Unfortunately, our recent experience with Kristine, who identified herself as the office manager, was extremely disappointing. She mentioned that she has worked at the office for over 15 years, but her communication with us was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. My partner has been experiencing a persistent cough and needed to schedule an appointment. Kristine instructed us to take a COVID test. We explained that we had already done so, but instead of listening, she accused us of not telling the truth and refused to let us speak with the doctor. Throughout the conversation, she repeatedly interrupted us, would not allow us to explain the situation, and seemed unwilling to listen to our concerns. As long-time patients, we were shocked by how we were treated. Healthcare professionals, especially those in management positions, should treat patients with respect, compassion, and professionalism. We have never experienced such rude and disrespectful behavior in a medical office before. This review is not directed at Dr. Kujok, who has always provided excellent care. Our concern is solely with the way we were treated by Kristine during this interaction. We sincerely hope this matter is addressed so that other patients do not have a similar experience.

The receptionist was incompetent and kept having to be pressured to do her job, the medical assistant acted like your friend but did not actually know what he was doing including giving an injection, and the "provider" nurse practitioner didn't send the medications that she prescribed to the pharmacy, even though she confirmed prescription and location of pharmacy. She also didn't really know what to diagnose until "asking her colleagues" ????? The issue didn't even get resolved until the next day a whole entire 24 hours later - and after many calls and pressure to the office. It's absolutely incredible and I am glad that my husband didn't have a more severe issue but his care was definitely delayed. Please avoid this place and go to the next nearest urgent care or ER.
