Disappointing experience. Just learned previous phone calls and emails being ignored by staff/manager, regarding update on a holding fee refund. This has been ongoing for over a month, when told refund would be given back in two weeks. Attempted to apply for an apartment that was shown to us, was told the process takes 3 weeks for third party to even review the application. Paid the holding fee, when trying to complete the application I could no longer fully submit it because the "apartment was already taken" ?? (a whole other issue) Now a month later still waiting for refund or at least an update. Called again, only to be given a corporate number. read more

My wife and I have been jere for 4 years. I really like it here. They are attentive and extremely Accommodating. They keep it very clean and never hassle the tenants. Tons of restaurants and other stores within walking distance. Right off the freeway and quiet! I'm a fan and plan in being here atleast two more years. read more

I have lived at these apartments for 5 years. Recently we have had homeless infiltrate our wonderful community. There is garbarge and constant shopping carts going in and out of field, and walkway behind apartments. It is very heartbreaking. I have always felt safe there and now not so much. The Antioch Police can do nothing and our management company is not taking too seriously. What used to be know in the area as the nicest apartments in the area are now known for the apartments with all the homeless people. read more

lived here for a couple of years, while the location was great things began going downhill towards the end of my stay. there were constant changes going on with staff with the last ones being the least helpful when it came to finding out information on the utilities which were supposed to be included. a majority of the time the pool was out of service and there were 1-2 times the hot tub actually felt like a hot tub. the rest of the time the temp was very lukewarm. eventually a homeless encampment popped up on the fence outside of our front door. there are no safety measurements if you don't live in the gated area, and they expect you to pay for a key to get into the gated area despite that being where the mailboxes are located. as far as maintenance goes they weren't helpful and would refuse to change our air filter or say it looked fine when it would leave us sniffling. read more

Unfortunately I feel like I need to rate Bella Rose at this time. I actually love the complex , and the facility. The staff is absolutely great. Our apartment is beautiful. You might wonder why I'm writing this review. Why I'm only giving one star. You need to feel safe and secure wherever you live. In the almost three years we have lived here we have had our cars broken into four times and had one vehicle stolen. It has cost us out of our pocket thousands of dollars. We have paid to replace car windows, had to replace items that were stolen , and had to replace a vehicle that was stolen. We pay extra for this apartment complex to feel safe. It doesn't appear that the owners of the complex really are very concerned about this ongoing problem. We're supposed to have a company securing the complex but I'm not seeing that read more

As everyone below was saying below, ever since the change in management it seems that they cut down costs for the safety of everyone. The ones in charge upfront are not as friendly compared to Casey and Lauren who were the ones that used to accommodate concerns. It's sad seeing this place go this way, unfortunately. Constant car break-ins, gated mailroom was broken into 2x- entire mailbox shelve crowbarred open, homeless bent metal bars to pool area and took baths in spa during Covid, and latest- someone used a ladder to get to my second story patio and steal our bike. Then placed ladder over creek fence and CAME back hours later to pick up! Security patrol drove by but didn't stop while I was talking to police officer and made no report to management; they are not competent or effective. Pool area used to be gorgeous and pristine, now it is dirty, trash everywhere, and never cleaned properly. Reported jacuzzi not working 3x, now murky water and dirty. Lived here 2+ years and ever since FPI Management took over last year, things got bad. It is no longer safe, clean, or maintained. Management is unresponsive and doesn't seem concerned. Disappointing to see once beautiful and safe property go downhill. read more

The apartments are really nice, very spacious, and no sound from the neighbors. The community is very friendly, and the property manager is fantastic. The sound from loan tree can keep you up at night if you live on the street, but with in the park it is super chill. Although the place does its best to keep crime low friends of ours in the complex have had their cars stolen and broken into. The price is really high, especially when I hear what first time home owners are paying for mortgages in the area (thus 4 stars instead of 5). As to the apartment amenities, they are nice, the kitchen cabinets and appliances are great, and when you have an issue they take care of things quickly. I lived here up until last month. I lived here alone and my girlfriend came over occasionally. I work full time so I am usually gone 4-5 days a week. I do not party or have any kids or listen to really loud music or jump off the cabinets and bed as they complained to management about me. Overall the apartment is nice. I had the smallest one bedroom they had to offer. The rent was somewhere along the lines or $1300 a month with a 9 month lease. They are considered luxury apartments but that is such a lie. It is far from luxury. The units are like paper thin and the cabinets inside the kitchen and bathroom are made of some type of knock off wood. The paint began to peel and I was charged at the end of my lease for this. You get one covered parking stall. You get a sub average gym for what they charge a month, a nice pool and hot tub. Bring your pool passes because they have pool cops (young teen pot heads) monitoring the pool. The neighbor I had downstairs was a weed smoker and not sure if he used other drugs but he was complaining to management that I was jumping off the cabinets and that he was hearing loud thuds in the late hours of the night. Management is ok. They will not side with you if you are pretty new there. They are nice when you drop off payments but that's it. I wouldn't recommend the second story for people who have kids. I wouldn't want you to get harassed by management here. I heard many stories from tenants that were living there and on there way out of there about being accused of noise complaints as well. My daughter and I have lived here for 3 months and we love it here. It's peaceful, there's a nice trail in the back for us to take walks and ride bikes. The units are beautiful and clean! Maintenance is super on point!! (I called maintenance twice to help me switch out my shower head and it didn't even take long at all! Also, maintenance helped me throw out our jack-o-lanterns that quickly rotted from in front of the front door) Everyone in the office is super nice and helpful! Even the process was super easy; scheduling a tour/paperwork etc. Our neighbors have been here for YEARS (5, 9, 15 years) and they love it here. I can see why. read more

This place is the best apartment I've ever lived in it's beautiful love the the style. Our porch view is the creek and it is amazing! The nature in that path is gorgeous especially the birds and the creek when it's flowing it is so relaxing. We've lived here for almost three years and hoping for more didn't come across any problems with the staff or issues in our unit. Richard and Lauren are very friendly and professional, maintenance are also wonderful people friendly as well. I highly recommend this place. read more

since this apartment had a new management, this place is not safe anymore. no security patrol on site in the evening. my bf company truck was broken into 2x. homeless being seen in daylight using our jacuzzi in the middle of pandemic. Since richard left , nobody cares about residents concern.Now, the 2nd floor of one of the complex was burglarized. read more

The management is terrible. We rented the remote $50 each , but by the time we moved out they did not want us issue a refund. They said no record of payment . It's their policy that their will not issue a remote if the payment has been not received . They are giving me a hard time to get my money refunded. They wanted me to provide a proof although it's obvious that they received the payment. read more

I personally have over 10 years of industry experience in property management so I am a critic to say the least when dealing with apartment managers and so far my experience with Richard has been A+. We lived at these apartments for a year and had to move to the bay area for work. These apartments are a steal for the price when you compare what a comparable property is in Livermore or Pleasanton. We lived near the pool which could get noisy, but we never heard anything from our direct neighbors, it was quiet, as quiet as an apartment can be. The maintenance team was quick with the one request we had which was a hole in our screen door, they fixed it that day. The kitchen is small for the unit, we had a 2x2, but it is usable. There are ceiling fans in all of the rooms, which you have no idea how much you miss them after you move to a place without them. Sometimes the A/C was not needed, but when we did turn them on the fans help circulate the air. In summary, we enjoyed living at this apartment and did not have any problems with neighbors or management. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Antioch, but just a street away from Brentwood. read more

Came here a few weekends ago to visit a friend who lives at Bella Rose. This is what I saw: litter across the grounds - in the bushes and parking lot next to the curbs, 2 people having a heated argument next to their parked car, dog poop sitting on the walkway which obviously hasn't been picked up in days, and a garden area called the "Rose Garden" that doesn't have a single rose and has very poor landscaping. My friend says she is very disappointed and is going to move when her lease is up. The pool area, however, seems nice but the jacuzzi was not working. read more

Lived here for 6 months. Very nice and clean apartments, but way too expensive for what you actually get! The assigned and covered parking situation is NOT designed very well. The assigned parking in most buildings is very far from your apartment, and the guest parking is right up close. Since the guest parking was closer, everyone parked there and not in the assigned spaces, leaving no where for guests to park, and half the time I couldn't even get parking close, so I had to carry my groceries quiet a ways! The pool and hot tub are very nice, but the few times we went to use the hot tub, it just took way to long to heat up! Very Frustrating! Overall the staff is amazing, and I would recommend these apartments if you have the extra money to spend! read more

Been living here for 6 months and been nothing but complaints by neighbors for walking home through the gates at late hours because me and my roommate have no car coming home from work(in the city). even in the rain.construction rattled our whole place for 3 months and still going. pool/hot tub has been on construction pretty much our whole stay. For paying these definitely high prices ,you would atleast think that the facilities would be up too par ,which it was not.For not being home half of the time(working trying to pay the rent), they sure had a lot to complain about.You're better off getting a house around time where no one judges you by your age or better yet anything.Other than that, the rooms were pretty nice.not for what you pay but nice. read more
