The facility inside of Dixon Medical Center on Lincoln, so you won't find any big sign announcing their faciity, just the medical center sign. The room was comfy, as was the bed. I needed more pillows because I sleep propped at an angle, and Shelbi provided me with more. I was awakened in the middle of the night in order to fit a C-PAP machine on me, and I must say that I slept better after that. I believe the electronics detected sleep apnea. Test results are sent to a sleep specialist, then to your M.D. You are notified via your M.D. and not the technician who attends to you during the night. Looking forward to my results in a week or so. Good place, great staff.

Why am I being punished for California sleep solution/ sleep coach when they didn't list the tubing as a supply I need? Tubing is covered by my insurance. I'm now waiting on a manager to call me back, hopefully with a solution that doesn't cost me for California sleep solution incomplete supply list. I've been using a CPAP for close to 20 years. I've dealt with several CPAP supply companies. California sleep solution is by far the worst. I really liked Apria Direct. I would love my physician to offer another supply options. Not happy!

When I went to Dr. Yeung's office recently, I was told I need another surgery! Apparently, they didn't take out a bone in my nose that was blocking my sinus from getting out, and that is causing me having repetitive sinus infections over the years to the point that I'm on anti-biotics every 3 months. They never told me before/after my first surgery that was an issue, or else I would have told them to go all in and remove that bone and do a complete surgery/clean up. This is super frustrating to me, and hence the 1 star.

I had been suffering from a fungal infection in my left ear for six months, and my previous ENT had dropped the ball. Dr. Yeung quickly cleaned out the fungal infection, sent it for biopsy, and saw me four times every three days. Each time, she meticulously 'vacuumed' my ear. It was painful. Dr. Yeung was super efficient, gentle/caring, and she got great results. As well, her treatments helped close the hole in my middle ear. She also has great staff. I feel lucky to have connected with Dr. Yeung.

I suspect all your patients would appreciate a more comfortable mattress and it would be conducive to a result that more accurately reflects your service goals and patient needs.
