Quick and decent. Strolled in on a Friday afternoon with no appointment and only had a 5 minute wait. Overall, I thought Mansi did a good job cleaning up and thinning out my brows but I'm on the fence as to whether the brows are a little uneven. I made a reservation for my husband and I to get our eyebrows threaded and everything went very smoothly! The studio is very clean and minimalistic, the chairs were cleaned before we sat down and in between. We were the only ones there at 4:30 on a Saturday and we were both done by 4:50. She is very fast and efficient, even though threading requires holding with your teeth, she has a special mask that unzips slightly so she can hold the thread but that's it. Well ever since I moved to Philadelphia I've been on the hunt for a great eyebrow place. And after a couple of traumatizing places I think I found my eyebrow place. Mansi took her time and carefully threaded my eyebrows to correct a different salons mistake. She is amazing and I would recommend anyone to go to her. They offer a lot of different services such as tinting and I know they are doing a couple of specials with the holidays. 3 stars for inconsistency in service when going to other threaders. The business itself is clean and professional, the music is never too loud, and the people here are kind. That being said, I really only recommend coming here for Sadia. She's the only one I trust to actually hear me when I ask to keep my eyebrows long and thick. Everyone else zooms through the service and doesn't bother to check with you as you go. By the time you're handed the mirror, there's nothing they can do to fix the fact that they took off *too much* hair. Sadia will be very conservative with her threading, check with you, and make very calculated adjustments to her threading based on what you want. She really understands how just a few hairs can change the shape of things and make minor adjustments that have the right impact. I would give her threading alone five stars. I'm never disappointed when I see her. I have regret coming here for anyone else. My eyebrows are by no means a horror to look at, but it is very disappointing to find how rare it is for someone to understand what it means to keep brows long and thick. It can be difficult and time consuming to grow your brows back after someone takes off too much hair, so it's very frustrating when they do so. read more

A good option for threading in Philly. I usually have to ask them to go back in and refine the initial threading, cutting down longer hairs, plucking strays they missed, etc. I wish they did this without me asking and were a bit more thorough in general, but the shape is generally good and they're quick and inexpensive. Overall decent threading spot but still on the hunt for a great one. read more

They messed my eyebrows up they're two different shapes. The right one is more arched than the left one significantly. Then they told me my brows would be too thin if they fixed it. But I wasn't gonna let her come near my brows again anyways so I guess here I am..... I should've at least argued to not pay full price but I just wanted to leave so I could cry. read more

Went in bc it had good reviews and I was walking by. Told the girl working I wanted to keep my brows thick and just wanted a clean up. She BOTCHED my brows and then argued with me about it. Another person waiting looked at my face and confirmed what I was describing. She left to go to the place I recommended that's on South St. Owner was on the phone and nice but the damage was done. The thread bar staff did a great job with my eyebrows. New to the city I wanted to find a place that wouldn't have a long wait, and also affordable. I was able to make an appointment by calling them which was nice. The worker that took care of me was super nice and did a great job with my eyebrows. The place itself it's bigger than I expected, it has space for social distancing inside and the decor is also not bad. I saw the worker wipe the chair after another costumer was done, and she was also wearing her mask the entire time which was a bonus. Came in for eyebrow cleaning and asked for Sadia. Sadia is very sweet and nice. She does a wonderful job and alway asks if your eyebrow is okay or not to make sure you're happy with them before you make payment. Raj did my brows at the new Rittenhouse location and WOW I had no idea they could look this good!!! I've never had any arch or shape in my brow, but she created one that looked very natural on me. I was also concerned about getting them tinted and the color looking unnatural, but she carefully listened to me and nailed the color!! It was perfect!! I loved it so much she wrote down the exact dye shade/brand and amount of time that she left it applied so that next time I can ask for the same exact dye treatment.
