The staff were extremely friendly and inviting into the space. I received a massage with hot stones by Renee and a hydra facial by Lana, to include the lip mask. They both were wonderful and knowledgeable! So kind, professional and very happy with how I feel and my skin looks. You can add on to your services for additional charges, including in the hair salon. Afterwards, we hung in the lounge to center and went to the pool. Then, enjoyed the sauna and steam room, which is in the locker and shower area. The spa is within the hotel, so you can order food, and get free valet. Just have them stamp your ticket. There is an 18% gratuity for all services, but that does not include staff who clean and stock the locker areas, so take care of them too! Enjoy!

The "spa pool" is the hotel pool and it was overrun with a loud children's birthday party. The whole experience was one stars but I've upped it to two as we were comped and given discounts for the "chaos". Massages were mediocre at best but mostly we were truly shocked by the disorganization and false advertising. Food also took hours to arrive. Not recommended. Go anywhere else.

My first massage was ok, solid but nothing that would have pushed me to return. She was kind, listened to my concerns, but I need very specific type of massage and therapy for my needs. She absolutely tried her best, it just wasn't up to par for me. My second massage with cupping was much better, from the owner Sara! Her technique was very good, and what I'm usually looking for. She did a great job warming up my body, slowly increasing mobility and stretching certain areas, and then isolated certain muscles and kneaded a lot of my tension out in the areas I expressed to her. I'm not sure if cupping actually does anything, feels more like a pseudoscience to me. But based on my experience, I would absolutely return for a massage with Sara. The space is absolutely beautiful as well, see pictures. I would recommend this business based on my experiences! I have not attended yoga or their sauna yet, so cannot comment on that.

My best friend and I were in town for the weekend and we both had the most amazing massage experiences ever. Not only is the atmosphere calming, clean, and well decorated. But the massage itself is a game changer. Those girls seriously have magic hands. I usually have a ton of upper back pain and Cari really got in there and did some stretches as well. It was the first time I felt pain free in a while. I would truly go here monthly if I had the option. Do not sleep on this place!

She…read moreseems to work in a manner that is convenient for her schedule and wallet, with a lack of regard for the customer. TLDR: She started 25 minutes late and cheated me out of 15 minutes. She was prepaid $205 so I'm sure she didn't care. Take your chances with booking here. *** Also: see the prior Yelp page from when the location was on Germantown Ave. Avg 2.9 stars.*** I booked a 90-minute massage to start at 2:15pm. I arrived around 1:55pm, and was escorted to a waiting area. 2:15 pm rolled around, and Cari (I didn't know who she was at the time) came to the waiting area with two other women. They proceeded to chat about Cari's dog, family, and all sorts of things while I waited patiently for 15 minutes past my appointment time (it was 2:30pm by the time the women left). Somewhere in the conversation, her name was said, which confused me...Like, is she really sitting here chatting about life during my appointment time?? I went to the bathroom right after the women left, and Cari greeted me and took me downstairs around 2:33pm. She didn't acknowledge her tardiness, apologize, or anything. Very unprofessional and problematic. By the time she started my massage, it was 2:40pm (remember, this is a "2:15pm, 90-min massage"). She ended at 3:55pm. How many minutes is that? 75 minutes. I left and didn't tip because her generous tip was already built into the $205 she was prepaid for a 75-minute massage. I called later to share my complaint, and she claimed that "undressing and all that is included in the 90 minutes. You received an 80-minute massage." LIES!!! She started at 2:40pm and ended at 3:55pm---75 minutes. If you add my undressing time, we can *generously* say it was 78 minutes. All of this is after she called at the last minute about my initial massage 2 weeks prior because she said, "I have to volunteer for a basketball tournament, and I just received the schedule. I can book you with a male massage therapist." Ma'am, why was my appointment confirmed if you had other life priorities??? And I had already explicitly put on the form that I wanted a female massage therapist, as the website stated I should. Red flag...But I had a non-refundable gift certificate that was already paid for, so at that point I had no choice but to use it. She would not acknowledge that her approach was problematic, and I think she didn't care because she was already paid and wanted to get on to whatever was next in her life at 4pm.

After the massage they have you sit on the other side of the chair, place a warm eye mask & begin the foot massage. That massage was absolutely amazing! Upon arrival we were greeted by a nice man who asked us what services we needed today. I chose a regular pedi with a gel manicure. When I sat in the pedicure chair I was offered a drink I chose white wine, it was gross tasted cheap and old BUT it was complimentary so can't really complain there. The woman who did my mani and pedi was really nice she paid attention to how I wanted my pedicure and how I reacted to her touching my feet (I am ticklish, which for me isn't enjoyable) she was gentle and there were no problems. I do wish I could say the same about my nails. I deducted a star just because I felt like she rushed my nails a bit and it was my fault when I smudged a nail but instead of repainting it she painted over the smudge and it just didn't look nice. Overall, this place is great for those who need their nails done after normal nail business hours.
