Two days before my appointment, a stylist called to confirm and informed me that my total would be $120, because I have a "master stylist". Personally I was VERY shocked about the reviews on this studio. I was religious going to get a lash lamination and tint in Florida when I lived there and found this place. It is reasonable priced, so I tried it out. I did a random selector for a technician and got selected with Anna. When you get there they have you clean your lashes off. You got into the room and it was very calming! Calming music and good conversation. I enjoyed myself. I thought my lashes were done very well and it's one month since my appointment and you can still tell the difference. I was rushing and ended up walking into massage envy which was next door and received the late text and realized I was in the wrong place, not even 30 seconds had passed before I entered the door, apologized for being late and the front desk girl advised she would check with the artist. The artist declined to see me which is fine, however, they could barely accommodate rescheduling me, I'm on the wait list of cancellations now. I wanted to try a more versatile lash artist and was super excited to come here as they seem talented and my current artist only does classic and light hybrid looks, but hard pass on them. Refills typically take an hour to get done, while your first set of lashes will take closer to two hours. The front desk girls are friendly, and are always easy to work with when I call to book an appointment. I've seen several of the lash techs at this point, and have been pleased with all of their work. Located at the Cherry Hill Race Track, the parking here can get a little crazy. I've been getting my lashes done with this franchise for almost 10 years now. I've been going to this specific location for 4 years. Throughout the years I've noticed a decline in good customer service and quality of services. After 9 months of not getting my lashes done I was finally able to go. Everything was fine and the stylist was very nice. Once she was finished I noticed my lashes were quite sparse, not full like I was expecting as well as the placement being noticeably far from the base of my real lashes. I brushed it off though assuming they would still hold like they always had before. Within days.. over half the lashes had fallen out. I went 4 days without washing my hair or face trying to save what lashes I had left. I only washed my body with cold water to avoid moisture and heat. The photo shown is literally 3 days after I had gotten them done. So I then decided to call this branch so I could reschedule my 10am refill appointment to a full set which was moved to 12:10pm. Once I arrived for my appointment they tell me it was still scheduled for 10 and they didn't have any availability until Thursday. My event is Wednesday so obviously that doesn't work. So I told them to please remove the $90 charge since they never changed my appointment and cannot accommodate for their mistake. They told me "we can take a look at the recordings and get back to you" which I know they only told me to shut me up. Everyone knows I'll never hear from them about it again. They charged me $90 for THEIR mistake and kept trying to blame it on me saying "well you missed your appointment." I literally called and had the appointment changed.. I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of respect and customer service this branch has come to. I don't even blame the workers because I know their boss is telling them what to say. This management needs to change, whether it's people or attitude. It needs to change. I will no longer be coming here. read more

I've been going to Amazing Lash Studio for about 3 months now and became a member with them. My first initial visit was nothing short of professional. The receptionists and staff are all very friendly, professionals, and informative. My first visit was with Kyra. She patiently told me about the different eyelashes, styles they offered, how to maintain, and clean them. I had the individuals for my first set. I wanted to them to look as natural as possible, and they did. My first set didn't amaze me. It looked like my natural lashes but longer (I was looking for volume - which was extra. I decided to try it out first before going all out). But overall, I was pleased with the service. For my refill, I had the 3D volume lashes put in, which I love. It not only looks natural, but gives me the volume I was looking for. They were done with Rebecca. She also patiently informed me that having the individuals and volume lashes will add dimension, and make my eyes look big. For my third time, I had the 6D, which for me was a little too much. It definitely has that glamorous look, but didn't have that natural/everyday look I was going for. The reason I decided to try it was for my Mexico trip. It may take a couple of visits until you find your favorite set. For me, it's definitely the 3D - natural looking, but I no longer need to wear mascara or eyeliner. If you're like me - I wash my face everyday, morning and night, I definitely suggest getting their membership. You can get a refill twice a month, it will be about $20 extra if you want the volume lashes. read more

I've had a few sets of lash extensions, and these were just fine. Not incredible, not awful. My lashes looked longer. That's all I can really ask of them I suppose. I made an appointment with a friend before our vacation, and was called a day or two before to be told the appointment would last 2 HOURS! In all the prior extensions I've had, it takes maybe an hour tops. I figured with double the length of the appointment that I was going to come out with extremely superior lashes. I was wrong. My friend and I both selected the same "style" of lash (total of 4 to choose from) and we couldn't have looked any less similar. I'll chalk that up to me telling the stylist "I like gorgeous, but do what you think is best". When they finish applying the lashes, they give you a hard sell on their membership, which I declined. I also asked what the policy is if they fall out or if I'm not satisfied. I was told they couldn't "guarantee" the lashes unless I purchased their foam cleanser. A $20 insurance policy and a giant bottle you'll never see the end of. The lashes lasted through a Mexico vacation in the pool AND ocean for 6 days (but remember, I had the fancy cleanser!) but my eyes burned ALOT when exposed to warm water in the shower, which I have experienced the whole time with the lashes. A splash of cool water did the trick in subsiding the burn. Overall, they lasted at an acceptable fullness and appearance for close to 3 weeks with regular use of their recommended cleanser. Deducted 2 stars for the hard sells on the membership and products, and the two hour application process that didn't feel justified when compared to other applications I've had of an hour or less. read more

Dear Business owner, I never claimed that I got my lash lift here on a specific date, don't try to call me a liar on Yelp because according to your "data" that your company doesn't see my lash lift. I'll tell you right now that the person who did my lash lift named "Anna" if I recall. Second, I did contact the company because when I went on your website that was the contact info given. If you don't want people to contact the corporate then change it. As shown in the email, I specifically said Cherry Hill location. If you had so much time on your hand to debate with me on yelp how about you check the date I sent the email instead. Lastly, if you don't want people to give bad reviews then you should provide better service and customer service. Amazing Lash is not a small business, it is a franchise. Don't use COVID as a reason to imply that bad reviews are hurting the business. I will not be supporting your business and horrible customer service. I was recommended to go here from a friend. I have gotten eyelash extensions and a lash lift here before. The eyelash extensions are okay but the glue that they used didn't hold the lashes long enough. I had terrible fallout within the first week. I have gotten eyelash extensions at other places and usually that doesn't happen. The technician that did my lash lift permed my lashes wonky. The lashes were super uneven and crooked. I didn't notice how bad my lashes are until I got home. Not to meWhen I first showed her how I wanted my lashes lifted, I used a picture from my usual lash lady & the technician tried to tell me that they're lash extensions NOT people's actual lashes. While there's a big section of my eyelashes missing and out I said that's not normal and I would like to cancel my membership and get refunded. They said the manager has to do it and must email her. I emailed her and she doesn't reply at all. I went back and they said email her again she will reply tomorrow. So we didn't see any reply the next day and we called and talked to Aliza. She said the refund was already done for part of the membership. They didn't refund anything I for the past appointment when all those lashes fell out. I really loved my lash extensions, but when I decided to have them professionally removed at this same studio I had been going to for months to get them filled etc. I was devastated at the condition of my natural lashes and what I was left with. All of my natural eyelashes are broken off at random short lengths and I can't even wear mascara at this point. I always had nice natural eye lashes, but wanted to give them a boost and try something new in hopes of not needing to apply any eye makeup in the morning, but i whole heartedly regret ever making the decision get lash extensions and now I just feel terrible about my appearance most days and I'm praying my eyelashes regrow soon. I am so unhappy with my expirence here. I got my eyelashes done 5 days ago I did everything they told me and they are mostly all gone. I know how eyelashes work and they don't fall out like this. I've taken great care of them and done everything I was told to do and they are awful. I had such high expectations going there and they where not met. I recently got eyelashes from here exactly a week ago today and I have gotten eyelashes in the past and I must say for the amount of money they charge here, they do not last. I ended up even buying the special cleaner for the eyelashes and it didn't help make them last one bit. My one eye seriously only has a hand full of lashes left and they look awful. They also try to pressure you into a membership, which was very unclear and the only think I understood was they would take like 80$ something dollars out of my account every 2 weeks or something like that.
