Horrible experience. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for over 15 years and I go to the daughter for the first time today and she continuously says how I'm not holding them right and just let go cus I wasn't helping. She is so loud, she will embarrass you in front of everyone else waiting. When I go to pay, she asks with her loud obnoxious voice if I would like to leave a tip. I really did not want to leave a tip because of her rude and aggressive behavior, but was forced to since shes so loud and everyone waiting stares at you. Will not be going back. There's plenty others who treat you better and do an even better job. read more

I was in the area and decided to give this place a try. I called to make sure that you didn't need an appointment and they said to come right in and took my name. When I walked in 20 minutes later they were expecting me and took me right away. I have had my eyebrows threaded many times but i have never had such a painless and fast experience.. and my eyebrows were extremely grown out. She joked that she had a blank canvas to work with because I had hair everywhere but not less than 1 minute after I sat down in the chair my eyebrows looked better than they ever had before. My sister had recently gotten her nose pierced here and I wouldn't recommend the service to anyone. The lady proceeded to call my sister a baby several times, despite her bleeding after the piercing which is not supposed to occur. To top it off, the lady called my sister a baby in front of other clients deliberately embarrassing her. This obviously upset me and I proceeded to calmly tell her that this was not proper etiquette behind running a business. The lady has raised her voice at me and said "So you're telling me how to run a business now?". Basically her daughter chimed in and said I was taking my "emotional frustration out on her mother." I love this place! She does my eyebrows exactly how I want them with very minimal pain. I recently moved to Maryland for school and I plan on still coming back here to get my eyebrows done because I have tried new places but nothing compares. I was the biggest fan of this place when I first moved to the Philly area because I'm very picky about who I let touch my eyebrows. I have very middle eastern eyebrows and I like them on the thicker side. Muskan did an amazing job for the first year I was going to her and I guess she just had an off day once but I left with one of my brows looking like it was sharpied in and the other looked fine. I was upset, said something but she didn't even acknowledge that she did anything wrong. I came back in another time because I figured she was just having an off day but she took a little patch off my other brow. At that point, I knew I was never going to step foot in there again. Her and her mom are the sweetest people ever, but I definitely won't be coming back in to get my eyebrows done again. If you have thin brows they will definitely do a great job but if you have thick brows or want to grow them out make sure you're extra cautious! read more

kinda disappointed in muskan brows. i went to her a few years back she did great with the lining and shape. but recently i've been keeping my eyebrows thick (which i preferred) i decided to give muskan brows a try again, before she even started i told her to keep them thick and she made them so thin it's unbelievable! now i have to go back to filling in my brows smh. if you like thick eyebrows do not go here. read more

Don't get your eye lashes done there. After 2-3 days half of the lashes fell off and I followed all of her instructions. I ended up having to go somewhere else to get them fixed. She also is over priced for her amateur work. Also I still don't understand why she had a fan blowing on my face while she had me laying there. Another experienced technicians said that a fan was not necessary. So think twice before you waste your money. I have before pics right after she finished and what they looked like 3 days later. A joke!!!! And when I called about them falling out she accused me of not following her instructions for why they fell out. I used a wash cloth on my face and blotted and never went near the lashes. But I learned the hard way. My lashes that were redone in PA lasted over 2 months before I had noticeable thinning. read more

Horrible. My daughter & I went in for eyebrow tinting and threading. She had booked thru Groupon. Both of us ended up with mismatched eyebrows and uneven tinting. Not something that can just be easily repaired as it's a semi perm dye on your face! Ugh. read more

Walked in like 5 months ago for the first time the younger owner did my brows did a great job they were even and full. She came off nice and laid back. Came there about a month later the day before I left for Atlanta on a Thursday and she botched one of them. I didn't say anything but I was pissed. She did say to make an appointment next time and I saw her answer the store phone so I just assumed the appointments were made over the phone. I told myself I'll come back once more and give her a third try. So I waited for almost three months for both of my brows to fully grow back and then I attempted to call her on the store number three times within the last three days to make an appointment and nobody answered the phone. I walked in today around 3:00 she was outside arguing with someone on the phone and then hung up when she saw me approach. I smiled at her saying hello and she immediately starting snapping on me about how I needed an appointment and when I tried explaining to her I called the store she kept speaking over me about how she doesn't have a receptionist and is so busy. I said I would leave then and she barked at me to get in the chair and stop wasting time. I was so shocked I barely said anything this entire time I couldn't get a word out! I just sat down. Mind you there was nobody in the shop nor has there ever been the two other times I came there. Reluctantly I let her do them while she was still snapping, even cursed at me about her getting stressed out and making an appointment online. she was done in 30 seconds. Guess what? Eyebrows botched! I didn't even give this lady an attitude I don't know what her problem is. I gave her the money and left. Will not be coming back. Like I said first time she did a great job and was very personable last two times she screwed them up which makes me think she did it purposely. I've never been rude to her so don't know what that's about. Next time you're arguing with people over the phone don't take it out on your customers. read more
