Stephanie and Tyler are exceptional Massage Therapists with broad knowledge of the muscular and nerve system of the body. I have been going there monthly for well over a year now to help with many problems from injuries that I had sustained as a firefighter for over 30 years. They both know how to specifically treat each area of concern and I leave each session relaxed and renewed. I can go on and on with accolades. I had a massage therapist that I saw for many years before coming upon Seraphim. But she relocated to another state with her military husband. I went to many places after and was elated when I found Stephanie who, I have to say, was better than my therapist I saw for years. I have been seeing Tyler for the last few months and am MORE than satisfied! Both are extremely qualified massage therapists that I'm sure you will be happy with. Their new location in Clark is beautiful, comfortable and relaxing. read more

I went here for a Reiki Healing session with Danielle, and it was phenomenal. It was my first Reiki session ever, and she guided me through the experience. My heart felt lighter immediately after the session. I highly recommend. read more

I've been a member of Seraphim Wellness for a couple of years now. This is my favorite place to get massages and reiki done, as well as learn new techniques for relaxation and mindfulness. It's located in a historic office building on Holly Street, a street lined with lovely Victorian homes and pretty trees. There's a small pond that you can see from the parking lot. If it's your first time visiting, I would park towards the back of the building and enter through one of the side doors. Their place is located on the 2nd floor. There's a small waiting area, as well as an office space where you can check out or buy some lovely bracelets or crystals. All of my massages have been wonderful, especially lately from a Bridie. I am super tight, especially in my neck, but she has worked wonders on my sore muscles! The massage room is clean, has soothing music playing, and a beautiful view of the pond and trees, very tranquil. I usually get Reiki done a few times during the year and boy does it balance everything out! I know it may seem odd if you've never done it before, but give it a whirl. You will feel so much better! If you have questions, give them a call, text, or email, and someone will get back to you shortly. Take advantages of the specials and become a member! Your mind, body, and soul will thank you! read more

I cannot begin to explain what a truly amazing experience Seraphim Wellness provided! I took advantage of a new-comers special and booked (2) 90 minute massages for both my husband and I; for our 1st wedding anniversary last month. I was a bit hesitant at first, after reading to text a number to schedule was the best way to get a response. Don't get me wrong, I PREFER not having to talk to people most times, but I am not used to texting for appointments. I didn't expect a quick reply, as I sent my text on a Tuesday when Seraphim is closed. To my surprise, not only did I receive a reply; but it was timely and incredibly polite! I was even wished congratulations on my anniversary in response to requesting my (2) 90 minute session be combined to a couples if possible. unfortunately, the room space is unavailable for couples massage, but they did offer two different dates & time slots when they could accommodate both of us at the same time. We found the building on a super quiet street in Cranford with no trouble, and loved the aesthetic. The houses around the building are GORGEOUS! This is a shared building, and Seraphim is in the BACK -- if you enter through the front door -- walk past the 1st set of steps, and go up the ones in the back, you can follow the signs to Seraphim. OR you can enter through the left side (if you're facing the building) door & take the stairs right up. With little to no wait, we were assisted in filling a form on an iPad, and then taken in for our sessions. I saw Phillip whom I'd requested after all of his glowing reviews here. And hubby saw Natasha. My 90 minutes was TRUE BLISS. I had a baby 5 months ago, and have suffered with sciatic nerve damage for years now. I explained this all the Phillip, who asked a few questions behind it, and then once I was ready; we began. Halfway through I reassured him that he was doing an excellent job! I was complimented on my breathing technique (DEEP BREATHS PEOPLE, IT ENHANCES YOUR EXPERIENCE, AND RELAXES YOU EVEN MORE) I have 0 complaints, the pressure, the products used, the music, the warmth of the room etc. ALL exceeded my expectations greatly! My husbands only gripe was the pressure used on him, wasn't as strong as he'd have preferred. I let him know, that's his own fault -- he doesn't like to speak up. I'm sure that his massage therapist would have increased it if he requested. After our sessions, Phillip let me know I should be stretching frequently and even offered to show my husband some massage technique that would help with my specific troubles. He told me he massaged guided by intention, and I knew from right then that I would be back to Seraphim as often as I could. By far, this was the best massage I ever received. Overall the experience could not have been better!!! TAKE ADVANTAGE of this local hidden gem! read more

Steph is a great and very knowledgeable. She knows how to deliver therapeutic massage and helps with nutrition to compliment her work. I recommend everyone to her and go regularly myself. read more

This was my first ever massage- why haven't I been doing this before!? I don't remember the name of my therapist, but she was extremely professional, kind, and intuitive. Using lots of heat therapy, she was able to pinpoint specific areas that needed work, based on my day-to-day, sleeping positions, and tight spots. Scheduling my massage was super easy- the team was very responsive over email and flexible with my difficult schedule. I would definitely recommend Seraphim to anyone looking for an affordable, effective, and relaxing massage. read more

It was very relaxing, and necessary 90 minute massage. My body had been very achy and tense, and she worked on soothing that pain in every area. She was professional, and taught me a few things that could help me maintain body wellness. read more

I found this great place because I purchased a groupon for a massage. This place has the perfect combination on nutrition and massage. Their ideologies are totally in sync with one another. Jamie knows her way around some knots. She was very helpful in educating me regarding the issues with back pain. She loves what she does and it shows in her approach. She told me things that pain doctors, chiropractors, and physical therapist never did just by feeling through my back. An even better gift from Jamie was suggesting me to see her partner Stephanie for a nutrition consult. I've been seeking methods to eat my way towards a pain free, spiritual, and well balanced life, and seeing Stephanie was a miracle. She made suggestions that helped me improve aspects of my life I thought I could never get back. I learned more about myself and how to take better care of myself naturally. She gave great guidance regarding exercise, anti- inflammatory foods, and hormonal balancing. My health issues contradict one another. If chicken is good for one thing; it's bad for my other thing. Stephanie educated me on how to balance that loco nonsense. Many are ignorant to that quality. I no longer believe I have to be a vegetarian or vegan to attain better health. I no longer believe I have to deprive myself of things I want but I can put a nice twist on it. Her recipe suggestions are great! I just connect with her period. I do not feel handled. Many places try to suggest a bunch of crap for you to purchase. More crap to put in your body, and more money leaves your wallet. Did I purchase a supplement...yes lol. It wasn't forced; I inquired, and it was the best thing I did for my body. If I had the funds like that , I would go as often as possible and take advantage of their monthly package because I have consistency issues lol. FOR ME somethings are better with guided effort because you don't feel like you're in it alone. Remaining consistent is hard, but I always resort back to something small I learned from the nutritional consults. I have yet to go back to feeling like total garbage, and I would say it's because of this establishment!!! I can't stress enough what these women have done to aid in transitioning to a healthier life. You know it's genuine when you see people who care about what they do because they have been in similar shoes. I would suggest this place for anyone who wants to take the steps to a healthier life and get a great massage. read more

I'm updating my review because I have been to Seraphim several times and loved Liz. I had a very bad experience with Beyra who is no longer there (I won't get into it, but she wasn't feeling well and was sneezing a lot, hurting me, not listening when I asked her to lighten the pressure, and I was in pain the next day.) Seraphim reached out to me an offered me a massage with someone else to make up for the awful experience. The make-up massage was with a man, I cannot remember his name, but he did a good job. I will look into coming back here regularly, but I still haven't found my Luz replacement. She was one of a kind read more

I purchased a groupon for a massage. Their location is above the Qdoba on Elm St. It's an unassuming spot and its only one room. It's a no frills kind of place. I was greeted by the massage therapist Jamie who was so friendly and nice. We had a mini consultation where I told her about my problem areas. She was so warm and attentive. The actual massage was so relaxing. It was exactly what I needed. The hour flew by and I felt such relief. I was a little sore afterward but that's expected for a deep tissue massage. Their follow up prices aren't too bad either. I would definitely return. read more

I've been to Seraphim twice so far. My first visit I used a groupon for my mom and myself for deep tissue massages. Roxanne was amazing!! I knew I had a lot of knots after getting a massage at another place. She found muscle clusters in my shoulders I didn't even know were there and was knowledgable enough to perform stretches on me to help reduce areas of tension. She informed me of everything she was doing and ensured the pressure wasn't too much. My shoulders never were so even!! I would stick to Roxanne exclusively but I'm going around the gambit, since I'm new and want to get a feel of who's technique I like the best. Plus, it's good to have a couple of different therapists you like for scheduling purposes. Roxanne definitely will be one of 2 or 3 therapists I schedule with. This place is as amazing as everyone says it is! Haven't done a nutritional session yet, but now that I'm a member, I'll definitely be using one of my hours towards that. read more

Just had the best massage with Tyler. The staff was so nice and even though the waiting room is no frills, I was more than happy to just get a great massage for an amazing price. Will definitely be going there for massages moving forward as it's top notch and affordable. read more

I have been going to Seraphim Wellness for approximately 2 years now and I couldn't be happier. When I was looking for a new massage place a couple years back there was so many options especially on Groupon. I am super picky with where to go (as you should be) and after going back and forth for which one to choose I overall liked the vibe of Seraphim and went with them. I was so happy I did! Everyone at Seraphim is so friendly, knowledgable, professional and have hands of an Angel! I also love the fact that they offer services other than massages. I will be attending a Reiki Session next week and I cannot wait!! If you're hesitant in choosing a new Nutrition/Massage place look no further! read more

My upper back is always sore from working a desk job, I asked him to focus on that during my massage and he did great getting rid of every knot! It's such a good feeling. He also gave advice of simple exercises to do to help prevent my issue of constant tight back/hips. Very thankful for the individualized attention, custom massage and advice! They offer other services here but I have only gotten massages. read more

First and foremost - the customer service, clean unless and prompt response from Jamie and Stephanie have been major reasons why I can't get enough! I recently be came a member because they have the best if the best packages, the most flexibility and honestly, AMAZING THERAPISTS AND NUTRITIONIST. I am on my 5th massage with Seraphim Wellness and I always look forward to them. I have received massages from all therapists and I love switching it up because they each have such different styles. Besides the amazing skills that Jamie, Gerard and Ameenah have, I have attended my first nutrition consultation with Stephanie. She was so knowledgeable of her field, and most of all she didn't try selling products. She made her recommendations of supplements and I then bought them separately as I wished. This small business is growing, fast. I love that they care about your whole wellness and are not there to just massage and collect money. I highly recommend a membership! It's the best deal around with the best service! read more

My wife and I have been going to Seraphim Wellness for a while now. It's hands down the best we've ever been too. Super clean and their attention to detail is top notch. I've had massages from three different people and they all have been great! Highly recommend giving them a visit. read more

I was very happy with my relaxing, rejuvenating, and relieving massage in a quiet and soothing space. Trying to get a hold of them to get a gift certificate and appointment was a bit difficult, however. It was worth it in the end. read more

Seraphim is a small, private, massage therapy/wellness center that makes up for its "smallness" with a large warm feeling and outstanding service! I have been going to them for over 5 years now and have never had a poor experience. I teach 4-8 group exercise classes weekly, and am over 50yrs, (so my body doesn't heal as quickly as it used to!) and the massages at Seraphim are truly therapy for me. They know how to massage each ailing area of my body and restore it to its full range of motion and potential. Granted, I'm sore the next day, but I always need a deep tissue massage. Describe what's going on with your body and ask for a certain pressure and your needs will be addressed. I highly recommend them! read more

I have been a client at Seraphim Wellness for a few years. I initially was in search of treatment for facial paralysis, now for frozen shoulder. Seraphim Wellness brings a warm and inviting atmosphere. Emails are responded to quickly and the entire experience is chock full of goodness. read more

Best massage ever! Stephanie was very knowledgeable and professional. We had an interesting chat regarding relation between mind, body and nutrition. I tried hot stones for the first time and I loved it! I will definitely come back in the near future. Highly recommended spot! read more

Stephanie's massage was a big hit among the birthday presents I gave my wife--and she is very picky about massages.

Yesterday I had a massage with Tasha and it was a great experience. Since I have very sensitive skin, she let me look at the ingredients of all the lotions she was going to use on me and I was able to choose the right one. I was able to communicate with her about spots that hurt me during the massage or ticklish areas. After my massage I was so relaxed it took me a few minutes to get up! read more

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Seraphim Wellness. First and foremost, is the personal attention I receive each and every time I walk in. This is not a one-size-fits-all establishment. The team gives individualized and personal attention and treatments to each client. They ask about my family and know exactly how I like my massages. I even tried Reiki for the first time and Philip was amazing--I am a repeat customer. I highly recommend Seraphim Wellness if you want a wonderfully relaxing experience. read more

I first came to Seraphim last year when I was pregnant for a pre-natal message. Jamie was fantastic. I was so achy during my last trimester and she knew how to read my body and work on the spots that needed extra TLC. I also saw her shortly after my birth to my daughter and had the same wonderful experience. I also had a Reiki session and recommend it to anyone with an open mind who is feeling anxious or in a rut. They are also very professional and accommodating with their schedules. I love the approach they use for all their services. It truly is a complete mind and body experience. read more

My first visit to Seraphim: The old medical building is misleading. I went there on a Saturday, so there were no other business' open and not much 'signage' to lead you Seraphim. The waiting area (once you figure it out) is a bunch of old waiting room furniture (weird, but strangely comfortable). The masseuse is a lively, energetic, slender woman - I was surprised at her strength and knowledge. Even more surprised when she was able to get a tennis elbow resolved (mostly) with one massage. SURPRISING massage. Warm friendly people. EASY going. If you relax - you'll enjoy. I booked my 'birthday appointment' already! P.S. IF You make an appointment - say I recommended you They give you all kinds of time for recommendations! lol read more

Chose Seraphim because of the Groupon and proximity to my place. Jamie and Stephanie were great. I went with a friend, who had also purchased a Groupon, and they were able to accommodate both of us on a fairly busy Saturday. After a few questions, we were on the tables and getting great massages. Our massages catered to slight colds, achy backs, and tight jaws. It was a great massage and the muscles and jaw are still in good shape. Thanks guys! read more

I received a gift certificate for a massage, and it was one of the best I've ever received. Sybil was great - she spent time understanding my medical history, current ache areas, and preferences before giving a relaxing massage that really broke up my muscle knots. The staff were extremely communicative via email and phone to schedule my appointment and let me know if my time needed to change (due to the blizzard that happened the days before). The environment and office space was also really nice and clean - and their massages are relatively affordable! Would definitely go back and recommend to others! read more

My experience was amazing! I purchased a Groupon for a 60 minute massage and I loved it. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. My massage therapist was very good and I felt so relaxed. Will definitely be returning! read more

Jamie was a great therapist Jamie gave me a great massage. She knew I was frazzled when I walked in, as I had a hard time finding parking in downtown Westfield- and I unfortunately got a parking ticket that day but that was my fault. I believe their new location has its own lot thankfully. She helped me relax and just talked to me for a little bit which was really nice and I'm glad she had the time to do it. She was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and focused her attention on me which was really nice. Loved her massage. Thanks Jamie! read more

I just had my third massage with Jamie and am thrilled. I have been going through some emotional turmoil and during my massage, Jamie and I talked about it while she worked her magic. Best massage I have ever gotten, hands down. The location is a little strange; you have to walk through a bunch of offices to get there, and I went in the evening, so everything was dark and creepy. However, the service was wonderful, professional and relaxing. I would highly recommend. read more

I started with a Groupon last year and have been coming monthly ever since. I've been to quite a few massage therapists, but Jamie is the best;a very knowledgeable & skilled therapist.
