friendly, a little bit of uppity (snooty). I returned 6 weeks later as suggested for my 2nd laser (lip) treatment. The first of 8 laser pulses was very painful, only to learn that wearing lip liner, lipstick or lip gloss can have a negative effect on the pulse. Needless to say he pain continued for the next 1-2 days and by the end of the 2nd day there were burns on my upper lip. When I returned on Day 3, they saw how badly my lip was burned, refunded me the $200 and I received communication from the owner/aesthetician apologizing, asking me to come back to get something for the burn and a complimentary treatment. Lauren mentioned that it was caused by the lip cosmetics I was wearing. So why is it not protocol that all lipwear be removed prior to laser treatment. I will not be returning to G Lab.

After spending $7,000, I was left with an outcome that I'm very dissatisfied with. I am a very unsatisfied, disappointed, and frustrated customer, and I would strongly encourage anyone considering this place to do thorough research before making a decision.

I had a massage therapist that I saw for many years before coming upon Seraphim. But she relocated to another state with her military husband. I went to many places after and was elated when I found Stephanie who, I have to say, was better than my therapist I saw for years.
