Great massage but the customer service is terrible! The massage alone was fantastic, and I feel loose. However, the massage therapist took non stop calls and texts on her phone. Either arranging appointments, calling for extra therapists, and making other business arrangements. At one point, she took out her phone and blasted Chinese music overpowering the relaxing spa music. The best part, when she finished the massage, she accidentally left her phone in the room. I got up to redress and she walked in on me, without knocking, while I was completely nude. Even when she noticed I was completely undressed, she still proceeded to grab her phone. read more

This was the first time I had a massage ever. I have nothing to compare it to (I figure people should know that to be fair.) Pros: The person who did the massage, May, did an awesome massage. She took time to make sure it was pleasant and not too hard or too soft. (I am a wimp and it hurt like hell but felt so good at the end :). ) She was patient and kind. Many people in previous reviews mentioned only a curtain in the room. The room I was in (and it looked like all the others too) had a sliding door -- I think people call it a barn hanging door or something -- I can't remember what it's called. It was clean and looked nice even though it was a small room. (Who cares? I wasn't claustrophobic or anything. It wasn't THAT small.) It was a bit chilly but once the massage began I felt comfy. Really comfy. It was perfect. There were no scents to drive my nose nuts which I really appreciated. May took her time and did what I thought was an awesome massage. I did the half hour massage and it was just long enough. Cons: May had her phone with her in the room and answered it once or twice. Also towards the very, very end another customer came and she left to greet them. I wasn't thrilled with the break. Truth be told, the massaging she did while on the phone was equally good as when not on the phone. So it didn't matter in quality but I wanted no phone. Maybe I should have expressed that. That may be my fault on that, dunno. She was the only one there and came 15 minutes late to my appointment too. I am very punctual so it annoyed me but she gave a quality massage so I overlooked it. Knowing that, next time I will know she may come late and deal with it. I'm a nut when it comes to being on time. Overall, I really had a great experience and would return. I would probably pick a little further into the day when others are there though and see if the massage experience is different. She was so patient with me when she knew it was my first time. I did some awkward things without realizing it (like keeping my shoes on) and she just took them off nicely and put them in the corner. I'd also hold onto my glasses next time or something because it was dim in the room (for relaxation I assume...and it was good....but I really can't see anything without them. She did not look strong but those hands and arms of hers are really, really strong. I was really, really impressed. Totally worth returning IMHO. read more

I have been going here for almost 8 years and I haven't had a bad massage here yet. Sunny does an amazing job relieving me of my aches and pain. She finds the knots in my body and does a great job eliminating then. There are other masseuses that are just as skillful but Sunny is my go to. This isn't a fancy spa but they are very good at making you feel much better when you leave. That's the main thing a massage is for. Thank you for all the years of making me feel better. If you go there please be nice to the ladies there since they all work really hard. read more

I would honestly give this place no stars if I could. The lady that managed me was horrible, she was using no pressure at all, I kept having to tell her what to do. I had knots on my back, and she did not work on those at all. I finally told her to apply more pressure and she suggested she would walk on my back which was painful. At the end- she demanded a 20 dollar tip, saying she spent more time on my back and that it's the rule to tip 20 dollars on a 1 hour massage and she charged my card 84 dollars and change. A tip is a tip- depends on how good you were. It's not wonder they are so mediocre, because they will charge you a tip to their demands. If that was the case- do not say it's 60 dollars for a 60 minute massage, just tell me it's 80. Very unprofessional, they had conversations between one another, answers the phone and had a 5 minute conversation with someone. I will never go here or recommend this place to anyone. read more

I went to the Great Wall in Edison on old post road, to relieve pain in my neck and stiff shoulders after about 20 minutes l stated feeling much better she asked me how l felt l said great and she went on to my lower back and continued using her elbows and arms then went back up to my neck were l had most of the pain and when she was done I felt like I lay there for about an hour or two it was so relaxing I highly recommend this place l would actually give it a five stars l believe her name was Jenny who did the massage not sure if you get a chance go ahead and try a massage there you won't regret it you have pain or not it's so relaxing. Incredible massage. The masseuse was very strong but he did not hurt me, he understood where to apply pressure perfectly.

I made appointments for myself and a friend. I asked how much it would be for an hour and was told $to 50. The massage was awful. No pressure or effort. It was like she was tired or thought she could just dial it in because I am a woman. Sue gave me basically gave me a back rub with oil. She also left in the middle to make another appointment and then spoke to her co worker through the walls. A loud bank commercial started at some point and kept going. Then when we were done I paid her sue said it wasn't enough. She changed the price and wanted $80! She told me $60 for an hour and $20 tip. Don't wast your time or money. Last minute massage at 830PM and they accommodated my sister-in-law and I immediately on a Saturday night for $50 for 1 hour...mind you they close at 930PM....but why 3 stars...wellll here you go: - Its not a private room - The doors are curtains - My SIL got a hot stone massage but I didn't which I found unfair and we paid same price - Massage was just ok The people were very nice....would I try again, yah maybe. They do accept credit cards....will ask if you want to include tip....they prefer cash though. read more

I was in the area and found this business on Groupon. I called to see if they had availability to what sounded as an annoyed "hello" when the phone picked up. The women on the phone stated Groupons could only be used on weekdays. However, that's not stated anywhere. Why advertise on a website if you will not honor it? I could simply pay normal price but why would I after I was lied to? It's a shame that so many businesses fail due to the lack of encouragement to work and poor customer service. read more

The place is clean. I came because of shoulder to hand pain from being too much of in front of computer. I told her what my problems are and she massaged and hit the right spots where the pain was. This is not a place for those relaxing massage that puts you to sleep. But after the session i felt good and my tense is all gone. My hand is no longer painful. The 4 star is because the oil doesn't smell very good so I got home and showered right away. I recommend this massage place. She was attentive and kept asking if the pressure was too strong. read more

I had a truly horrible massage experience at this place. First, the masseuse kept me waiting 15 minutes even though she had told me when I walked in that it would only be a one minute wait. Then she kept leaving my room to go to other rooms, first to get an alarm clock, then massage cream, etc. interrupting the flow of the massage. Then she pulled the entire towel off me, leaving me completely exposed and cold. The towel itself was damp, as if it had already been used by previous clients. She was not very good at the massage itself (kept rubbing my skin raw instead of rubbing deep into muscles; kept going over same few areas, so that I had to keep pointing out sore body parts she was missing, etc.) and I felt even more stressed after the massage than before. She didn't speak English well (which is no big deal except that I was not able to communicate these concerns very well during the experience). I paid in cash when I left but did not leave a tip (this is rare for me to not tip at all, but I felt honestly that I should not even have to pay for such a sub par experience let alone tip on top of it). She came running outside after me, yelling "no tips?" and grabbed my car door handle, pulled it open, and demanded a tip. I told her she wasn't very good, and she got red-faced and slammed the door shut hitting my head as she did so. I was appalled at the unprofessional and rude behavior -- very crass and the opposite of soothing. I would stay away from this location -- there are many other strip mall walk-in massage joints in the area to try instead. read more

This isn't a 'spa' or anything but if you want a really excellent massage, ask for Liya. She is amazing and you can't beat the price, $50 per hour plus tip. I've had at least 100 massages and Liya is one of the best. read more

I found this place on Yelp and read the reviews prior to coming. One review stated that "they find them" meaning your knots and tight spots. That was a for sure true statement! Not only is this place reasonably priced but I left feeling like a normal person that doesn't commute 3 hours a day and sit for 8. Don't expect this to be a fancy spa. This is a get down to business massage place. You walk in, you go into your room and it begins. You get your full 60 minutes or whatever time you choose. There is no time subtracted to change your clothes or what not. I had Mia and she was amazing. I really recommend this place if you are looking for an actual therapeutic experience. If you are looking for a fancy spa, then go spend a lot of money elsewhere. read more
