Either arranging appointments, calling for extra therapists, and making other business arrangements. At one point, she took out her phone and blasted Chinese music overpowering the relaxing spa music. The best part, when she finished the massage, she accidentally left her phone in the room. I got up to redress and she walked in on me, without knocking, while I was completely nude. Even when she noticed I was completely undressed, she still proceeded to grab her phone.

Truth be told, the massaging she did while on the phone was equally good as when not on the phone. So it didn't matter in quality but I wanted no phone. Maybe I should have expressed that. That may be my fault on that, dunno. She was the only one there and came 15 minutes late to my appointment too. I am very punctual so it annoyed me but she gave a quality massage so I overlooked it. Knowing that, next time I will know she may come late and deal with it. I'm a nut when it comes to being on time. Overall, I really had a great experience and would return. I would probably pick a little further into the day when others are there though and see if the massage experience is different. She was so patient with me when she knew it was my first time. I did some awkward things without realizing it (like keeping my shoes on) and she just took them off nicely and put them in the corner. During my massage and then facial the lady left the room at least 3 times to attend to customers. It was quite annoying. The woman who was doing her facial tells us that my daughter needs a different kind of facial because she has "acne". We declined. I knew that's just to sell us more stuff. When my daughter's facial was done, her face was full of tiny red bumps from popping stuff. Again, my daughter doesn't have any pimples. I know cuz she lives with us at home and she takes care of her skin. 3. It was supposed to be a 1 hour facial and a 1 hour massage. Yet they finished on us 15 minutes earlier. Both services were excellent and so thoughtfully done. I especially want to shout out my masseuse, Selena. She was incredible. Her touch was intuitive, calming, and exactly what I needed. I left feeling completely relaxed and cared for. One thing that really stood out was how kind and accommodating the staff were. They even let my mom stay in the room and take a peaceful nap while I finished my massage, which made the whole experience feel extra caring and unhurried. Not blaming somebody and promoting others. Just comparing. Went to try RohiniYoga. It was my first visit! For therapeutic massage paid $100/hr. Service not worth paying for. If you ask any question, response is come back, will answer in next visit. Honestly some of the Asian Massage places are 100% better for 50% less price. The reason is this place, RohiniYoga use some kind of electronic vibrators for massage, very painful. Asian places do it with hands, very intensive and effective with soft/medium/hard levels, touching the exact pain points.
