He was in awe of their work. Everything was done to perfection. We had over 6 bids for bathrooms ( total redo) and their prices were amazing for the work they did! They listened to our concerns, came up with a plan. We could not be happier! Besides bathrooms, we were going to have them do our flooring- carpet to LV. Third floor condo - we ordered all, they bought everything up three flights of steps ( 950 square feet) - after carpet was up they noted flooring was off, and LV was not an option unless floor floated. We opted for carpet. They hauled all of the LV back down three flights. Zero complaints. Happy to do whatever was in our best interest! When we thanked them for their great work throughout, their response was always " we thank you. We are grateful for the work!" Dream Hardwood floors was one of the few available that could start work immediately, on top of that my price was very good considering the amount of work that needed to be done. I had some fill work that needed to be done because I demo'd a pony wall with no floor under it. There was also a really BAD patch job that the previous home owner hid under a gigantic couch that I never saw until the house was cleared for the keys to be turned over. On top of that, there was an area of the house that had a bad slope to the point where the floor split in an area because of it. Every contractor prior to Dream Hardwood floors would not give me a firm price on fixing the slope because they gave me every potential issue that that could come up and said they would quote me to fix it after they already got the job and started going into the floor. I don't know about you guys, but I don't like the idea of an open-ended contract. Anyway Humberto gave me a firm price, and got to work immediately. And when I say immediately, like...the following day before I even got him the deposit. I think the total job took a little over a week. The patch work where they staggered the wood was amazing, after it was all said and done you couldn't tell any patch work was done at all. There were some areas though where edges of trim for doors (wall trim was removed prior, but door trim was not) that ended up with some stain on it. That would probably be my only real "complaint". Other than that work was done great, there was good communication, and you can tell a lot of pride in the work. Humberto seems to have a genuine passion for flooring and wood which is nice to be around when figuring things out vs someone just looking for another job. I went with a 50/50 espresso - ebony mix. I LOVE IT! I will definitely use Dream Hardwood Floors again when its time for me to refinish the floors whenever that time comes up.

I had many companies reach out only to drop the ball in getting me at timely quote or calling when they promised. First of all - Most of their 5 star reviews are fake both on Yelp and Google Maps. More on in…read morelater. Second, my actual experience - They are borderline fraudsters, and most likely will scam you once you sign the contract. I did a project worth $15K with them and it was a nightmare experience. First, they began adding several hidden charges, knowing that I have no other option than to stick with them. Second, they did a quite a bit of damages in my home during installation and walked away citing the contract holds them not responsible. Finally, they were tried a neat trick to charge you more - they will increase the square footage of installation, I am not talking about 10% wastage. For my 650 sq. ft carpet installation (including 10% wastage) they were charging me for 765 sq. ft. When I questioned them, they reverted it back to 650 sq. ft. Something to be careful with these people. The workmanship is just ok. Harwood installation was ok, carpet installation was a lower quality work. Here's how they work - they subcontract to another folks who in turn subcontract to another folks, this caused a lot of churn in communication and in the end, you pay for all the middleman. Lastly, they will not honor anything they mention on their website or provide any kind of warranty. The same owner has another store in Lynnwood - Wills Flooring and you will see a striking similarity in review content, language as well as posters for both the stores. All these reviewers who have given 5 stars have posted only 2-4 reviews on Google, they all have stock photos and their profiles are locked. So, please double check before trusting the reviews.
