I normally do a 30- or 60-minute massage with Sidney, who's the first massage therapist I've ever decided I had to come back to. The 30 min massages are perfect for lightly incorporating some relief and luxury into your day, and have become a treasured fix in a busy life. I don't think it plays a large role in many people's experiences here, but I also love how queer of a space Fabriq is. It makes me feel even more comfortable and happy. Make sure you bring a hat because your hair will look absurd post-massage.

I booked an appointment with one of their juinor therapists, so up front I knew I was working with someone a bit newer, which is ok with me given that it was only 100 bucks! You start off with a scalp analysis, and while it was cool to see my scalp up close like that, my therapist didn't say anything about my scalp and her recommendation. I was then taken to the back where you change into a robe top and slippers. The robe top, towels and bathroom were all clean. Once you're all changed, you head back out into the main room where each station is separated by a curtain, so any conversation going on back there, you can hear as well as all conversations from the waiting room. There is nice spa music on which helps to drain it out a bit but still a little noisy. Looking at the reviews now, I see others were offered ear plugs, but unfortunately on this visit I wasn't. The treatment itself was great, multiple shampoo washes, head massage and arm/hand massage. The bed was incredibly comfortable and cozy. My therapist was lovely. Overall, I probably won't be back, the price point and quality just isn't there for me and I don't do treatments like this often....,but it was a generally good experience and totally worth it to check it out if you're into this type of thing!

I had a small tweak/muscle pull in my back two days before and she was SO attentive and worked SO hard to get me into alignment. The spa doesn't offer many services either. They have only facials, massages, and the hair salon. They do not offer manicure and pedicures, and you can't get lunch built into a package. You can get a mani/pedi at the W hotel if you like, but who wants to disrupt their spa experience by having to leave and go to another location to get those services. You can get food from the restaurant located on the first floor of the hotel called Aqimero. I ordered prawns and a ceasar salad. It was ok. The salad dressing wasn't very ceasary (made up word) lol! The sauna & steam room on the women's side was broken. However, they did open up the male side and allowed me to use the sauna and steam room over there. The water in the showers wasn't warm enough.
