I was debating for the longest time if I wanted to get it done; the idea of a semi-permanent procedure on my face had me petrified, especially because your brows define your face!! I did LOADS of research and asked plenty of questions. She is super patient, friendly and professional. She explained the process to me and answered any questions I had. There was absolutely no pressure. She ensured I was comfortable with whatever I decided so I felt more secure with my decision.  She takes her time to make sure she gets your brows right and walks you through the process the entire time. She also makes sure you're comfortable during the procedure. Not going to lie, microblading can be somewhat uncomfortable and a little painful but the numbing cream definitely helps a ton, it also depends on your pain tolerance (I have a very low pain tolerance). But if semi-permanent makeup isn't your thing, she also offers an array of other services such as threading, tweezing or tinting to keep those brows in perfect shape.  Oh and did I mention her prices are beyond reasonable?? HI had just parked and was walking in when I got a call saying I need to reschedule. My appointment was for a consult that's only 15 minutes long and there was a client scheduled right after me. She said anything beyond 10 minutes late has to be rescheduled. Understandable, but I was only 5 minutes late... Also, my initial appointment was scheduled for 3pm and they changed it to 2:45 pm without even giving a courtesy call to confirm the new time was ok. They just sent an automated text with the new appointment time. I left work early and had a bit of a drive to go there. The girl on the phone also had an attitude. I'm sure the services they provide are probably great but this whole experience totally turned me off from being a client there. They need to treat their customers better.

I researched a hydra facial on line and was given Revamp as a provider. I made my appointment and had a absolutely fabulous service provided by Eileen. She not only provided great care but also gave me great aftercare instructions. Unfortunately thats where the good experience ends. When it came time to pay I was charged $50 more for the procedure. The website stated $99 and I was charged $150. The management was not there so I paid the extra $50 because I didn't want to give Eileen who was so wonderful a hard time. I came home and wrote a glowing email about my service and then addressed my pricing issue and asked for some compensation in my next appointment. No response. I called to day to actually book another appointment with eileen and got Dawn, who I believe is the spa manager/Dr.s Wife. I explained again and she said. Im not even gonna lie. Im a busy mom with 4 kids and I can't be expected to keep up with everything. I said ok well what will we be doing about this? And she said "I don't know What do you want from me? " I again stated that I wanted to come back to Eileen but I wanted some sort of compensation in my next appointment. (Note: I tend to be aggressive in my speak, so made it a point to sound calm and unbothered. ) She then said I don't know theres plenty of of other spas in the area, you can certainly go to them. At that point I hung up. After reading several review, it seems that this is par for the course at revamp. It truly is such a shame because Eileen was so professional and does wonderful work. MY hope for her is that she moves on and finds a employer who values both their staff and their clients. In the words of Dawn "theres plenty of other spas in the area, maybe you should go there"
