I was greeted by Ashley the office manager and she has the best customer service skills I've ever encountered. Someone who knows what she's talking about and actually loves her job. My youngest son who is autistic came on the tour and he was actually the one who picked our place. There was two units available an upstairs which was chosen by my son and a downstairs unit which I actually wanted. Ashley made the whole tour enjoyable and made it feel like we were home. It's very peaceful, clean, well kept up. We just moved in, in August and already feel like we've been at home for a while now. The neighbors are so kind. Then you go in the back of the apartment it's a total different story, trash everywhere, the dumpsters looks like you could really get a disease if you stay in there too long. Really you better have all your shots before you enter. When I first moved in my car was egged and so was the entry door area of the apartment, I called management and they told me I should have called the police when It happen, I then told them that it's their property they should call the police. It ends up being kids who did it. The secerity and dispatch do not relay any complaints or what happens at night to the office. So when you go in there to talk about it they have no idea what is going on. A few days ago someone broke a piece of cement on the side walk by my door and no one ever cleaned it up. The walls are paper then, I can hear my upstairs nabers turn in their bed at night if they are not blasting there ghetto music at night, security told me I have to deal with it, I guess that is there way of saying I don't deserve to be respected or live a decent life style. Because they can blast that till ten at night. They won't do anything. The people who blast their car music in the middle of the night have no regard for the other people who live around there. Or they just expect them to be ghetto like they are. There were two brakes in, one the guy was in the bath tub and they broke into his apartment and the other the apartment was broken into. I have heard of kids getting jumped. I have seen children allowed to run the apartment complex. I have seen drugs being sold in the parking lot. And you can smell weed when you walk to the office. I saw someone break into a mail box. The gate is always broken and people would drop off stolen cars in the back parking lot. You pay for the gate and it never works.
