The workers are extremely friendly and do a wonderful job.. However the owner Angel is a nightmare. Is she very rude to customers especially those whom are not her customers. Her bedside manner is awful!! I have seen her arguing with customers specifically seniors in both summer and winter because she does not put the air on in the summer and she has the customers and her workers roasting! In the winter she does not put the heat on it's extremely cold causing customers to have headaches and chills.She is very cheap and is all about money! She picks and chooses how she wants to act with people. Not to mention she is very cold towards her employees!' Tina was so accommodating and patient with me when I had questions in regards to the service, products, and post-care. She's so funny and nice which adds to the quality of the service. She is very thorough as well. The retention of my lashes was and is currently great. My lashes look so great that I wake up everyday feeling confident. After we discussed some date and times I mentioned that I was on the heavier side and wanted to discuss expectations with photos to promote her business. After I mentioned that part- she changed her tune and said "she'd let me know if something opens up" and ghosted me. Never heard from her again. Personally, it was shallow and rude and if you look at her IG page you can see she is only concerned with "thin" or "skinny" girls who fit a certain mold. I always love to promote body positivity esp since some heavier girls can be self conscious about a completely nude spray tan. But instead I was ignored. I was happy to take my business elsewhere and had the most amazing (and accepting) spray tan at sugar + bronzed. Go there instead, you will pay less and have a better experience.
