Came back for our annual Jersey trip, did 60-minutes this time and it felt incredible! Area is clean, restroom is clean, staff is nice. We had Eileen and Leo this time. Leo was strong and used deeper pressure and I appreciated that because that's exactly how I like my massages. I've been a customer for years and I will say that you won't get a better massage at the price point. However, after two bad experiences in a row I won't be returning. I made an appointment in April and they switched the time twice - after settling on a time, I went in. Halfway through the massage, the lady (who was doing excellent deep tissue work) tells me she has another appointment and they have a male come in. First of all, if you are going to switch from a female masseuse to a male halfway through an appointment, from a comfort level you should ask BEFORE the appointment if that's okay. The second half of the appointment was basically a gentle rub and I walked out feeling lopsided. I chalked it up to a bad experience but I've been going there long enough that it wasn't a deal breaker. Today, I made an appointment for 3:30. They texted and asked if I could do 415 instead. I told them that didn't work for me so they said 345. At that point, I said the last time you switched times, you also switched people - do you actually have someone available at 345? And they told me yes, they did. I got there right on time, they sent me in the room and then I sat there waiting. At 355, a lady comes over asks if I had used her before and I said I didn't think so. Then she walked away. At 4, a guy comes over and I explain that I had an appointment for 345. He tells me that the lady isn't done yet. So basically after I specifically told them I could NOT do a 415 appointment, they baited and switched me on the times and expected to sit and wait for a half hour. If you can't do an appointment, no big deal. I'm totally ok with being told, you can't do an appointment. However, to make an appointment, assure the customer you have someone available, and then when they show up just leave them hanging is a stunning lack of respect for the customer's time. I wasted a half hour and gas money driving to an appointment and ended up walking out. read more

I took my sister for the full body 1 hour massage for $50. It was wonderful. They walked on my back and stretched all my limbs thoroughly. I have had many massages but the addition of the stretching really made this one special. Highly recommend. Possibly the female owner is in a rush to take details and just wants to hang up, when you arrive the two massage therapists have no clue what you're there for, who you are and don't even look in the appt book. My massager puts pressure on bone not muscle, it's not relaxing, when you ask her it's too much pressure she then doesn't put any pressure. Ive had better massages within the same area, reflexology on feet was so soft that she's just putting lotion. Every where else puts enough oil and lotion on body she lets her hand dry out where your body hurts. Location is hidden, not on Rte 27. It's new but don't expect any upscale decor. It's not a spa feel, if that's what your looking for. I had my Groupon ticket for 30 mins foot reflexology. They were very accommodating made appt same day. Changed time with no issues. Arrived early and they took me since I was the only one there. John soaked my feet in a barrel covered me in an oversized towel. Soft music relaxed me. I softly fell asleep. He rubbed my feet while in barrel then started in the massage. Hit some sore points, told me to stretch more in the future. Enjoyed it so much, I decided to get the whole body massage. John took me to a room with heated bed. My favorite part of course. He was very firm and cracked what needed to be cracked. Hit every single vertebrae and used pressure points in key area to loosen up my tension. I left feel so relaxed but expecting the next few days to be extremely sore. I will be returning because one isn't enough to maintain healthy posture and stubborn stiffness. I stayed the weekend out in Woodbridge for my friends birthday. I found this place on Yelp and loved the reviews. We did a walk in and seen immediately. We had 30 minute body massage and 30 minute reflexology. We have both been under a lot of stress and I left there so relaxed and at peace. My friend was very happy this was her first time getting a massage. The staff were kind and very attentive to us. I will visit again when I'm in the area, I live in New York. I went there for foot reflexology but she was soo good so I decided to try head and back massage, which turned out so good that I am feeling I lost my body weight. The Wife and I do a rotation involving 6 massage parlors because, based on trial and error, we feel the parlor will take you for granted if you are a consistent patron. We have been getting massage almost weekly for 20 years and returned to this location 1 month ago. Wifey is extremely happy, so far. I, on the other hand have issues, make that an issue... my therapist is always to hard on me and has to be told to lighten up. I will continue to go as long as my Wife is enjoying our visits. They also have great prices and have upgraded the location with new chairs and a cleaner atmosphere. If you want an affordable massage you couldn't do better but be your own judge. read more

It was super easy to get an appointment! But the massage was not good at all for me. When I got there, I asked to use the bathroom since I am 8 months pregnant, a worker was there and she was unclogging a toilet and was hacking her phlegm in the sink and was coughing very loud and it sounded bad. She didn't wash her hands and went straight to massage a couple that got there a bit after me. I asked Emily for the massage chair because I didn't feel comfortable laying on my stomach and she said just to lay down. I did and got the 1 hour combo but I barely felt her touch. I asked for a firmer massage and it wasn't done. I went in with really bad shoulder pain and wanted her to focus on that and I left worse. She did a "face massage" but it was literally her just poking my scalp and face. The worst for me was the reflexology I was really looking forward too because I heard this place is perfect for it. She just kept rubbing lotion and didn't even actually rub my feet. She kept getting up and leaving and sneezed twice and was blowing her nose during the massage. The massage was suppose to be $45 but I was charged $50. I wouldn't go back for a body massage with her. Maybe just reflexology with someone else. read more

I had been a customer for a couple years. I always had problems being able to ask for certain therapists I preferred , they would ignore my request or when I got there for my appointment they would give me someone else without asking me and act like she didn't speak English. there also seemed to be a high turnover rate with therapists, I would like someone and next thing I knew they were no longer working there anymore. latest incident happened last week when I called and booked a specific time and day and with a specific therapist. called first thing in the morning and was told I was successfully booked. however when I called an hour before my appointment to let them know I was on my way, I was told they couldn't give me the therapist I asked for as they were already booked. no one told me that therapist was booked when I called and scheduled my appointment and although I was a good long standing customer I didn't even get an apology or explanation as to why she didn't call me to inform me earlier in the day of that was the case. no effort was made to rectify the issue - knowing I usually pay cash and always tip well, have brought other friends to them. and made her more money. truly unprofessional and now she has lost a few good customers between myself and my friends I've recommended prior to her. read more

Have been there three times, had three different therapists, and every time has been excellent. The price is also excellent, at only $50/hr. (I recommend the 90-minute massage for $75.) Also, my two cents on the previous review: I understand the unhappiness regarding tips, but really - $5 for a 60 minute massage? $10 should be a minimum. That doesn't excuse the unprofessional response of the staff, but also please note the reviewer did say it was the best massage he ever had. read more

Although I hate to give this place one star, my boyfriend went there for a massage and it wasn't bad... But they asked for at least 25% tips! I was so shocked that attitude because we usually were pretty generous about our tips... also the carpet looked so dirty and "room" was so dark, not a very hygiene place as we don't think they disinfected the bed every time for a new customer per the COVID protocol... will report to BBB and probably won't come back until they make improvements. I hate that I have to give this place 2 stars because the massage was really good. But like most of these store front massage parlors on Rt 1 in Edison, they are thieves. This place is no frills and needs a new carpet because it smells like popcorn feet. Lighting candles and bringing it in did not help. Then the chime is so loud on the front door it totally disrupts any peace you had, along with the conversations taking place in the front. Random workers coming while you're naked ass is exposed. So after expecting to pay $75 for a foot and body massage I get hit with tax? Never had that happen before and because of the above things I mentioned I decided to tip $12. The lady who did my massage was eyeballing my tip money like the last biscuit at Thanksgiving, thinking I had only given her $2. To my surprise she tells me its not enough, tips are 20%. You can't tell me how much to tip but as I constantly read reviews this is what's going on at all these shops. I will be reporting this one to the BBB and taking my money to REAL massage establishments from now on. read more
