I had missing and broken lashes that Grace made to look polished and complete! The new length of lash she applied proved to be healthy and improved my lash growth and overall health. Today when I came in there seemed to have been a miscommunication when scheduling. Rather than my appointment being today it was scheduled for next Tuseday. Cathleen at the front desk worked her magic and was able to squeeze me in. Despite my disappointment resulting in a bit of a salty attitude Cathleen was very professional and kept her smile all the while making accommodations for me. Not many in the customer service industry offer that level of true customer experience as she did. I felt that even after apologizing for my behavior and thanking her that she deserved for everyone to know how great she is. Thank you again Cathleen. Originally I intended to get a set of lashes installed but after Izzy and I talked and my brows/lashes were looked over, we decided a lash lift and brow lamination were more my style. I figured they'd work perfectly with my weekday lazy girl makeup routine. The entire appointment was great, we chatted, I was given some much needed advice on how to start my brow grow out journey and what products can help with it, and got to learn a bit more about what the salon offers. In chatting I learned that the salon's been open for about two years and she participates in class pass, which is always a huge plus these days. She cares about making you look your best & made sure to give me an idea of what to expect at the start. I really appreciated that we talked before she started because once I got cozy, I wouldn't have been fully listening and fighting sleep. This surprises me but the appointment was actually so relaxing. I'd love to go back and see what other beauty treatments I can nap through. The space itself is super cute and has room for multiple services. There are private treatment rooms and a more open space currently for lashes & brows. The prices listed on the services menu also looked super reasonable to me - pro-tip: at home lash lifts don't go well (trust me), skip the DIY and treat yourself. I wish I could give the owner, Ms. Helena a higher rating than just five stars. I had a less than pleasant experience at my last place, so much so that it has been months since my last wax and I almost stopped going altogether. Sometimes women break one another down rather than lift each other up. Ms. Helena is not one of those women. She is warm, welcoming, kind, sweet and lovely in every way. She will treat you like a human being and there is no judgement here. If you are a plus size woman and are worried about being uncomfortable, don't be. You will be treated with grace and dignity from the moment you step foot in her ultra clean studio. Fast, neat, clean, virtually painless. Feel like a million bucks when you walk out. I live in Marlton, her studio is in Cinnaminson, roughly 35 minutes from my home. Gas is $5 per gallon and I would drive to her studio if she was an hour away, that's how happy I was with my service today. If you have any doubts, let them go. Make an appointment and you will be so happy when you leave. I want to add one more thing; this is a small, female owned business not some huge corporation that forces the waxers to upsell product you already have and packages you don't need.
