I've lived at Cross Pointe since May and I honestly love it! The team noticed I left my garage open (which I never do) and called me to make sure everything was okay and offered to close it for me since I was on vacation! I loved my tour with a Niche, she just made me feel at home and honestly just super informative since I was going to be relocating from Sacramento to the area. Aujonae made my movein a breeze even when I was running late, and Amandi is just always so sweet and ready to help if I ever do have a question! I've only ever had pest control come once only for a spider in my garage because I'm scary lol otherwise I've had 0 pest issues. I also have 2 vehicles and have 0 parking issues or vehicle safety issues. The valet waste saves me so much since I travel a lot and don't ever want to forget to take my trash out and the neighborhood is my favorite part, with all the good food and shops right next door! read more

I think my only real complaint besides vehicle safety is fairness. If you have more than one car, do NOT move here. If you have things you store in your garage and you have 2 cars, do NOT move here. For anything paying over $2500 a month in rent, we should be able to park where ever we need to besides someone's garage space. Now they have enforced parking rules that makes it impossible for anyone that has more than 2 cars. Some people have a 3rd commuter car or a work vehicle. Some people store things in their garage and don't have room for a car. And they won't give you a 3rd pass if you have an extra car. That might be one thing this apartment complex might want to consider. Allow people to pay an extra $100 a month for another car or something. Towing people's cars will go horribly wrong really soon for this place. I get it, but most people pay almost $3k in rent here and we can't park where we need to. read more

moved into my apartment which had cameras , management (Mary Baker) just said " woops we don't know how they got there " . it Took them about 2 months to go fix a hole in the wall that a camera was in . Manager always dodge compromising emails. I had to remove the cameras myself.... In retaliation of me being a great tenant and not writing more emails or reviews , they will not give me a good flushing toilet . Like $2000 ain't enough for a 1 bed apartment . This is an updated review: Giving feed back on all aspects. After a year of living here in the cross pointe apartments I can say that the staff here has truly made living here very much enjoyable. The apartments in particular are very nice and well kept. Like much of Antioch you have crime zones, this apartment complex specifically is a target due to the homelessness near by. Due to my vehicle being broken into when we first moved in I just make sure not to leave anything in my car if I'm not parking in my garage. These apartments actually just hired a new security patrol and I have seen them on more than one occasion and haven't seen any creepers wandering in lately. The neighbors are great. I have lived in 2 apartment buildings since moving here and both locations are very nice with nice surrounding neighbors. Parking here is very scarce, it's very difficult to find parking if you're getting home late at night so if you're looking to rent here I suggest getting an apartment with a garage. The maintenance men are very helpful. Mario goes above and beyond to help you in any situation. I know if I need something done soon I can count on Mario to get it done in an efficient and timely manner. He always has a smile on his face and his happy go lucky attitude makes you feel comfortable when asking questions or seeking help. Juan has fixed my toilet and shower and on both occasions was very respectful and timely. Always pleasant when we see him out and about. And last but not least Michael. Michael has fixed a loose cabinet for me and he was so sweet. Anytime we have guest over he's always so nice and gives my family a warm welcome. Whenever I'm walking my pup he always stops and says hello. Living here has been very enjoyable. The office staff has made us feel like family, after having our cars burglarized the first week moving in we weren't sure how we were going to like it here, but we have grown to love it. I've been here almost 3 years I think. Maintenance men are great especially Juan. Community complex is nice & clean except when the garbage men track trash that didn't make it inside all through the damn complex. Sierra was great in the office while she was here. The people that work in the office now or not good, not professional, do not return emails or messages & they have horrible attitudes-customer service sucks. They pick & choose who they send them dumb ass complaint notifications-lease-"reminder" to or shall I say they pick & choose which color complaints are about then they send the notification emails to everyone instead of addressing the tenants the complaints are on like grown ups or fair non-discriminative mgmt (if that's a word).. Overall help from the office is trash, maintenance help is a plus, the look of the complex is a plus, noise level to me depends on which building you're in but nothing major bc these are apartments lol, the pool/bbq, mini gym, rentable play/host room area is nice and usually clean (NOT open currently though thanks to the Rona), the gate always works (except once it was broken but that hasn't turned into something that normally occurs), rent cost is decent for the area but prices have increased.. Its a park across the street, nice plaza surrounding, Wally World down the street, walking paths near by so on. Nice place to live though. UPDATE since I posted review & received a "response": HATE when someone has plenty of opportunities to return numerous callS or to respond to emailS about VALID CONCERNS from tenants who PAY RENT to live there but choose to ignore them until you let it be known for others to see.., then you get a fake response like this. My second review /complaint. Management towed my car because they said it was parked in the same spot for 3 days. I paid $394 to get it out the next day. I made a video of 2 cars that have not moved on over 10 days . Probably longer but I started my video 7/1/21-7/10/21... Cars are still in same spot never moved. I sent letter to office and of course no Answer. Wondering why I was sought out: picked on. Doesn't a policy pertain to ALL residents? Go figure.Moving forward with Filing a housing complaint as well as housing discrimination. I regret the decision that my husband and I made to stay here. I'm so happy that we are no longer here and wish that they would improve the way the staff treats the tenants. Mary and Nina you two lady's need to get it together if you want to keep tenants around. I know apartments aren't perfect, but overall these apartments in my opinion, I would not recommend anyone staying here. The gentleman i believe his name was Victor who is no longer there was one of the most friendly and most professional staff members that they had. Let me start of by agreeing with many of these comments, maintenance is great they come even when they're on lunch. They make sure they come in with their shoes off or wear bags to make sure the carpet doesn't get dirty. Now the staff KEVIN is awesome! Mary's very helpful & patient. BUT just like the gentle man in another comment stated Persia is VERY RUDE!!! I have had several conversations with her & she has a very smart mouth with a attitude! Whewh very unprofessional!!!!!! I've been here for a while now, and the whole time I been here haven't got to use the gym or pool which sucks because of covid. Caution. This company may be experiencing a cash crunch. I had to sue their holding company, Sequoia in Small Claims Court for the return of my $500 security deposit. Manager Ms. Persia unfortunately kept me waiting with claims there was a "computer problem, I'm "not alone"", then, the check was "in the mail" and "she'll contact their bookkeeper". Haven't even lived here for 48 hours and my finances work truck has been broken into and expensive equipment has been stolen. We are paying $2600 a month to live here I would expect them to have security driving around at night for how much everyone is paying to live here. Based off other reviews this seems to be common here and they have had time to correct it. Very upsetting to think you are moving somewhere nice and paying extra to have security, just to get your stuff ripped off not even 48 hours later of moving in. Now I have to file a claim on our renters insurance and pay a $500 deductible on top of the costs to move here, when I should be unpacking and settling into our new place. Cool. read more

Mario was very helpful and professional.he made sure all my requests for maintenance were handled in a timely manner and completed as soon as possible.Mike and Jordan were very professional, also. All three were super friendly and helpful. They made my stay at Cross Pointe very enjoyable. In the last year, the people in the office changed frequently, and I never got to know them.the dynamics of the complex changed drastically during this time. Let me start off by saying that Persia is very rude and she lacks customer service. I called in to get a simple question answered and she wouldn't answer it, she kept saying she didn't understand my question but when I tried to rephrased the question she got upset and started talking over me and wouldn't let me talk. She than put me on hold without even saying that she was going to put me on hold and had me waiting for about 15 mins thinking she was going to come back onto the line but never did. I had to recall back to get her to pick up again. This is not the first time that her customer service wasn't up to par, I just hope no one else will choose to live here and have to deal with her. This apartment community has the worst customer service. The process of getting approved takes forever. Sierra is supposed be an assistant manager but she doesn't know anything, keeps saying that she needs to ask her Manager to get the right information. All the open parking spaces are locates next to the two building stories, MIND YOU 1st and 2nd floors get TWO designated parking spots. Third floor gets ONE!!! SOOOOOO why is all the open parking next to the people who have designated parking spots!? I will be going above management with all the issues at this complex because for them to charge $2309 for their box size apartments and no parking is just ridiculous! Scammed me out of my security deposit probably because they thought I was younger and would just believe what they said. Despite the fact that they sent me an official refund receipt that said I would get my entire deposit back, they sent me less than a third of what they owed me. When I called to clarify why there was such a huge difference between the receipt and the check, they said that they actually owed us less and their excuse for taking so much out of the deposit was that they needed to do general cleaning and renovations despite them saying that there was no damage during the move out walkthrough. Also despite their "security," we had one of our cars broken into and our garage broken into 2 weeks later. They either don't have an efficient way of keeping their records or they just find bs excuses to take all of your money. Absolutely ridiculous. Literally move anywhere else. read more

I lived here for a year when the apartments were first built. We got a good move in special and were coming from a very sketchy neighborhood before, so the apartments seemed too good to be true. We ended up on the third floor, which was a pain, but it was the apartment available for the discounted rate so we took it. It had a detatched garage that only fit one car. The parking was very tight, so I always found myself walking across the complex to get home. I didn't like the lack of parking much. The staff was friendly and maintained the apartments very well. The pros for cross point definately outwiegh the cons... but here goes. Pros: -New appliances -Walk in closets -Indoor washer and dryers -Pool, spa and BBQ area -Attatched and detatched garages -Pre-wired for Dish network and high speed internet -Business center with internet access, printer and fax -Gorgeous clubhouse to rent out -Well maintained property -Located on the new end of Lone Tree w/ lots of new shopping centers -Fresh baked cookies and coffee for residents in the main office Cons: -Lack of parking -High rent ($1260 for a one bedroom) -Cannot have anything but Dish network for tv service The staff is really great here and they really do go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I have been a resident here at Cross Pointe for five years and had great experiences with the property management team and maintenance crew. My repair tickets have been worked timely and resolved promptly. I have dealt with property management team on multiple issues and have always been pleased with my results. Recently, I downgraded to a one bedroom since my daughter moved on to college and Kevin was helpful and understanding. We were living there for about a little over a year. Only because the price was fitting to our budget at first. The price goes up everytime we renewed our lease. You pay for trash and water. These apartments aren't safe anymore. Our place has been broken into, my car was stolen, and my boyfriend's car was broken into multiple times!!! During the summer when we go to the pool, there's always a large amount of unsupervised children. And I'm sure most of them don't live here because they came in large groups on bikes. And same thing with the gym! There are kids in there with loud music being played on their devices. Hanging out on the equipment, just being a nuisance. I enjoyed every bit of our living here at crosspoint. Its high in the price but it had what we wanted in a home. We moved to a different place to save money for our up coming wedding. The only con I could find was while moving we had a notice on our uhaul truck (had not even been in our possession 24 hours) had a notice that it was going to be towed! Cause it was being used for storage? Excuse me but a remember a little over a month ago a penske truck was being parked in several different spots for over a week. And they received no notice of tow. But hey I guess when your no longer going to be giving a company money things change. Beyond that I would recommend living at these appartments. I recently applied for an apartment at Crosse Pointe and put down a $100 holding deposit. Cross Pointe emailed me and said I was ineligible to lease with them, but never returned my $100 holding deposit. It's been over two weeks, and I've called and emailed multiple times only to get no response back. This is BAD BUSINESS, as I should have automatically been refunded this money instead of trying to chase them down for it. I had to call my bank to file a dispute to get this money back. Renter's beware....BAD BUSINESS. read more

This has been the 3rd time in the year my car has been broken into. There isn't any security for the amount of rent they want you to pay. This shit has got out of hand. PLEASE don't let the image fool you, the apartments may look gorgeous,but Really take into consideration where you live , and ask questions and go to Yelp and see what others experienced living anywhere . This isn't a protected nor secured community . The amount of auto break ins are just unspeakable. Over 10 cars this morning in my complex was broken into. Everyone this morning was cleaning up glass . People work hard in here on top of paying bills and rent going up ! And we don't get the extra security?!?!? I am pissed they haven't came up with a solution for this shit yet? But have the extra time to put notices on your door about complaints or on your car for unauthorized parking ?!? And then you bring this to their attention and you don't get shit but an apology! We will be getting the hell out of here , i will be breaking my lease and taking some legal action . I've lived here for 3 years. The location is great! Close to the freeway and bypass, and shopping and restaurants. The connected garage and in-unit laundry definitely puts this complex ahead of any others in the area. The other benefits are the friendly office staff and maintenance staff. When everyone is on a first-named basis around here, you know everyone loves the friendly atmosphere! The only con I would say is the price is a little high, but probably people everywhere say the same thing. read more

Honestly the apt is fine but I will say I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED in how the situation was handled on me being able leave my home. There was a random car in front of my garage blocking me from getting out. I called the maintenance number 3 times; the first time I called at 1120 I was told that someone would get back to me soon. I called the security number I had on file right after to be told that they are only on duty at night so they couldnt help me.I had to call back at 1pm to maintenance number and was told the exact same thing. Called at 330pm and was told they was just recording what was going on, for future reference but I would have to call a local patrol to have them handle it for me. I called the number she gave me to be told that they are no longer under that company's security. The local police can't do anything for me because it is PRIVATE property so I completely had to cancel all my holiday plans because I couldnt leave. This is really unacceptable and extremely frustrating cause NO ONE HAS YET TO CALL and now I'm wondering if I'm even going to be able to leave for work tomorrow morning. This alone makes me want to leave if nothing else does. read more

I recently moved from Crosspoint and i couldn't wait to leave a review. Overall it was a decent place to live. Great layout, close to stores and freeway, and lots of parking. Few things i want to share. 1. If you live downstairs be prepared to hear your upstairs neighbor all the time. Unfortunately i lived under very noisy neighbors even complained a couple of times but that didn't solve any issues. 2. Office staff was OK. Mary and Kevin were great even maintenance staff but Sierra was never pleasant to talk to. There's no enthusiasm in her voice or when something is wrong there's no sympathy. When we turned in our keys on our last day not even a "thank you for your time here", nobody asked why we were leaving either. 3.Garbage was annoying because even when you do your part and leave out your trash like your suppose to (only at certain times and certain days) you see everyone else with their trash bins outside all day all year long. Don't bother complaining about that tho because they won't do anything about it. 4.Pool passes aren't enforced at all. Everytime we went NOBODY was wearing them and there's no one to tell you to. So that means anybody who does not live there can take a quick dip too. Some suggestions would be, to have some security at night since rent is pretty over priced, put some money towards the back gate entrance to make it faster to get home, or add some speed bumps in other areas since people like to speed through and almost hit other cars. The only great thing I can say is the maintenance staff is awesome! Mario is great and they all did everything they could to help us when needed, very friendly! The complex was nicely designed. You can get an attached garage which is nice. The neighbors around are not the best. The pool is nice but you can't never enjoy it. People from outside the complex come and management doesn't do anything to solve it. The location is very good you can walk to the stores but the gate is constantly broken so anyone Can come in. You are constantly gonna have to deal with cockroaches. They will fumigate but it doesn't solve the problem. They pick your garbage from outside your apartment which contributes to the roaches. If you are moving in I recommend you checking for dust and dirt everywhere In the fridge,dishwasher,washer on top of the door frames just run your finger through it. If you get some dust make them write it down because when you move out, that's what they will do. If you are moving out don't even bother to clean and forget about your deposit. Management used to be better. Now they have this guy in the front that doesn't know anything. Sierra was very nice I never had a problem with her. On the plus size is a very dog friendly complex. If you have a big dog not a problem. There's a bunch in the apartments. read more
