He listened to my concerns, gave me options, and really took the time to explain everything. Eventually I decided that it wouldn't be worth it to try laser to the area. He was honest and realistic about the results, explaining that the treatment likely wouldn't make a huge difference in their appearance. How refreshing! He refunded my consult fee and I was so impressed with his professionalism that I decided to go back for filler to a different area. He put filler to my temples and cheeks. In the last few years, I didn't like how my face had been looking saggy and a bit unflattering. This gave me the LIFT I needed! My nasolabial folds are essentially gone and I look like I did three years ago. My confidence is soaring and the best thing--no one can even tell what I did. The doctor (sorry completely unmemorable, so forgot his name) seemed fairly distracted. I understand I mentioned I wanted wait until my new med. ins. kicked in for a full battery of blood work, but I assume that basic blood work is covered with the annual check up that is part of my plan. It wasn't until I was walking home that I realized I had had no blood work done. I called back to inquire why and the receptionist check with the doctor who said he wanted to wait until I had my new insurance. Not that I hold alot of sway to offices, but this one was kind of like a rental car waiting room, in the basement. And while I was waiting some guy was listening to language tapes loudly w/o earphones. In my opinion the receptionist should have told him to take it outside. After about 20 min. of that I had to ask him to put earphones in or take it outside. Kind of a waste of 2 hrs. of my time all around. Certainly a useless apt.
