I love this place so much I actually fly down from Florida once a year for Joanie to touch up my brows! We went a little dark since the sun made them fade a lot more in Florida! It's a process but it's so worth it and I wouldn't trust anyojeI've been coming here religiously for 4 years now. They make you so comfortable and everyone is so sweet! Especially Rose the owner, she helped me pick the shape of my browns the first time I was here! I had none so it was so nerve wracking but she made me so comfortable and confident! The first time I went to the Beau Institute I had great results and customer service. This time I went back for what I thought was a "touch up" but turned out to be so much more expensive than I anticipated. I went to have my eyebrows done and when I was leaving i was suggested that I call if I had any concerns and a "touch up" after the procedure would be ~$50.00. Now, I know that sometimes it won't always look perfect however, this time was such a disappointment. I went online to the Beau Institute and explained I was not happy and did not receive any call back or email response in over a week so I called the following week. I was told to take pictures and send them to the person who did the touch up which I did. Someone called me back and it was not the woman who did the procedure. She indicated I needed to wait the six weeks to heal and it would now cost $150.00 if I wanted them touched up. My eyebrows are blotchy and dark in some areas and very faint in others. There was no follow-up on their part to see how things were going. I would not recommend Beau Institute now given my latest experience there. And make a note...if you physically go there ask for the REAL address that gets you there and not the one on their website. Run from this place. They act like they are doing you a favor. I made the huge mistake of eyebrow modeling. I was left with a red scar for one eyebrow (they let 2 different students do an eyebrow). afterwards a horrible correction from the instructor Maria, and then eyebrow lifted from the owner Rose Marie. Beware of "new" appointment guidelines. I have been a client for close to 20 years. I had to reschedule a Friday 4pm appointment. I called first thing Thursday morning leaving 2 work days to fill the slot. I was informed that I lose my $50 deposit even if I reschedule. I will never use your business again. read more

Joan did my initial brow microblading. She was extremely patient and skillful as she helped me to find the brow shape and color that I liked. It's been 2 weeks and I am extremely satisfied! I worked for Beau and they never gave me a set schedule and thought I should be at there beck and call. Everyday I would have to text them to see when I should come in. On a Monday I received a text at 8am about coming in at 10am without hearing from them through the weekend like I asked. I could not come in then so the next day I texted to see when I should come in and I was let go through a text\ email. They claimed it was for slow business but being there I could see business was not slow. This was done very unprofessional and I feel they should run their office more professional. read more
