I emailed the owner to let him know I will know longer be a patient there because of that. He responded that all are trained to find needles (apparently not- I had only been there 7 times in a month). Gross. Hope someone doesn't get really sick from there. Edited to add- notice how the owner is not saying that the needles weren't found. I'm not comfortable with saying they will increase sweeps (which he didn't say) he said they were all trained to find the needles (which clearly they aren't). I do hope training and awareness increases for the safety of the other patients - it just won't be me.

Dr. Curtis is the best out there. He is the most kindest doctor I have ever met. He truly cares and I can't say that anymore about any doctor I have seen. He is thorough. Yes, google let them do that, so I am resorting to Yelp to post this honest review. My personal experience with Jim was very subpar, his technique was okay - spinal adjustment was like a basic one you'd get with any Physical Therapist, nothing personalized to my pain or needs, just simple neck and back adjustment. The worst part is dude likes to blubber about politics A LOT, the bigot likes to make borderline racist remarks on other cultural groups. Come on, you run a business to serve diverse clientele who pays you a lot of money for it, this is disturbingly unprofessional

Provider never called me. (3 times!) After finally speaking to acupuncturist and being told "someone would call to schedule me" no one called. I kept leaving messages on their voicemail letting the office know no one was calling me. Manager called to apologize and offered free massage. When I went for the massage I explained my cervical condition to massage therapist and told her the muscles would not release, because the issue is neurological. She worked on my neck anyway. Pain was so bad I had tears running down my face. I asked her not to touch the neck anymore as it was too painful. She then began to massage my shoulder area ONLY for the rest of the hour. She never worked on another body part and kept going up my neck. I left in pain and woke up with bad headache from the treatment. Additionally, the front desk staff looked bored and were not overly friendly. The only positives I have is that the manager who called was truly apologetic and I could hear her frustration with her staff not following up with me. The facility is very upscale looking. It's a shame the staff and service do not possess the same quality.

I have addressed this to the manager before, they recognized my name when I came in and the manager was right there, the receptionist was attentive at that point, since then it's back to the same. It's unfortunate because it's such a gorgeous peaceful space with great practitioners,I think they're afraid to fire the front desk staff because it's hard to get great people anymore. -please please train them and give them incentives to do better.
