Priscilla is the best. She is my go to there now. Been going there about 2.5 years. I've never left disappointed with her. Prices seem to be climbing there lately though. I'm usually a plain Jane with nails but when I want to do them up she gets it done

Akira did so good. Love her!

Updating my review: Akira no longer works there. Inconsistent pricing- sometimes it's $35, sometimes $60+ for acrylics. And they never tell you why. The last photo (pastel set) was $63..... the halloween nails weren't even that much.

10/10 recommend Priscilla. I'm someone that bounces around to nail salons but I've been back to see her three times now.

I love this place! All of the employees are very kind, and take the time to provide you with amazing service. My mother and I got mani/pedi's and we both thought they did a phenomenal job. Can't wait for my next set!

I have been here a few times before for a pedicure and have been happy with the results as I left with beautiful gel nails and feeling refreshed and relaxed. Today is hopefully an exception as I came for a gel manicure instead. It wasn't too busy because it was a holiday weekend and I felt that the technician, Jenny (also the manager), was more interested in gossiping with her fellow technicians than doing my nails. She tried to hurry along the gel polish removal by using the sanding tool a few times instead of leaving the acetone on a bit longer to lift the gel naturally. This process left my nails looking a bit damaged or uneven in the bed and she didn't buff my nails to even it out either. On top of that, she nicked the cuticle in my middle finger which you can see in the photo and the gel base coat and top coat was so thick that I had to peel my nail from the skin so some of the leftover or overhang could be removed in order for my nail to rest comfortably on the skin. I will probably not come again as there are other options in the area.

I've been here twice now- once for a gel pedicure and once for an acrylic fill. Both times I had great service and really nice results. The salon is clean and always well-staffed. I didn't have to wait on a Saturday morning either visit. The pedicure comes with wine and a massage, so come on a day you can relax and enjoy!

This is not my normal nail salon. I stopped in for a manicure last week because I had dropped my son off at a spot nearby for a two hour birthday party. It's beautiful inside and they have a nice selection of dip powder. This is why I've given them two stars and not one. I waited 25 minutes for a nail tech. Once I was seated she got up 6-7 times to answer the phone, help other staff members and cash out customers. She asked if I wanted my nails cut down. I said yes. She cut them totally off. There was no manicure. She did not file my nails. She did not buff them. She did not trim my cuticles. She cut off all of my nails and got to dipping. They are not at all formed or shaped. They're short and frumpy and the dip is so thick that my nails clack and click incredibly loudly anytime they smack up against something. She also drilled my cuticle when attempting to make the dip less thick so now I have a small scab on my thumb. And I was charged $40 for this which is $5 more than my usual place and this includes removal of the old dip (I did not have anything on my nails that needed removing at this place.) I will not be back.

I am never disappointed when I come here. Sometimes I will try other places but I keep coming back to this nail salon. They just do an amazing job. Last time I was there, a Sunday, I just got a regular gel mani. The woman took her time and her attention to detail paid off! She was so detailed oriented, catching and fixing even the smallest imperfections--I've been complimented on them no less than 3 times by three different people since getting them Sunday afternoon, and it's only Tuesday. On top of ALL of that the price can't be beat: 28 dollars to remove my old gel polish and give me by far one of the best manicures I've ever gotten. Love this place and will keep going back.

I was sent to three other Walgreens told they have my medication in stock even though they knew that those medications were tethered to other patients. I waited 35 minutes on hold only to speak to a woman who was rude and frustrated she had to be talking to me. She interrupted me and would not let me speak, explain myself, or ask questions. The worst customer service I have had this century.

I've been refilling this medication for the past four months at this same location using GoodRx and paying cash -- because my out-of-state insurance doesn't cover it. Never had a problem until now. This time, the pharmacist and their assistant -- both of whom sounded completely untrained and uninformed -- insisted I couldn't pick up my medication without insurance. I explained that I've been paying out-of-pocket, using a discount card, and that this is entirely legal and standard practice. They told me that past fills were done as a "one-time courtesy," which is flat-out false. When I asked for an explanation, they simply repeated "rules are rules" and refused to engage in a reasonable conversation. They even hung up on me twice. I called my doctor, and she confirmed they were absolutely wrong and even called the pharmacy herself. Yet, the pharmacist continued to argue and block the fill -- even with a current, valid prescription and a doctor verifying it. This experience felt shady and incompetent. I've since transferred the prescription to another pharmacy with no issue at all. My advice? Steer clear of this place. They're uneducated on basic pharmacy procedure, unprofessional in their communication, and clearly not equipped to handle controlled substances or customer service. Thank God for iPhone recordings -- the world deserves to hear how absurd and unqualified these people are.

Rarely can this Walgreens fill my prescriptions in full. I am constantly charged the same price for…read morea partial fill as I would be for a full fill. Now that I see this is a recurring issue at this location, I genuinely wonder if it is intentional. They also fail to report the fill correctly to my insurance company. As a result, the insurance company denies coverage for the remainder of the medication because Walgreens reports it as a "refill," even though they never provided the full prescription in the first place. For example, if I'm prescribed a 7-day course of antibiotics that should cost $5 with insurance, they will only give me 3 days' worth--still charging $5--and then I am forced to fight with the insurance company to get the remaining 4 days covered. This delay means I lose time between doses, which can make the medication less effective or not effective at all causing the medical issue to come back worse. Walgreens' suggested solution was that I pay the full cash price and use their $2 off a $100 prescription coupon, even though it should have cost me only $5 for a complete fill instead of $103 and wasting my time on three different runs to pickup the medication. They expected me to literally pay for their mistakes. They also refused to call the insurance company to correct their error and told me it was my problem. Days later the issue was finally resolved, but at the cost of my health. On top of that, the store has long lines, long wait times, and constant issues entering my insurance correctly. Despite all their problems, the staff has the AUDACITY tp frequently behave rudely. They don't consistently notify me when a prescription is ready, yet they will call me during the workday and rudely tell me I have four hours to pick it up or they will cancel the order. Final straw -They told me their system had flagged one of my medications for a drug interaction, but they claimed they couldn't see what the interaction was--so they removed the warning, gave me my medication, and basically said may the odds be ever in yoru favor. I reached out to my doctor's office, I had to wait for my doctor's office to inform me that taking the new prescription with my current medication could cause a cardiac event.

I was told the lamination would last 6-8 weeks with proper maintenance, but the effects seemed to fade by the next day despite following the aftercare instructions. I do want to mention that the technician who worked on me at Lash Lounge was very kind and pleasant throughout the appointment, and I appreciate her professionalism. However, after leaving a message about my concerns, I received a call back from a male staff member who came across as dismissive and unhelpful. I was not asking for a refund -- I simply hoped for some understanding and maybe an offer to have the brows looked at or adjusted. Unfortunately, the conversation felt disrespectful and lacked customer care. I understand that not every service will go perfectly, but how concerns are handled afterward makes a big difference. Sadly, based on my experience, I would not return.
