This was the first time I had a massage ever. I have nothing to compare it to (I figure people…read moreshould know that to be fair.) Pros: The person who did the massage, May, did an awesome massage. She took time to make sure it was pleasant and not too hard or too soft. (I am a wimp and it hurt like hell but felt so good at the end :). ) She was patient and kind. Many people in previous reviews mentioned only a curtain in the room. The room I was in (and it looked like all the others too) had a sliding door -- I think people call it a barn hanging door or something -- I can't remember what it's called. It was clean and looked nice even though it was a small room. (Who cares? I wasn't claustrophobic or anything. It wasn't THAT small.) It was a bit chilly but once the massage began I felt comfy. Really comfy. It was perfect. There were no scents to drive my nose nuts which I really appreciated. May took her time and did what I thought was an awesome massage. I did the half hour massage and it was just long enough. Cons: May had her phone with her in the room and answered it once or twice. Also towards the very, very end another customer came and she left to greet them. I wasn't thrilled with the break. Truth be told, the massaging she did while on the phone was equally good as when not on the phone. So it didn't matter in quality but I wanted no phone. Maybe I should have expressed that. That may be my fault on that, dunno. She was the only one there and came 15 minutes late to my appointment too. I am very punctual so it annoyed me but she gave a quality massage so I overlooked it. Knowing that, next time I will know she may come late and deal with it. I'm a nut when it comes to being on time. Overall, I really had a great experience and would return. I would probably pick a little further into the day when others are there though and see if the massage experience is different. She was so patient with me when she knew it was my first time. I did some awkward things without realizing it (like keeping my shoes on) and she just took them off nicely and put them in the corner. I'd also hold onto my glasses next time or something because it was dim in the room (for relaxation I assume...and it was good....but I really can't see anything without them. She did not look strong but those hands and arms of hers are really, really strong. I was really, really impressed. Totally worth returning IMHO.

It wasn't like any other hot-stone massage i received before. This one was actually a combination of swedish, shiatsu, SE Asia and reflexology "highlighted" with hot stones. I didn't need to tell Jessie, my therapist, about the tension in my shoulders. She found it and got rid of all the knots. She spent a considerable amount of time and pressure on my shoulders. The massage was very thorough and very relaxing. The only negative point I have is that the massage rooms aren't "real rooms". They're three walls (not completely to the ceiling and the 4th wall is a curtain. Because of this, you can hear a lot of outside noise which may distract you from fully relaxing. But this was one of the better massages I've ever received, and half the price of a cruise ship or other resort spa. I'm definitely returning here soon.

Thankfully I have common sense and got undressed because he didn't even say anything, just walked me to the room and walked away lol, no words. I actually like few words and wished it remained. Unfortunately he was very loud when he yelled for Amy while she was mid getting my knots out. And sis yelled back. Yeah. No. We not doing that. But they did, twice lmao. Sooooooo the price is amazingly affordable and Amy knew how to give a massage, that's for sure, however I will pay double for quiet and ultimate relaxation. Just me:) I would stop by in the future for perhaps a chair/foot massage! Thank you

Like many "spa" parlors like this, the quality of your service will depend on the masseuse you get and how things are going that day. So you might get a spectacular massage even though I had a less than satisfactory experience. A bit of the roll of the dice, really. Which in and of itself is a good reason to give this place 2.5 stars.

I've been coming here for many years. At first I thought it was shady, but I promise you it is…read morenot. It's nothing fancy, but it's nice and clean, and the Asian women here give an excellent massage for a great price. I do the 1 hour for $50. They also have a 90 min one I believe for $75. The girl I highly recommend is Amy. She is Asian and speaks little English, but she gives a relaxing massage. She gives a Swedish type massage that's not rough at all just pure relaxation. On top of that she is very sweet and appreciative. She can communicate with you from an app on her phone that translates Chinese to English. I believe she works everyday except Sunday, and she is always there on the week nights I came on. When I came earlier before on a Thursday she wasn't there so I Had a 1 hour massage with someone else. I didn't get her name, but she gave a totally different style type massage, but I enjoyed it as well. She didn't speak much English either but she asked if I wanted it strong, and I said yes. It was a very good deep tissue massage. I couldn't believe how strong she was, and how deep she can get. She did also stretches after the massage. Both were two different styles that I fully enjoyed. I can guarantee you Amy's style is one that everyone will like, but if you want a very deep massage than you would like the other girl. I'd try both and see which style you like better. Some may take off a star for the language barrier, but I won't because these women work very hard to please you. I've been to places where I did not have a good massage that spoke full English. I think with the price being only $50 an hour it's very reasonable, and I'm completely happy with my massage so I'm going to give it 5 stars. There are also separate rooms so you can relax whereas other massage places that charge a lower price don't have the private room like they do here. I have never made an appointment and always do walk ins when I go. Don't hesitate to get a massage here. Try it you will love it!

This is not a fancy spa place but it is very clean as you can see in the pictures and the massage was decent. With massages, they don't depend on the place, they depend on each worker. You can pay more in other places but some masseuse weren't that good. I'm glad we took a chance on this place and we will definitely be coming back. The two ladies who took care of me and my mom were very nice, accommodatingn and took their time. They also speak decent English so communication is not an issue. They didn't do the hot stone towards the end like many other places but that's ok with us because they actually gave us a few minutes foot rub which many other places normally don't.
