He will always spend as much time with me as I need. Please note, however, that it is not easy to obtain a fast appointment. Dr. Morfin is typically only in his office on Wednesday mornings, spending the bulk of his time either at dialysis centers or in-hospital. In addition, be aware that he has not worked at the UC Davis Sacramento location for at least three years. Rather his office is located at the UCD Folsom site. I recommend Dr. Morfin unconditionally.

Even though I already have a cardiologist that I very much trust and like, I am so happy I was able to have an appointment with Dr. Arthur. He confirmed what my existing Cardiologist has told me. But more important with his years of experience and his kind manner he put my mind at ease. He took time, patience, and understanding with my questions and concerns. He thoroughly reviewed my official records without jumping to conclusions, and listened to what I had to say. He drew diagrams of my heart, fully explaining to me the function of each area of the heart and how my heart and cardiovascular system is and is not functioning. I would not hesitate to refer Dr. Arthur to anyone. I never felt rushed and felt I could ask him anything. A doctor that listens and gives honest answers. I called and spoke to her staff and was told I had to pay and actually come in for a "15 minute shot and medication appointment" in order to be seen and given anything. After discussing what I had previously used, she begins to tell me I should have something else and writes me a prescription. This prescription my pharmacy apparently doesn't even carry the correct dosage of. After playing phone tag her office for over 4 days, I finally receive an email saying "Denying prescription of other medication requested. Patient said she wanted something different." So after playing phone tag again and telling all this to her poor office secretary, I am finally told I have had my actual needed prescription sent to my pharmacy. Finally! Not that hard! Worst doctor ever, no personality, no patient-doctor conversation, doesn't listen and is definitely on a power trip.
