Now that I've officially moved on from this place. Let me address all my issues I've experienced here: 1) My car was stolen in broad daylight from parking lot. I called the front office to see if they can check the cameras and was advised they only have ONE (YES!!! ONE) camera at the front gate. This complex is BIG and they only have ONE camera?? Huh?? Rent here is crazy HIGH and they don't have 24 hour security nor do they have multiple cameras. Make it MAKE SENSE!! 2. They call for EVERY noise complaint. Even during the day. I have kids of course its going to be noisy- downstairs neighbors were some real LIVE karens. 3. They let anyone in the pool area which was annoying AF. Its supposed to be accessed by a key only Don't MOVE here- save yourself the headache.

I was not only gravitated to Crossroads by the location, landscape, and amenities but, because of the leasing agent Jamie. Jamie was so warm, welcoming, and listened to my every want and concerns. After being a tenant for over a year, I had an issue with my new neighbor. I felt so comfortable to go in and express my concerns and frustrations to Jamie. She was understanding took everything I said into consideration and handled the problem within that same day. Haven't had an issue since. The ladies in the office are what make Crossroads, the place you want to live. I met Lynn the day I moved in and did the inspection and she again was wonderful. They go out of their way to make sure you feel at home and take the time to get to know you personally. Not many places know a majority of their residents by name and their family household. I appreciate all they do. Thank you, ladies for making my stay here a breeze. :)

My daughter got denied but met the qualifications on their application but based on her Age they denied her. It is my belief that they are looking to rent to certain people to fit the image of what they want to live there even though the area is not so desirable/ bad. The apartment manager told my daughter you need good credit to stay here because the rent is so low. You're too young. You have to have 3/4 credit cards and have to been paying them for 3 years or more. I see that another review on here had a similar interaction. With that being said I suggest anyone that has had this problem with this company, file a complaint with HUD for housing discrimination.

I personally know there are 2 people that have fully working fobs. I was finally given the after hours phone number to the security if I came in after the doors were closed. STILL NO RESOLUTION FOR MY NON WORKING FOB. The manager in my opinion came in with a very defensive demeanor. She turned and asked me what can she help me with because she could not talk with my god daughter because she was not on the lease. I walked away. They talked. I have no idea what they talked about because I refused to listen. If I could rate 0 I would.
