They charge you an extra $7 to get your eyebrows done as a walk in, but they don't tell you until you're about to pay. I walked in as a first time customer, when it was completely empty, and they still charged it. So my subtotal was $20 instead of $13 despite me being the only one in there. She knew it was my first time there and didn't mention the extra charge when I walked in. Incredibly disappointing. read more

Recently I realize my brows are U G L Y! I remember why I like bangs, is because it covers my eyebrows so I don't have to get them done at all( YES, I'm extremely lazy lol). Now, I want to lose my bangs so I start to side swept my hair, there i saw my hideous covid brows lol..... I'm gonna be very honest, the last time I got my brows done was before covid hits, ahhh yeah that's at least a year and some months passed. You guys can pretty much imagine how my brows look, overgrown, no shape, etc...... I need a appointment ASAP! I called closed to home but everyone was either booked or close. Then I yelped and found Muskan of Cherry Hill. I contacted Muskan thru texts(she preferred texting, I don't mind. A matter of fact, I love communicating thru texts(it is like a "me" thing lol). She was able to squeeze me in TODAY. I was like Muskan you literally save my life/brows lol. I can't not look at my ugly undone brows for another day! Today is my first time getting my brows tinted, Muskan call it Henna. She and her mom explained every process and gave me suggestions on what color to get. Her mom started threading and shaping my brows, which she did a awesome job. Then comes the henna. I was done in about 30 minutes. My brows looks amazing. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment in about two weeks lol! read more

My initial experience with customer service at Muskan Eyebrows in Cherry Hill, NJ, was pleasant. Now I know why I was pressed to say something pleasant and take a picture with the owner for her "Review" page. However, my follow-up visit was very unprofessional. After I received a request to return for post- evaluation, I indicated that I liked my eyebrows; however, there were a couple of very minor corrections that were required, which the owner agreed. Specifically, one eyebrow ink was lighter than the other and one had more of a slight angle at the base than the other. Again, minor corrections. I asked why one side was lighter, and I was informed that it was how my skin "took" the ink. Although. I didn't have this issue when I had them done several years ago at another establishment. Nevertheless, I was told that there would be a fee to make the corrections. I then informed the owner that I would also like to widen my brows slightly. I provided a picture with brows similar to mine, but a tad wider at the base, which I knew would be an additional fee. Instead of honoring my wish, the owner kept interrupting me when I was informing her that I simply wanted them to be a little fuller. I then indicated that I don't care what it cost, I just want them the way "I" want them. She then engaged her mother in the conversation to persuade me otherwise, which frustrated me, but I was respectful to her mother for being placed in that position. I finally indicated to the owner, after biting my tongue, that I will not continue to justify my eyebrow preference and her irritating, talkative, dismissive attitude. I informed her that I would have them corrected and adjusted somewhere else, and I left the building. As I was in my vehicle getting ready to leave, her mother came out and apologized for her daughter's behavior, and indicated if she said anything to offend me, please accept her apology. I informed her that she did nothing wrong; her daughter was unprofessional. Her mother made every attempt to convince me to make another appointment, but I was not interested. Anyone who knows me well knows that I am a very kind and professional woman, but I do not tolerate disrespect from anyone. Further, money is not an issue for me, which I stated several times, because I wanted all the sarcastic and persuasive conversation to cease and an appointment to be made based on my requests. Dr. T. Recommend for eye brow threading. I've gone a few times here and have yet to have an issue. Easy to book an appointment, even if it's last minute. Was able to book an appointment within a 30 min period. Showed up, quickly was able to get my brow threading done and pay within 15 mins. Muskan was very nice and friendly. She also does other services: lashes and waxing- which I haven't done. read more

BEWARE!!! Dishonest Merchant. Online it CLEARLY states it's $10.00 to thread my eyebrows yet when I went to pay the lady said it was 11 and I MUST BE MISTAKEN about seeing 10 online. Im not going to argue with her about it so I pay, leave a tip THEN take my phone out and show her it clearly states 10 online. She says I see I will let Muskan know so she can change it. Aside from the price debacle I thought the eyebrows were okay- nothing spectacular for 11 dollars. There was also an overly excited dog there that barked the entire time. It belonged to the staff. read more

Booked a last minute appointment with Maskan's mom for both my fiance and I. Being a male I never get threading done, and Maskan's mom reassured me that she wouldn't take too much off. She did the eyebrows very clean and minimal pain. Once finished she also recommended doing a nostril wax which I've never done before. Thought it would be painful but ended up being just fine. First of all, they do a great job with my brows. However, I will not be returning here. I felt as though they are not taking COVID-19 precautions seriously and are putting their patrons at risk. When you sign in they have a single pen used for all customers, no hand sanitizer at the door. They are not wiping down the chairs between clients. Furthermore, the threaders have not learned how to thread with their mask on. She took her mask off and then proceeded to talk while she was inches from my face. In order to keep establishments safely open during this time we need to take precautions. Although I love my eyebrows, I would not compromise my health and safety for them again. read more

I really wanted to like this place. Unfortunately, as per the multiple reviews referring to Muskan's horrible attitude and customer service, they are right. It was my first time here and I made an appointment with Muskan through Vagaro. An elderly woman did them and I liked them. What I didnt know was that it was Muskans MOTHER who came out and did my eyebrows, despite me making my appointment with Muskan. Since it was my first time going there, I didn't know. It was also never mentioned to me that her mom would be doing my eyebrows instead. I made another appointment a month later with Muskan, and a lady who I didnt recognize came out to greet me. Obviously I was confused, because she wasn't who did my eyebrows before, but it was *the real* Muskan who did my eyebrows this time. Truthfully, she did a bad job on my brows. They were uneven and left a lot of hair. She also asked very uncomfortable questions and kept making jokes about how she messed up my eyebrows. It was all very odd. I let her know about my confusion and how no one told me that her mother would be the one doing my eyebrows. I'm not a confrontational person and was just letting her know that I was caught off gaurd, and that if I knew it was her mom who did my eyebrows first, I would have made an appointment with her mom again. She got VERY defensive and VERY unprofessional, and later called me twice to let me know not to come back. Save your money and give it to a business who has proper customer service and actually knows how to do your eyebrows properly. read more

I tried this place because my normal eyebrow threading place is now a little bit out of the way for me. I didn't do anything complicated - just asked to clean up my eyebrows, but she didn't do a very good job. There were still a ton of hairs left, and the area that she threaded had multiple spots that bled and left scabs (not something I have experienced before). It was pretty pricey for what it was, and service was just OK. Honestly, I probably will not come back here. read more

AWFUL!!! The mother can't do them well at all! Muskan has very bad attitude! Sad to say

Absolutely best eyebrows I've ever have. I come from Philly just to say muskan or her lovely mother. I have eyebrows that hang low and grow in every different direction. Really disappointing but I can't help but give just one star. I was initially really pleased with their service, but the past few occasions Muskan has been extremely rude. Getting your brows done should not be a stressful experience. She's good but not exceptional, and certainly not worth the stress/hassle. Customer service is important and they completely fail on that front Update in response to owner comments: I absolutely expect to wait as a walk-in, and definitely understand that appointments come first. It's pretty hard to make definite appointments with a young baby, which is why I hadn't that day. I fully expected to wait, just didn't think I'd be greeted so rudely and snarked at for not having an appointment. You should not advertise "walk ins welcome" when they clearly aren't. Won't be a returning customer (I was for 3 months) and will definitely be going somewhere more understanding and less stressful. I've been getting my brows done at the same place for 15 years before this (only switched because we moved) and never had this experience. read more

I decided to give it a try since my normal spot has been shut down due to the pandemic. I really wanted to like this place since threading places are far and few between and it's so conveniently located. I was greatly disappointed. The reviews on here stated to stay away and I should have listened. My eyebrows came out horrible. For $12 I could have done it myself !! Truly!! I have very thick brows and they are a prominent feature on my face. There is no hiding them-I am embarrassed. Additionally, the lady who serviced me was oddly aggressive-she pulled on my jacket several times to adjust my position. One pull was so rough she whipped my neck back with her. I would have let the poorly groomed eyebrows go had she not been so rude. In short-save yourself the trip and your money. read more

WORST WORST WORST experience I have ever had at a threading shop. Obviously threading is supposed to hurt a little but my eyebrows are still burning from 6 hours ago. My eyebrow looks terrible. So uneven & she took a whole chunk out of my eyebrow... my eyebrows were a nice mix of thick/thin but now they are TEENY TINY THIN! I never say anything about a service I get bc I understand it's hard work but she ruined my eyebrows. I cried for 5 mins straight right when I got to my car. I told her about the uneven-ness & chunk missing and she said "I was just following you microblade shape"..... I literally told her DONT go to thin. I have never been so angry/sad about a service. Please don't go here. She is the worst threader i have ever been to. read more

If I could give zero stars , I would. The owner is very rude with condescending undertones. The owner made disrespectful stereotypical comments and she aggressively pulled my head around while threading my eyebrows causing pain in my neck. It is my experience that the owner treats her customers different and/or negatively based on ethnicity despite the fact that she's also a minority. The owner has a very narcissistic mannerism. The owner's mom also works at the shop and I will say "the apple doesn't fall far from the tree!" Like mother like daughter. read more

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I came here right when they had their grand opening. They are absolutely horrible and so rude. They have an attitude with everyone and are so disrespectful. They would talk shit on their customers to me when she was doing my eyelashes. She was very pushy and i felt that I always needed to give a tip. There ugly crusty dog was extremely annoying and all over you when you walk in. They would also talk bad out the people THEY HIRED. Not to mention, their prices are insane. I haven't been there in a while for these reasons but I recently looked at her Instagram and the eyelashes start at $200 which is insane and this new eyebrow micro blading is horrid. I feel so bad for these customers and would cry if she did those eyebrows on me. Also, she made me go on her Instagram and follow her and she made sure I did it in front of her which is extremely uncomfortable and I'm sure she did this with other people. (This is not how you get more followers sweetie) Her license needs to be taken and her business needs to be shut down. She really thinks she's doing something. I came here to get my eyebrows threaded. The woman who threaded my brows seemed kindly, but she latched onto the fact I said I wish my brows were thicker and that I only wanted them cleaned up, and started explaining the permanent makeup service they offer. She then asked me to pull up my Instagram, which I did, and she took my phone from me and followed the business and liked several photos, which bothered me a bit. Also, I feel like when my brows were finished, they were much thinner than I asked for, which was frustrating because I had spent months trying to grow them out, and upon inspecting my brows more closely after leaving, there were some stray hairs left behind I had to tweeze. My skin around my brows is also very painful and sore now, which hasn't happened to me with threading before. I don't think I'll come back. I'm not sure just my one visit is enough to really base your decision on, but I thought I'd share my experience. read more

First of all im not sure why anyone would rate this place anything more than 2 stars. I usually get my eyebrows done at Deptford Mall but Muskan is closer to me so when it's bad weather or bad traffic I come to muskan. The 1st time the older lady did my brows and they were uneven and too thin. The 2nd time the younger lady did them and they were OK. So i decided to give them another go. The older lady asked me if I had been there before and I said yes but I dont often because you're too rough and hurt me. After explaining this to her she begins on my brows and when i say it felt like she was rubbing sandpaper against my eyebrows, im not kidding.(See pictures) After telling her that I had a previous bad experience, she was rougher than before! When i was done she asked "did i hurt you today" I said yes. She said ok next time you come tell us that you have sensitive skin. I said I shouldn't have to. I dont have sensitive skin, she's just terrible. Not only are my eyebrows uneven and one thinner than the other, they are so inflamed and burning. This Muskan place is terrible and I will not be returning for any reason, not even an emergency last minute touch up. Im sticking to Deptford for all future thread read more

I would give zero if I could! Horror story of micro blading at this shop! Here a few times over the past 4 or so years, to have eye brows threaded. It was mentioned to me by the mother(works there) and daughter(owner), that I should get the permanent eyebrows because mine are thinning. I was set to do the process in May but backed out at last min. I was worried about the scabs that she said might occur and have never had anything done like this before. I decided yesterday 12/28 to get it done. Big mistake! I sat in a chair while she drew my brows on with the brow stick that I use, in in between her working on 2 other customers. Then we go over to the brow side. I'm on the table and she says she is going to give me numbing cream and then immediately starts this scrapping/scratching process. I say this really hurts, am I supposed to be numb? Muskan says, I will numb you after this part. She proceeds to work on my brows, then has me sit in a chair, all the while telling me how great my brows look. I go to the lobby and see that 1brow is significantly higher than the other. She says "oh that's your dominate side" you brown will look better over the next few weeks. She takes several pictures and video and asks can she post on Instagram. I say sure. We go back to the other side and she takes my phone and then gives it back so that I can do a review. A little odd. I get home and really look at my brows and see that 1. They are uneven and 2. They are 2 different styles. After a back and forth with Muskan on the phone, she admits there is a problem and agrees to fix. I agree to go back the next morning, but still unsure how this can be corrected other than arching the other side which will have me looking like Ronald McDonald or Joan Crawford! I randomly find a professional tattoo place in the area and asked if they could take a look the same night and provide an honest assessment. They agreed that the higher brow should have the arch removed but since muskan is not qualified to do that. She would probably add more arch to the other side. This new angel co. agreed to remove the arch! After we talked and realized that ink was coming off which would leave the ok brow looking weird, they removed both. I cried and thanked them for helping me. She was going to do it for free, but I would not leave without paying. I was also provided a full kit of after care! Eye mask, vitamin d, 2 small vials of amphor, cleaning solution, Gause and tape. Meanwhile, Muskan agreed in writing to give me 1/2 my money back if I pulled my review (that she had me do at the shop) and not say anything bad or place blame on her co! I also got 2 drops of oil for my after care. Pictures are attached. You be the judge! I asked did she use s measurement tape. Her vm to me said she did not need to! I am glad they are removed but now must ho through a recovery period. There goes my New Year Eve plans! I am almost 60 years old and have never had any type of procedure done for this very reason! Muskan botched it! I should have continued to cover my sparse eyebrows as best I could! Now I am 1 of the millions in recovery from a botched procedure! Unbelievable! read more

Lost my self-esteem after this - traumatized for life. I came here about a year ago and found how well she did my eyebrows. I came back in December to get my eyebrows done for my first day at a new job. It's the same lady who did it. When I walked in NO ONE greeted me. I literally stood there awkwardly wondering if I am allowed to walk in. Then the lady called me over and told me to sit down and she just did my eye brows - without even asking what I wanted. A few days later, looking back at my brows, I noticed how UNEVEN my brows looked. It wasn't even just me being nit picky- my boyfriend who knows nothing about brows even noticed how uuneven they were. I contacted them to ask for a refund but she kept refusing because it's a "service" and there are no refunds. But ummmmm.... you didn't give me the service I requested. So a month went by hoping my eyebrows would grow back and it did- well...sort of. I got them re done at another place hoping it would fix the error done by Muskan. But it didn't because there's a part of my brow that the lady at Muskan f***ed up so badly that not even another person can fix. So now I would have to wait God knows how long so mY eyebrows can go back to how it looked like before this mess. She was good the first time, but if you're one of those unlucky people who she messes up on, I'm sorry. To the workers at Muskan, eyebrows are a very important feature to a woman's face and not caring about your craft can really ruin someone's confidence. read more

I am thoroughly confused and deeply disappointed by my second experience. I'm giving two stars because the location is great, the store itself is well kept and pleasant but I'm literally embarrassed to go out tomorrow with my brows as messed up as they are. When I pointed it out, she said it will fade. Will most likely not be back as I don't give second chances on my face! To make matters worse, I literally paid 35 for the bottom picture and then was asked if I wanted to tip. So I paid 40 dollars total for brows that are tempting me to call out of work tomorrow. read more

They do more talking than listening to the customer. There work was ok. I found a better place to get my threading done at

I would give this 0 if I could. I've only been here twice. Muskan is highly unprofessional and extremely rude. Long but worthy read to stray you away from giving your money to the worst place ever. I just moved to the area, and found this place. I scheduled an appointment a couple of weeks ago with Muskan on the website because she had more reviews and when I went to my appointment, a lady came out and did my eyebrows which she did a good job on. I scheduled another appointment with Muskan, and when I showed up at my appointment, it was not the same lady who did my eyebrows the first time. I was super confused and asked if she did my eyebrows last time and she said yes. I then saw the actual lady (Sharma) who did my eyebrows the first time. I don't know if they switch sometimes, but it was so confusing. I'm thinking they sub each other in sometimes which is confusing to a first-timer. Today, Muskan finished threading my eyebrows in TWO minutes. I asked her to give me an arch and she goes "oh well I just f*cked them up.." She was joking but that's just not something you say when you are doing someone's eyebrows (she also cusses a lot, which I don't have a problem with but it definitely caught me off-guard and seemed unprofessional). I looked in the mirror and was disappointed. One eyebrow looked completely lopsided and the other just looked terrible. They were SO uneven and asymmetrical. I kind of mentioned it to her (in a nice way, I don't like telling people they did a bad job when they do my nails or eyebrows). I said, "I thought the other lady was going to do my eyebrows since I got her last time.. I scheduled for Muskan twice but have gotten two different people so I'm confused but it's okay! I was hoping that the lady who did my eyebrows the first time could give me the arch I really like, it's okay if not, I can just come back next time." Muskan got SO defensive. She started YELLING at me saying, "we're not going to have two people doing your eyebrows today. You can be smart next time and schedule your appointment correctly." I then explained to her that I have only been here twice and I was confused because Sharma had subbed for Muskan the first time, so I thought Sharma was Muskan, and that I just had a confusing, stupid moment. Which she replies, "yeah you definitely did. Like I said, next time don't be mad at my work and just schedule your appointment properly" she was giving me A LOT of attitude. I then said "okay whatever" and she goes, "what did you just say to me?" and then I said, "I said okay whatever, I am definitely never returning because you guys are unprofessional" and she yells "don't come back" (there was a lot more than this, I have paraphrased a lot, she had a horrible attitude the whole time). I think she felt insulted when I asked for Sharma to give me an arch and it took a hit at her ego. I never even said anything about her work. But if you're working in the beauty industry, you need to control your anger and not get so defensive when someone doesn't particularly like your work. Never coming back ever again and you shouldn't either. $15 gone to waste read more

I never write reviews, even for poor service, but here ya go. Today, there was a planned verbal attack made by Muskan (the daughter) on me when I went to receive services. They provide a sign in sheet in which they want you to circle "yes" or "no" if you received the C-Shot. Last time I was there I wrote "HIPPA" and informed that I do not want my medical info shared for the world to see on a sheet of paper and it is also illegal to ask someones' health info. The mother tried to circle the answer for me the last time I was there, but I stopped her (despite me not answering her question when she asked me if I got it or not). Who knows if it was circled after I left because people assume if you don't share what the answer is in their own head anyway. When I walked in today the daughter began verbally attacking me, yelling a me, and refused to acknowledge this is illegal. She told me to "Take it up with the governor." People have a right not to share their info, especially on a sheet that others can view with your full name and phone number next to it! To treat a customer in this matter is not okay. I tried to be the bigger person and said sorry for writing HIPPA at the top, however they cannot ask me to share my info on the paper. She continued to yell at me despite this and only stopped after her mother told her to. After aggressively attacking me verbally, she then tried to pay me a compliment about my "quads." Get real. If she wanted to have a discussion, fine, but this was certainly not a discussion. THINK WITH DISCERNMENT. We don't ask people if they have herpes, or the flu, or child vaccinations, or if someone is a pedo for that matter (they should need to disclose this) for beauty services! If this country gets turned into Venezuela, nobody will be able to own a business because it will be the elite and us peasants (she tried to say I was attacking her business for informing others you don't need to share your personal info), so just know you don't have to comply and THIS IS NOT NORMAL. I informed them I can get my eyebrows done somewhere else. Before I moved down here my previous eyebrow lady was cheaper, great at shaping, and would give a complimentary temple massage for a minute after and I'll gladly make that drive after this.
