I call up Baked per a friends recommendation and the employees on the phone were SO accommodating and took my hysterical self in right away. Alexa did an AMAZING job and gave me the perfect pre-wedding glow. She calmed me down and made me feel comfortable the whole time! Afterwards, it started to rain (cue the hysterics again) and the employees were so so nice and lent me an umbrella and basically walked me to my car. Whenever I look back on my wedding day prep, I'll always look back on this experience and be so warmed by the kindness the employees at Baked showed me. I also added on teeth whitening the next day and it got me 4 shades lighter!! If you were even THINKING about teeth whitening or a spray tan you must come here! I cannot praise them enough!

Whichever I could start with I can say the last straw was the dentist assistant doing part of the procedure that required water and her getting said water in my hair and down my neck. When I went into the office I wasn't in pain, but 15 hours later I am now. I ended up leaving with the temp crown only because I have zero confidence in them.

While their product and beautiful salon is more than enough to make me go there once (sometimes twice) a week....don't judge me!!! What makes it a great experience is their staff! All the girls are absolutely amazing! I get sprayed most by Alexa and she's so fun! She makes me feel like best friends! She makes you feel so comfortable which is helpful when your butt nekkid!!! She's so knowledgeable as well and when I wanna switch it up she never leads me wrong! Lastly: their location is so bomb! I was refused a refund for the X-rays. I told the office that I wouldn't be coming back. And then I was offered a refund that would be held and applied to my next visit. They were basically holding my refund hostage in exchange for keeping me as a patient. I again said that I wouldn't be coming back and they kept my refund. Bottom line. They don't care about you as a person or patient. They want to keep you coming back so they can continue to bill you. Even when what they do isn't covered by your insurance.

I have my wedding coming up in October and was told to find a good spray tan. I decided my bridal shower would be a great time to test it, since I would be wearing white. From start to finish my experience at Shade was fabulous. Their website has all the information you need to know. Once I got there, I was made to feel completely comfortable (a challenge considering the circumstances!). The process was quick and you could tell Melissa takes pride in her work. I loved the attention to detail given to my tan. I would hate if you could tell I had a spray tan, and Melissa's attention to detail throughout the entire tanning process made it so my skin still has a perfect, even glow 7 days later. I was given clear instructions (and a written copy) on how to care for my tan. I loved the shade I looked at my shower - not ghostly, but also not like I had just gotten a spray tan. Go get your tan on here - you will not be disappointed!!!
