My first massage was ok, solid but nothing that would have pushed me to return. She was kind, listened to my concerns, but I need very specific type of massage and therapy for my needs. She absolutely tried her best, it just wasn't up to par for me. My second massage with cupping was much better, from the owner Sara! Her technique was very good, and what I'm usually looking for. She did a great job warming up my body, slowly increasing mobility and stretching certain areas, and then isolated certain muscles and kneaded a lot of my tension out in the areas I expressed to her. I'm not sure if cupping actually does anything, feels more like a pseudoscience to me. But based on my experience, I would absolutely return for a massage with Sara. The space is absolutely beautiful as well, see pictures. I would recommend this business based on my experiences! I have not attended yoga or their sauna yet, so cannot comment on that.

Mike is especially intelligent when it comes to all parts of the body and his work is unlike any other massage service I've ever received. If you are open to it, he does a superb job of explaining my body to me, why it moves (or doesn't!) in the way it does, and helpful tips of what I can do on my own to fortify the treatments. I've recently begun working with their acupuncturist, Michelle, whose warm and thoughtful disposition is beat only by the way I feel after a session with her - incredible.
