FYI - I only went there again after my first time because I made the mistake of getting a "deal" by buying $200 in gift certificates. 1st video - Judy the manager incessantly yelled at me on Sept 12 when there were no customers there, she finally toned down after I started filming this. I went in a moment of desperation. I was inflamed, in pain, and needing relief. Not only did she provide immediate pain relief to my acute issue, but she intuitively felt and addressed other areas of my body that needed attention. As a clinician myself, I was so impressed at her holistic approach, her incredible precision in detecting exactly what was wrong and needing attention, and her manual strength at delivering the massage. It somehow felt strong and gentle all at once (without pain)! I walked out as if walking on clouds!
