I scheduled my appt because I read Dr. Eshanov used a Y strap to adjust the neck which is tough to find. He's also a big strong chiro which absolutely makes a difference when adjusting the neck and back. Dr Gary seems highly knowledgeable about the human body, and has adjustment skills like no Chiro I've ever met. He adjusted my neck several times in areas I didn't even know could be adjusted lol. Nice guy but not so serious about his business or other people's precious time. He told me to come at 7am. I rearranged my entire day to fit this in. Went at 7 am and he no showed. I sat outside his office for a good 25 minutes. Beyond the fact that he knows his stuff and is smart as hell, I have never seen a doctor more emotionally invested in his patients before and concerned with them getting better. If I could give a six star rating I would, no question asked. A while back I had messed up my back while I was working out in the gym. I was deadlifting heavy and I felt that I had pulled something on my lower back. The next couple of weeks felt like hell. His focus is on the patient's needs - he listens and I have never been rushed out of his office because he has too many clients waiting. He has always been responsive to my appointment requests - even though I have made many of them in the last minute. I saw that one person in the reviews mentioned that he was late for an early morning appointment -- he is not always timely for an early morning seasons. He has ran 5 to 10 mins late but he has always called or texted to give me a heads up. I have been 5 to 10 mins late a couple of times to my appointments due to traffic and lack of parking and Dr. Eshanov never said a word about it and still treated me.
