Services: ive done swedish massages, facials and nail salon service which are all super relaxing. I'm not a big facial person but the technician is gentle and does minimal extractions (worse part but its very short). Most of the masseuses have all been great and you can tell they have some consistency with training which makes for a good expeeience. The salon is relaxing, the regular nail polish job is decent and usually get it with a spa package. Other amenities: they usually recommend items that were used during your services, the nail oil is great and only $2 lasting for along time! The relaxation room is nice with tea and light snacks. Parking is usually validated if you bring your parking deck ticket. Areas of improvement: I went to a woodhouse spa in Bethesda, MD which offered food during your spa services and also complementart champagne. I thought that was such a nice tough! Since there are so many local restaurants in the area you could partner with that would be an additional stream of income. The next day, after receiving an email asking for a review, I reached out directly to the owner (who was also the one who did my facial) to express how disappointed I was in the length and the quality of the service - less than 45 minutes and 15 minutes of that time I laid there with a mask on. Instead of acknowledging my concern or offering an apology, she insisted that I came early and that the facial was "exactly one hour," which is simply not true. I responded that I had proof -- including my meter receipt from down the block at 5:16 PM and my payment receipt from their business at 6:12 PM -- clearly showing the total time spent was under an hour. She was dismissive and mentioned she had already given me a 10% discount, but that was just their standard first-time customer promo and had nothing to do with this issue. She said she would send me before-and-after photos, as they would have timestamps, but she never replied back after that. I assume it's because those photos would confirm the service was far much shorter than claimed. Overall, the service was extremely rushed, and the owner's responses were unprofessional, and lacked any accountability.

In other studios you are given 10 min courtesy especially for an hour class . I dont see myself going again I will go to other studio in Montclair And hope I don't get treated this way Yolanda
