Kim was amazing! After a number of horrible lash experiences, she was the breath of fresh air that I needed. Her work is the best in the world. I found her on a Thursday night and asked for a next-day appointment and she was able to squeeze me in. That night we texted about photos and she made me feel comfortable about allowing her to do my lash. So appointment day arrives and I get to her location and was very pleased. Everything was organized, materials for me to read were present and she prepared me for the lash session. She educated me on different options, and showed me photos which helped me to make changes to length and style so that I'd like them even more. Two hours later, I was blown away. The lashes were gorgeous, neat, light and full of volume. I went for the mega volume set because I wasn't a look that was seen but not tooo dramatic. Upon the end of the appointment, she assisted me with booking my next refill and even provide complimentary lash maintenance tools on the way out. With my first visit I was not quite sure what type of lashes I was looking for, but after talking with Kim and discussing the different options, I was even more excited and the results were amazing.
