They also have packages to buy, so if you don't have ClassPass-don't worry! They have at least 3-4 individual changing rooms (like you would in a spa-they have benches and robes and socks in the room and mirrors for when you get dressed again). The room with the chamber is nice-clean, aesthetically pleasing and they stay in there with you to monitor (if it gets to be to cold, etc). I really like that they played music during my session-it helped to pass the time. If cryo is what you're looking for in the Morristown area, this is the place to do it.

I was expecting teeth chattering cold, but received a rather pleasant euphoria. It started with a sensation on the lower back, at 2 minutes 30 seconds a slight tightness of the muscles just above the knees and across ones midsection. 3 minutes seems like forever, then when it's over so quickly. My first Cryotherapy was to test the effectiveness on my Peripheral Neuropathy. Because you wear long socks and gloves it may have negated the benefits of that. Will try local in a couple of weeks for my PN in my feet. Now my arthritis in my hips, and weakness in my left leg, this was a complete surprise. I could easily climb stairs and getting on my bicycle pain free. Both hips are shot, but honestly they felt better. Waiting to see how long it lasts, going on about 11 hours. It may only last a day or so, but that is an accomplishment compared to using steroids that do more harm overall.

Easy to find and parking is plenty. Inside shopping strip on the corner. On first floor, no need to look around. Dave explain the Cryo process really well. It's pretty comforting since it can be very intimidating at first. You strip down to undergarments and wear socks and slippers and put on a robe and mits. When you get in the machine you take off the robe, and it begins. It was pretty cold so you'll shiver, quiver and stutter if you're talking. But the time goes by really fast. Before my review I'm just going to answer a couple of quick questions that people have asked me…read moreseveral times about this place when I mentioned it: * The float tanks don't lock * I feel bad unless it is a particularly bad case it would not trigger one's claustrophobia you could almost stand up in the tank, then again it's completely dark so if the top was 100 feet high or one inch you wouldn't know the difference but there is definitely plenty of room Review: This place is phenomenal; it is scrupulously clean, modern and obviously very unique. I can't remember what the nomenclature is but I just call it a "sensory deprivation chamber" I believe they call it a "float tank" I'm really not sure but each one of them are in their own room with a shower kind of a suite. It's essentially a spa of sorts. With regards to the showers/cleanliness everyone is asked (required I believe) to shower before they get into the tank. This helps keep it cleaner even though the water absolutely is constantly circulated in the tank through a filter. Note: the pump for the filter is in a different room so you don't hear it. Again, there is complete and total silence. If you are in need of some alone time a sensory deprivation chamber is what you need. They don't use that term but that is what it is. When you are in complete 100% darkness with absolutely no sound whilst floating on body temperature water your senses are as deprived of stimulation as they could ever possibly be. The water is approximately 9 inches to a foot high, it is heavily salted with Epsom salts which makes your skin feel very nice but the real reason is so that it is impossible to sync and you don't have to pay any attention/effort to the act of floating. Being able to have your brain deprived of outside stimulation quite possibly for the first time ever in your life is an amazing thing. It puts you into a very deep state of relaxation, about 10 minutes after I got in I found myself in a deep state of relaxation. I have been dealing with depression on and off and I find that there is a weird phenomenon that you almost can't be depressed in there. I could be totally wrong about that but I sure hope I'm not. It kind of taught me some lessons about my brain/state of consciousness. I'm not sure what these lessons are exactly but I will be doing a lot more "floating" to find out. In summation, I feel this is a great reset to the circuit breakers of one's mind. Maybe this is what ones mother's womb was like, I personally don't recall. This state of relaxation/sensory deprivation triggers some deep relaxation and I definitely felt a surge of dopamine or something going on in my brain that felt really good. That happened after about a half hour to 40 minutes, I would say that I need a good two hours in there but see for yourself and then take it from there. Important: Now if you're not convinced to go I will hypnotize you. Don't worry because all hypnosis is self hypnosis so (right now) take a few deep breath's and in a relaxed slow cadence just read the passage below.. try not to blink your eyes...this will help you to you made up your mind to go and float. Float...there's no need to think about it it's just something you're going to do....just float....do yourself a favor and go right Now...shut your brain off and let it reset...Now go and do it and do it Now...don't you feel you deserve to feel good? of course you do...you will feel so calm, so very very calm and relaxed...you will relax deeper down, deeper deeper down you will go into such a relaxing state...float...you will feel 100 times more relaxed than when you entered...and when you finish you will feel so very calm...1000 times calmer than before...just float it's so very easy... when you finish your float you're not sure if you will forget to remember or remember to forget your problems...you will feel so very calm so very calm and relaxed. float.
