Weird experience. Ciera did a nice job on my lashes. I have been to several master stylists throughout the northeast. Not the best that I've had, but good. However, definitely the most expensive by far. $90 for a two week fill. I normally pay $65. Specifically, I will explain what made me so uncomfortable. I contacted the salon Sunday for an appointment via the Xtreme Lashes website. (Xtreme Lashes contacted me and asked that I let them know if the salon did not respond within 24 hours. I did see complaints about slow response times, but I did not contact Xtreme about it) The receptionist called me on Tuesday afternoon and quickly explained that they were closed Sunday and Monday which would have been ok with me except for the fact that she had me on the phone for nearly 20 minutes (which should be a quick phone call) to make an appointment.  She requested detailed information from me over the phone including my credit card, which I am not comfortable with - but I still gave, the name of my lash stylist in Boca Raton, FL? the name of my salon in Florida? amongst other things. I explained to her that I last had a fill Wed, July 6th - two weeks ago - I religiously have my lashes filled every two weeks. I have had Xtreme lashes for 2 1/2 years, AND I have used the Xtreme Lashes website to find other lash stylists in other states as I travel the North East every summer for 6 weeks. I have never been treated this way while trying to make an appointment from any other Xtreme Lashes stylist or salon, nor have I ever been threatened with charges to my card like I was here. When I asked if the salon regularly had problems with cancellations she told me 'no.' And the examples that she gave me for unusual circumstances where clients cancelled were also not something most salons would penalize their loyal clients for. It's unfortunate if they've had no shows, but those harsh threats definitely don't make new clients feel welcome. If you're planning to go here. Allow extra time. This salon is in a shared office space on top of shops in the back of a shopping center. There is a parking garage. You enter through the back entrance of the building. It is not a store front and a little difficult to find. None of this was explained to me in the 20 minute phone call, but I called when I arrived and the receptionist, who is not on-site, was very nice and she did guide me there successfully. They have militant strict policies for late clients. However, she was 20 minutes late for my appointment. Ciera was very thorough and she did not rush my appointment as a result, but the militant stuff over the "policies" and the 3rd degree while trying to make an appointment was just plain weird. Ironically, 30 mins after my appointment today, my bank informed me that my card # was stolen and now I've had to deal with trying to get a new card while traveling. Probably not related -although the thief tried to use my card here in NJ- but definitely does not make me feel any better about being asked for my card info over the phone. read more

I have been going to Doll The Lash Bar for almost two years, and it is has truly been a life changer! Half the time I don't even wear makeup when I leave the house, because my lashes are perfect! Not only do my lashes look flawless, but I also really enjoy my experience at Doll The Lash Bar! Shante at the front desk is so welcoming and she is always able to squeeze me in when I need a refill or work with me if I need to make an appointment change. All of the lash stylists are so talented, but I usually go to Shanta. Shanta does a beautiful job every single time. Not only is she insanely talented, but she is also a lot of fun to talk to while my lashes are being applied! I recommend this place all of my friends...it is definitely worth the splurge! read more

I have been getting my lashes done for five + years. I started getting my lashes done in Philadelphia but decided to switch to cierra due to location. When I first went to her the price was 65 and she was in an office building w no receptionist and we could pay and tip with a credit card and she ran reoccurring appointments. I liked her work so I referred her two clients who also go religiously. As time went on she became a trainer for xtreme so her hours started to become more difficult and you would have to wait 15 to 20 min for your appointment. Then she increased her prices $10 with no real notice. Then she made you log your credit card even though I have never canceled. Then she said we could no longer tip on card so we need to bring cash. Then she would just stop the reoccurring appointment and it was my responsibility to make sure the reoccurring appointment reoccurs. Is that the point of a reoccurring appointment? When she started send confirms she would also readjust the time 30 +- min even tho it's suppose to be reoccurring. Which would make you late and have her threaten to leave and charge your card or have you waiting. On top of all that, my eyelashes started to fall out bc she never told me she switched up the glue. She claimed it's better but I googled it and people did have complaints. I asked her to use the old glue and She refused and said that I wasn't taking care of my lashes. Now I have been getting lashes done for a really long time so I know how to care for them but she blamed me about the lashes as she blamed me for the unprofessional appointment scheduling. I still continued to go to her until she applied eyelashes on me that curled in at the tip. She said it was maybe because I was cooking pasta and got too close to pot. Really? She takes no responsibility for her work or the salon she is trying to run. I went to her for about 2 years and when I canceled my appointments she never even reached out even though I was one of her first clients. Also, I still get the on going emails and seems like nothing has changed as she is constantly increasing prices and taking off with little notice, etc. Went to another salon and stylist who said she has heard of the issue with cierra. It's just that everything is an issue with cierra. I would not recommend. I am happy with my new salon and stylist. Ps- I am in the photo she has posted on here. read more

I get my lashes done by Cierra and she is THE BEST. I have had my lashes done at other places before and I have never been this pleased with them. She is literally a perfectionist with her work, my lashes last ( even during a beach vacation I didn't lose any) and they look absolutely amazing. I would never step foot in this location again. My sister and I had a very bad experience when we went in to inquire about the service and process The employee at the desk started to explain the process, however my sister asked if she could use the restroom first. We were told that the restroom was for customers only. She was not very nice about it and made us both feel incredibly uncomfortable. There are other places within the Cherry Hill area that provide the same service and I'm sure would be much more accommodating to a potential new client read more

Cierra is pleasant and very knowledgeable about eyelash extensions. The office was clean and very relaxing. She had an array of make up products that I can't get other places. I even purchased this eyeliner that is absolutely fabulous. I was surprised when she was done because it was so fast, but when she handed me the mirror, I was floored!!! My eyelashes are Beautiful! My lash experience at Doll The Lash Bar was wonderful, relaxing and painless! I walked in, met with Cierra and was immediately put at ease. We had a consultation about how I wanted my lashes to look. I told her that I wanted long and full, but still wanted them to look real. I definitely wanted the long lashes as I'm used to wearing false lashes so didn't mind the dramatic look. It's great that she takes your tastes into consideration so she knows what lashes to apply on you. Cierra made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire lash experience. She studied my natural lashes before deciding on a design she felt would be most flattering. She is absolutely fantastic, very professional, and knowledgeable. Once she was finished, I had fluttery, customized lashed that lined my lids in the most gorgeous way. I can honestly say that they are so worth it. Im in love with my eyelashes!!! I have really short eyelashes so I decided to try out eyelash extensions. I found Doll The Lash Bar through Yelp and I made an appointment based by all of the positive reviews. My experience with the Doll The Lash Bar was amazing. It's super easy to make an appointment and They take you right away when you show up. Cierra did my lashes and she is excellent. We talk about how I would like my eye lashes and how to care for them. She is super nice and easy to talk to and I trusted her! Throughout the whole time she told me what she is doing! Her room is super relaxing and she plays good music while you are getting your lashes put on. It does not take long either. I fell in love with my eye lashes when she was done. My eyelids don't feel heavy like when you wear fake eyelashes, you cant even feel them! I would absolutely go back to Cierra to do my eyelashes.
