They caused major damage to my brand new $3,000 refrigerator, brand new washer and dryer, my leather sofa and they stole a small Honda generator and many more items. Their claims for damage and loss are basically non existent and if you read it carefully they can basically say that they never saw or documented missing items because they neglect to write the item down. They can say that the items were already damaged. So forget any claim! When they move an entire house, garage, attic and shed and and you're a single person they can rip you off very easily as they did me! These people are slimy thieves! There is absolutely no way you can even make a claim either because of the way their contract is written. Total scum bags! I can't even believe these people are still in business or haven't been sued into bankruptcy! I cannot sue them because I now live in another state now and they know this! They are one big POS slimy thieves! Update 9/18/2017: The more I unpacked the more I realized how much they have stolen. Unbelievable thieves these POS guys are. You really need to stay away from this company. Feels like a total robbery, I feel extremely violated by these convicts. Also, just realized that I am missing my small wire welder and multiple more boxes of high value plumbing fixtures meant for my new home. Update 9/24/17: They stole my hope chest full of personal items including pictures and high school year books and so many other keepsakes that they would have no use for. They stole my memories! These guys are mother f$ckers to say the least! They stole the hope chest thinking they were getting something of monetary value. They stole most of my expensive garden equipment on top of everything else. Just sad! Here's what they do: They pile up what they want to steal in front of the side door as they make the truck look jammed packed from the back. Then when they leave your home all they do is open the side door and take what they have strategically placed there so when they open the back of the truck it appears as if nothing has been touched! Picking The Relocation Network was the best decision I have ever made for moving. We've moved several times by ourselves and trust me, I speak from experience, when I say the Relocation Network was worth every penny. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. From the very beginning, they were absolutely fantastic. I filled out a survey on Home Advisor for quotes on Professional Movers, and I was flooded with offers and phone calls from many companies... so I did my research. Let me say, Laura Fattal was by far the best customer service rep I spoke with. Knowledgeable, kind, very detail oriented, and had affordable rates. She walked me through everything, and I really appreciated her patience with all my questions. I even had to reschedule our move to the following week last minute because our home was not ready and the owner, Nick, was very kind and very accommodating over the phone. We even discussed the giant play set that needed to be moved and he assured me that his guys could do it. Moving Day: Brandon, Primo, and Orlando were nothing short from amazing! They arrived on time and were some of the hardest working people I've ever met. They were courteous, efficient, and very professional. They not only disembled and reassembled all of our beds but they continually checked in with me to make sure everything was going in the correct rooms at our new house and that I was happy. They worked quickly and made sure all of our furniture was protected and well taken care of throughout the move. Plus they blew me away with our play set! They disembled, relocated, and reassembled it in under two hours! I'm talking slide, 3 seat swing set, and monkey bars.... it's massive. What would have taken us a week, the three of them were able to move our entire 4 bedroom house in 10.5 hours! Thanks to this incredible company I'm able to enjoy our new home and sleep in my own bed the very first night. The stress of moving for us with two young kids is already nerve racking but this really helped us be able to relax and enjoy the process. Used to live in Northridge, then I had to move to Los Angeles, since I cannot stand driving from the valley to LA and spend 1-2 hours (one way) commuting to work. I finally gave up on and found a cute and affordable apartment near my work. No more Freeway 5 / 405! At that time, I had to move within less than a week, since my lease was finally up. I thought I would never find a place near my work and when I finally did, what a stressful moment! Within less than a week, I had to arrange pretty much everything from packing, letting my previous landlord that I'm not planning to lease the place for another year. Thank God he was kind enough to accept my notice within less than 30 days. Per our agreement, I had to notify him 30 days prior, but I didn't find out until a week before the lease was up. Called a few moving companies, got the quote and all of the info. Will / Bill (don't remember his name), was able to schedule his men based on my requested time and date. Since I do have a lot of stuff in my apartment, I asked for 3 people to help me instead of just 2. Faster that way, instead of just having 2 people helping me. Moving day, it was a nightmare before they arrive. I was up since 5am, packing and marking all the boxes. I tried to be as organize as possible, but it was just impossible for me to have the place ready for them. So I put them in a black garbage bag. (Seriously, I did that!) So anyway, yes, they came, then they moved my boxes, bags, furniture, and some weird stuff that I don't even recognize. I wish I had a yard sale or donate a few of the items. Just didn't had the time to do those things. Those stuff are still in storage, waiting to be cleared! It took them less than 2 hours to emptied out my apartment. If I didn't call them, It would probably take me the whole day and with multiple trips going back and forth. They unloaded the truck, moved all of the stuff into the new apartment. They were placed nicely with no damages. I hope I don't need to move to a new place anytime soon! read more

Rip Off Moving and Storage Company. Relocation Network also known as Camel Moving & Storage or Let's Move It Right keeps changing their name because they keep ripping off customers. Do not do business with these people. Beware of hidden charges and over charges. They will keep your furniture and then give you a bill for thousands more than you thought possible. If you do not pay they threaten to auction off your property. Go to the authorities and they will tell you to pay up it is the easiest way they have you by the fine print. We are not talking about charges of 25% more than others or even 50% more than others but 5 or 10 times more than other companies. Beware the fine print. They can charge you whatever they want and they will. They are bad people and avoid them. They will change their name again but they will not change their unethical business practices. Let Rip Off Report know if they change names. Use a reputable company. Relocation Network will quote you are price that is very low than screw you with extra charges and will hold your property hostage until you pay. They said if I did not pay there exorbitant amount they would "throw my stuff in the street." That is a direct quote. Stay far away from this business. They will quote you a low amount and then jack up the final bill and threaten to sell your stuff if you do not pay. Don't believe me? Check the internet. Google "11668 Tuxford Let's Move it Right", then google the address with Camel Moving and Storage, then Google the address with Relocation Network. BTW check out the reviews for Camel and Let's Move. All have same story about being ripped off and having the bill jacked up. Efficient, Helpful and Friendly Movers! When I was thinking of words to describe my move yesterday the words that came to mind are efficient, helpful, and friendly! I swear I had a dream team of movers! I could not be happier with my experience! Mike was the foreman of a 3-man crew. His helpers were Joel and Salvador! Great Crew!!!!! When Mike first got to my house he was polite, friendly and informative! He was very forthcoming on everything that would be transpiring throughout the day and any related costs due to time or materials! He alleviated so much at the stress of moving since I could tell that he was a very capable and experience mover! As things came up we were able to problem solve and come up with very effective and efficient solutions. As I watched them pack up my home I could tell that they took tremendous care in what they were doing. They packed that huge truck like a game of Tetris! Most impressive! Since they knew that arranging my living room was one of the most important things when we got to the new house, they made sure that those items were at the front and were able to be offloaded first! Mike was so helpful with suggestions on various layouts for the new place. I valued his input! One of my requests was to make sure that they put furniture pads on every single piece of furniture that touch the wood floors; and they did that diligently. I also had my boxes labeled very clearly on what room they were to go in and they made sure that happened! The crew from Relocation Network was amazing! Mike, Calvin, Raul, and Steve were extremely efficient, fast, and hardworking. We moved from Santa Monica, CA to Lancaster, CA on one of the hottest days of the summer (105 in Lancaster) and these guys were powerhouses. They were also very informative, kind, considerate, and friendly. However, I cannot stress how impressed I am with their work ethic. They powered through the moving process, and I never had any doubt that they were fully engaged and active during the entire time. Since the move process is billed hourly, I initially thought that the crew may slow down at some point to extend the cost, but they did not do that. They kept a steady and hard-working pace during the entire process (except maybe during the hour drive from Santa Monica to Lancaster). The only adverse issue we experienced during the move was a minor damage issue on our staircase. However, Mike worked quickly to repair it. Unfortunately, Mike didn't have all the proper equipment to fix the issue to 100% satisfaction, but he made do with the tools at hand and did a very commendable job. The issue was very minor and only took about 15 minutes to correct and I was not charged for the repair time. Overall, I would highly recommend you request this crew from Relocation Network for your next move. We contacted several companies for a scheduled move, from our home in Canyon Country of over 20 years. We found this company that provided us a quote over the phone by a young man William Flowers, he was very courteous and knowledgeable. The team arrived on time as scheduled and their Supervisor Michael was very informative and knowledgeable about our needs. He quickly advised of what needed to be done in able to move us efficiently and as timely as possible. The service the entire team provided was excellent they bonded quickly with our family helpers and moved us without any problems even-though we ended up needing a second truck to do so. My only advice to anyone using the services from this company is to make sure you get an onsite visit to get a more specific quote, as we ended up paying almost twice of what we were initially quoted, even though we had prepacked about 80% of our possessions, I was impressed by the fact that they had prepared for that contingency. Our home was a three bedroom two bath and garage. The move was flawless and not a single item was damaged as their packaging was very meticulous and they showed a lot of respect for our furnishings....Bravo to the entire crew!! read more

We moved from Arleta to Beaumont. I contacted several moving companies and ultimately chose Relocation Network because they seemed the best fit for a move of our size. Initially they suggested one van with two men, but I was sure we would need additional muscle for the more than 200 boxes we had packed in addition to a four bedroom house. The supervisor agreed to provide an additional van with two more men for a reduced price. Mike and his band of Angel, J.J., and Juan arrived promptly at nine as scheduled. We showed them what needed to be done and they assured us that they could complete the move in one day. These guys worked their butts off to get the job done. Everything was carefully handled. The furniture was excellently wrapped. They even loaded the stuff we were taking into our vehicles. It was a nasty drive on a Friday afternoon, but they did not waste any time and arrived just shortly after us. They unpacked everything and placed the furniture and the boxes where we directed. I received a call the day before to confirm and I got a call the morning of the move. A great BIG shout out to Mike & Fabian -- a great team! They were on-time, worked efficiently and were very professional in addition to being great problem-solvers. Their truck was bigger than our driveway and we have major construction going on in our neighborhood as well as being on a well/traveled street. Mike spoke to the contractor next door and asked him to move his truck so that the moving truck could be parked in a location to better accommodate the loading of our items. The team of two moved a large and very heavy dining table and six chairs across our busy street without a scratch. They made two drop-off locations for me and did this with great care and attention. Mike was highly professional, providing all of the information I needed about rates, minimum hours, licensing, etc. As soon as we spoke, I knew that I would pick him through Relocation Network. Mike and his partner came to the loading location and worked quickly and efficiently, taking good care of my furniture as they went. They were prompt, and made sure to respect the environment that the furniture was leaving, as well as the new environment the furniture was coming to. When hiring a company to move your most personal belongings you never know who they are going to send to do your move. Relocation network sent me 2 guys....Marco and Steve. Let me just say that these guys were professional, courteous, honest and extremely cautious with our things. These guys not only moved everything out of our apartment but came back out 3 days later and cleared out our entire storage unit! Our unit was packed from floor to ceiling and they not only emptied it, they helped by placing boxes to the side allowing me to go thru and see what i wanted to keep or throw away. They were very organized, polite and respectful! Even though i was dealing with the loss of most of our belongings due to the property having rodent issues, these guys helped us get it done. This is the second time I've used Relocation Network. I have hired many movers over the years, and I have to say, this was by far the BEST MOVE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! First off, I called them Saturday, and had movers first thing Monday morning, which is unheard of to be able to book so quickly. Nick and Henry, who helped me book the move and kept in contact with me throughout the entire process, made everything incredibly easy! Then the movers, Quan and Mondo, all I have to say is WHAT AWESOME GUYS! Pleasant experience given the last minute situation we were in. William Flowers was professional and re-assuring over the phone. We were contacted before the move to confirm...as well as after to ensure that all went well. Joel, Enrique and Ricardo from Van 24 were our movers and they were helpful, fast and polite. Smiling throughout the process even though it was a 100 degree plus day. Also went out of their way to make helpful suggestions. Joel had the leadership presence and updated us constantly throughout the move on what was happening. There was no damage to any of our items, any existing damage was carefully pointed out before it was moved. We moved last week! Glad that we hired this moving company. Jim, one of the crews were very helpful. He handled everything very smoothly. Yes, the moving process was stressful. A lot of packing involved, but finally we moved - successfully! None of the frames were damage, the couch got small a small dent, but that was our fault. We had three guys helping us move. They were fast! When I say fast, I mean "zoom zoom" fast! So yeah, hopefully we could stay longer than 1 year before moving to a new place within the SFV or we have to move again! No defense, this company is great, but moving is very tiring. Other than the packing, contacting the gas company, disconnect and connect to the new place is a pain. The same thing as the power company. I was on the phone with the LADWP just to update! Later that day, I found out that you could make the request online. Ugh! read more

Moving is one of the things my husband and I truly despise, I'm sure we aren't alone. Having Emmanuel, Jose and Oscar move us from our place in Canoga Park to our new house in Box Canyon, was the best decision we made! In rising temperatures and loads to load and wrap these guys always kept it lively and their spirits high, all while making our furniture and belongings top priority! It definitely made it better for us and enjoyed their company and friendliness. The stressful and strategic parking that Emmanuel had to do in order to fit the huge truck on our narrow street, is something I'd never want to have to do or be responsible for, but he did it without missing a beat! Nick came to our apartment in advance to estimate the duration of our move, amount of packing supplies needed, and gave us a "not to exceed" price. No other companies did this, and the cost was lower than what we were quoted by competitors. Nick was very thoughtful and organized and conveyed to us that our move was important to him and that he'd do whatever it took to "complete the mission." Nick and his team were "machines." They worked hard all day while wearing masks and observing health and safety protocols. They stayed much longer than they anticipated without hesitation to ensure the job got done. This was a pleasant experience from start to finish. William called right away with a very reasonable quote and when the movers arrived on site they were meticulous in the way they handled all of our belongings. We don't have a lot of expensive furniture but they treated everything like it was from a king's household. Absolutely everything was protected by cutting down boxes and draped with moving blankets. When our belongings arrived at the new location they took their time in re-assembling as much as we ask them to, and wanted to make sure we were 100% happy. They would have done more if we asked them to, such as hanging pictures, etc. However, we were very happy with everything and would recommend them to anyone expecting a fair price for excellent service. I haven't had too much experience with movers (last time I moved was in the '90s and I couldn't even remember that company's name!) So, luckily I heard about this company from a friend. I spoke to Weston and he was very helpful and made it so much less stressful. I found out that he's had experience in the moving business for quite awhile. No wonder, cause he asked just the right questions to find out the right size of truck, how much crew was needed, etc. And the crew was good, efficient and nice -- they probably could pick up vibes from the "nervous" moving lady. Anyway, I thought the price was fair, they worked with the time frame given and so I'll give them 5 stars -- it's the holiday spirit in me! read more
