This place was great I just wish it was closer. After I scheduled my appointment I realized it was 1hr 20 mins away! FYI -You're required to wear a mask. I did the infrared sauna (you're by yourself in the sauna so you don't have to wear a mask) & then the cryotherapy afterwards. I've never done cryotherapy before. I'm hot natured & I just came from a hot sauna so it sounded refreshing. It lasts 3 minutes. Every hair on my body stood up & frosted over! The girl recommended I move my knees back & forth & I think that helped at least keep my mind off the clock & I was done before the song she had playing was even over. Cryotherapy is definitely something I would treat myself to after a long run for recovery. One more thing I really liked is that they had dressing rooms with towels & a blow dryer to dry off if you get really sweaty from the sauna. read more

I joined their 31 Day Weight Loss Challenge to jump start the new year. I'm new to cryotherapy and was nervous at first but Sofia answered all my questions and assured me I could handle the cold. I went here for about 4 months up until I have covid. I called them and told them I tested positive so if they want they can get tested to whomever came in contact with me. 2 weeks later I booked an appointment and 2 minutes later the owner colleen calls be and starts berating me as if I committed a crime asking me all these questions about when did I get tested, what kind of test did I take after I repeatedly told her I tested negative and have proof. Now I understand she's looking out for staff but they way she came about it made me feel like like I was some short of disease. Her staff that day was very unprofessional. Especially one in particular who was very unprofessional. She laughed at me and said "I have to stay away from you" implying I still have covid.
