I came here while i was looking for a place to receive prenatal care while my insurance was in the process of being approved. No one else would see me but Carrie and the staff told me to come in and they took care of me and helped me get things squared away with my insuramce. Carrie was very sweet. I always had to book late appointments due to my work schedule and they were so accomodating. Whenever i would come in they would offer me tea or snacks while i waited which wasnt long. I never felt rushed during my appointments. You can tell they really care about the well being of their patients. They even have a little room that you can "shop in" with the play money they give you by showing up to your appointments. I was able to get a lot of things for my baby that i otherwise probably couldnt afford.if anyone is looking to donate their baby items that are still in good condition this is the perfect place! I've been with the Alpha Clinic for about 5 1/2 months now. At first, I started going there because my doctors office couldn't get me an appointment until I was almost 5 months pregnant. To me that was just to long to go not being under any prenatal care, and I had seen the Alpha RV's in the past so I gave them a shot. I went to my doctor appointment at my OB office and I couldn't believe how fast they had me in and out. I tried to brief my new OB on things I had been working on with my OB at Alpha, but it was obvious she had no cares. That's when I decided to remain having the rest of my care at Alpha Clinic. The staff is so extremely welcoming to myself and my family. I have a 6 year old that they always welcome with open arms if she has to come to an appointment with me. It feels like a private practice. You're not sitting in an exam room twiddling your thumbs for 30-40 minutes until your doctor finally has time to see you for 5 minutes. The staff at Alpha CARES, they treat you like family along with helping you with all things pregnancy. I highly recommend this warm, caring environment for your pregnancy needs. read more
