During my massage and then facial the lady left the room at least 3 times to attend to customers. It was quite annoying. She was out so long at one point that the other woman, who was working on my daughter, stepped in to continue my facial. 2. My daughter has flawless face. No pimples, nothing. The woman who was doing her facial tells us that my daughter needs a different kind of facial because she has "acne". We declined. I knew that's just to sell us more stuff. When my daughter's facial was done, her face was full of tiny red bumps from popping stuff. Again, my daughter doesn't have any pimples. I know cuz she lives with us at home and she takes care of her skin. 3. It was supposed to be a 1 hour facial and a 1 hour massage. Yet they finished on us 15 minutes earlier. So, overall it would have been a pleasant experience if it wasn't for these 3 things I mentioned. Not sure if we are returning.

I requested a 45 min foot massage and 45 min neck/shoulder massage. I got. 90 min full body massage. The ability to communicate is terrible. They ask "this ok?" During the massage for pressure and you say yes or no but I think that is the extent of their ability to understand what you say. I only came here because my regular place in Westfield was booked same day but I don't think it be coming back. It wasn't a very relaxing environment.
