When I got my nails done here the lady buffed my skin when she was trying to buff my nails. She did it so hard that I started bleeding. I did kindly show her and tell her it hurt, but she told me it was a hang nail and she kept buffing it / rubbing the spot she hurt which only made it worse. It was hard to speak up again and I have a small scar, which will hopefully go away eventually. read more

Today my 3 friends and I were looking for a place to get our nails done last minute, and we found ourselves at Best Nails. At first, we were very excited and expected good service because they were not busy, but that was not the case. The same 2 women did all 4 of our nails and swapped back and forth every couple minutes. Our nails were done for sloppily, and left uneven and very poorly shaped. There was blue SNS powder left all over my fingers and hands after she finished. Overall, the employees were polite, but their service was very poor. I would not recommend this salon. read more

I did not have a good experience with this nails salon. I was in town for the winter holidays and stopped here for my 2-week routine SNS manicure. I was seated to soak my nails and left there for over 30 minutes. Next, after she applied the SNS I had to ask her several time to shape my nail bed more naturally; they were left very thick and messy. Also, while shaping my nails with the mechanical buffer she scraped my skin several times; I began to wonder if it was purposely done. One of the scabs is still on my pinky as you can see in the picture, almost 2 weeks later. On top of all these issues, she insulted the texture of my hands. I left their with SNS product all over my cuticles and my nails were shaped so terrible it looked as though I applied press-on nails. read more

I was looking for a new nail salon after I recently moved to the area and found good reviews for Best Nails & Spa. It's one of the best nail spots I've ever been to! I saw people bragging about SNS dip so I asked for a set with acrylic tips a few months ago and never looked back. I go every two weeks because my nails grow quickly but this dip powder would last through a war if you let it. I have been to the salon probably 7 or so times now and my nails have grown so healthy that I don't need tips put on anymore, its all just my natural nails. Today I received a gel manicure ($25) and a standard pedicure ($25). Both prices were on the cheaper side for services. The salon was clean and I enjoyed their massage chairs for the pedicures. They had a ton of nail sample colors to pick from. However, my technician did not wash her hands in between pedicure clients. I also feel my pedicure was very blah. She did an okay job throughout the pedicure. My gel manicure was also mediocre at best. She did an okay job with my cuticles. However, they didn't even apply lotion to my hands at the end of the manicure. Everyone was nice there, and I think I'll give the salon another try, but with a different technician. I didn't see them clean the pedicure stations after the clients left. I am curious to see how they clean in between clients. read more

I had such a lovely experience here! The salon was clean and every single employee that I encountered was friendly and helpful. I received the green tea spa pedicure, which greatly helped my injured foot. It included an exfoliating cleanser, a mud mask, hot towels, and a hot stone massage. The lady who gave me the pedicure was very gracious, routinely checking to make sure that I was okay with the water temperature. I also received the full set of acrylic nails, which were beautifully done. The employee who worked on the acrylics was amazing and gave me the prettiest nails that I have ever had done! We got our feet done and they finished mine and then my mom was done and the lady wrapped her nails to take off gel and left us sitting there for 30 minutes while she did 3 pedicures. My mom went up to the owner and said can this be taken off . so the lady came out and took it of. Then wanted to just put the polish in my moms nails and not even cut the cuticles. needless to say we left without her nails done as the lady didn't seem interested. read more

This woman powered business has been at this location for over 10+ years, and with good reason. The owner is personally involved with everything that takes place in her salon, and she is a perfectionist. I've been having my nails done here for over 10 years, and I would recommend it to everyone. When I started having an allergic reaction to acrylics, Pam found a new product, SNS, that solved the issue. The salon is very clean, and all of the stations have been updated in the past few months, as well as the addition of new pedi chairs. Pam does everything that she can to make your visit enjoyable, and she makes sure that each customer is satisfied. Although I have not had it done, many people come in for waxing, too. Decent place for a pedicure. Everyone is very nice, it is clean and no long wait. I wouldn't recommend their waxing. The only time I had my eyebrows done I got a pretty bad burn under my eyebrow from the hot wax. It's not difficult to test the temperature first, and this should always be done- especially when dealing with the sensitive skin over the eyelid. read more

This place was recommended. I was serviced immediately, and the place was clean and minimalist modern. That's the end of anything I'd recommend. As a new customer, no one discussed services or prices. I asked for a pedicure and gel manicure. The tech never asked or showed me how the massage chair worked. The soak was plain water. My feet were as rough at the end of the "pedicure" as they were walking in. While getting the pedi, a second tech started working on my nails. I'd waited until my nails were the exact length I wanted, to get a manicure. I told her they were fine, but she proceeded to destroy them right down to the tips of my fingers. I was livid. When she did the color, she stared at her cell phone the whole time, and the manicure was amateurish. The manager seems nice, but holding her staff accountable for their work, and trying to interest me in being a repeat customer apparently weren't as important as her cell phone or vacuuming. $50 plus $10 in tips, and an hour and a half of my life I'll never get back. I am giving a 2 out of 5 stars for their pedicure, if you can even call it that. From the moment I sat down in the chair and put my feet in to the time I sat in the chair to dry my nails, a mere 15 minutes. Only giving extra 5 minutes for the time I had to wait because the girl left the towels on my feet to go start working on another persons feet! That's not even enough time for your skin to soften up and really even benefit from any services, or in this case, lack there of. The nail tech cut my nails, filed them and then rubbed some harsh brush with soap over my toes and that's about the extent of it. No callus remover, no massage, nothing. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement!! So annoyed! Word of advice anyone wanting to come here: Don't! Or if you do, ask to have the owner. read more

Never go here, worst experience I've had in any nail salon. I went for a gel manicure with my sister, made an appointment-when we arrived I was a little unnerved because the place did not look very cleanly, but I really needed my nails done and didn't have time to go elsewhere. The girl who started one nails was unpleasant and CUT ME while trimming cuticles, I bled and am missing a noticeable chunk. I was going to suck it up, I should've left then, they didn't clean the table between people just wiped off the debris. My sisters nails were clumpy, the woman told her it was the polish so she had to get a new one. She picked a new one and the woman disappeared. She went to do a wax in the middle of my sisters manicure which was already messed up. My sister patiently waited a few min and then asked. They acted like that was totally normal. We left without finishing, thank god, my finger is throbbing and I can only hope I don't get an infection from this dirty establishment. read more
