Rarely can this Walgreens fill my prescriptions in full. I am constantly charged the same price for a partial fill as I would be for a full fill. Now that I see this is a recurring issue at this location, I genuinely wonder if it is intentional. They also fail to report the fill correctly to my insurance company. As a result, the insurance company denies coverage for the remainder of the medication because Walgreens reports it as a "refill," even though they never provided the full prescription in the first place. For example, if I'm prescribed a 7-day course of antibiotics that should cost $5 with insurance, they will only give me 3 days' worth--still charging $5--and then I am forced to fight with the insurance company to get the remaining 4 days covered. This delay means I lose time between doses, which can make the medication less effective or not effective at all causing the medical issue to come back worse. Walgreens' suggested solution was that I pay the full cash price and use their $2 off a $100 prescription coupon, even though it should have cost me only $5 for a complete fill instead of $103 and wasting my time on three different runs to pickup the medication. They expected me to literally pay for their mistakes. They also refused to call the insurance company to correct their error and told me it was my problem. Days later the issue was finally resolved, but at the cost of my health. On top of that, the store has long lines, long wait times, and constant issues entering my insurance correctly. Despite all their problems, the staff has the AUDACITY tp frequently behave rudely. They don't consistently notify me when a prescription is ready, yet they will call me during the workday and rudely tell me I have four hours to pick it up or they will cancel the order. Final straw -They told me their system had flagged one of my medications for a drug interaction, but they claimed they couldn't see what the interaction was--so they removed the warning, gave me my medication, and basically said may the odds be ever in yoru favor. I reached out to my doctor's office, I had to wait for my doctor's office to inform me that taking the new prescription with my current medication could cause a cardiac event. read more

The WORST place to get prescriptions. Every time we go, it's an issue. Last month they decided to close at 7p even though in the drive thru window (after waiting an hour & they didn't have my prescription ready) that they TOLD me they closed at 9p. That's also what was online but that didn't matter when I showed up a minute before 7. They took two people ahead of me (that also arrived at 7) & one guy behind me who showed up about 10 after 7. Went the next day & the pharmacist apologized because the manager didn't want to help me since they'd have to call insurance & they needed to close. Twice I couldn't get my daughters prescription, another time they didn't have mine ready & told me to wait 30 minutes, said they'd text me. Mind you, I was already in line for 45 minutes & my doctor put in the order a few hours before I went to pick up. They didn't have it ready until THREE DAYS later!! Went in on a Friday, got the text on Monday. Today, a prescription was called in for us at 9a. Called to see if it was ready & they told us they "never got it". I placed an online order for pickup. During the online ordering process, I pressed the button to only shop for items that were "in stock." I purchased (1) 2 bottles of Tresemme shampoo (2) 1 pack of Scott toilet paper and (3) 2 bottles of Dove conditioner. After applying coupons and Walgreens rewards cash, the order totaled $11.32 and Walgreens immediately initiated a charge on my credit card. Approximately 30 minutes later, Walgreens sent me an email to advise that "Your order is delayed." Approximately 40 minutes later, Walgreens sent me an email to advise that they made an adjustment. They canceled the 2 bottles of Tresemme shampoo because they were out of stock and they updated the order total to $3.52 (after applying coupons and Walgreens rewards cash). First, Walgreens canceled items, but failed to update the pending charge on my credit card, which was still $11.32. Second, when I placed the online order, I enabled the button for "in stock" items only, so this never should have happened. When I picked up the item from the store, the Walgreens associate handed me a bag. The outside of the bag had my name and order number on it. (The Walgreens associate was not wearing a name tag, but was an young African American woman with long, frizzy hair). However, inside the bag was a completely different order. It contained an empty gift bag with white tissue paper, ear wax removal kit, deodorants, Dove body wash, and many other items. The dollar value of this order was much greater than my own order and I could have just taken it and walked off. Instead, I honestly told the Walgreens associate that they packed the order incorrectly. Frankly, I was astonished on their complete incompetence in their packing of the order. How do you confuse toilet paper with ear wax removal kits? Not a single item that I ordered was in there! The Walgreens associate seemed confused and tried to convince me this was my order. I explained to her that it was not correct and she finally conceded to looking up my order. She then left and passed the buck to a different Walgreens associate. I was left standing for a very long time at the photo counter with no one helping me. Since no one was helping me, I proceeded to locate the items in my order myself. I immediately found the toilet paper which was right next to the front door. I am not sure why they were taking so long and still did not locate it. I then proceeded to locate the Dove shampoo. There I spoke to another Walgreens associate and advised I was trying to fill my online order. (This Walgreens associate was a shorter African American woman with her hair tied in a pony tail). She looked up my order and attempted to find the Tresemme shampoo. I advised her that Walgreens already adjusted my order to exclude the Tresemme shampoo and they sent me an email about the adjustment, with the adjusted bar code. She then advised me that the Dove conditioner was also out-of-stock. Seriously? Again, when I placed the order, I pressed the "in stock" items only. On the shelf there were 2 bottles of Dove conditioner which were the same price and fluid ounces as what I paid for in my order. The Walgreens associate then discontinued helping me and advised she was going to help another customer. Really? I waited a long time and when she never returned, I brought the 2 bottles of Dove to the first Walgreens associate. As soon as I did, the second Walgreens associate finally returned and advised that I would have to cancel the entire order and re-run it. My concern was that my original order utilized rewards and coupon which would not be returned in time to apply to an in-store order. The shorter associate was unrelenting and unapologetic for all their mistakes. Shen then threw shade at me saying, "There are no open orders.", as if I am making up this order. Ridiculous! I have the email order confirmations and charge on my credit card (which is still showing on my credit card despite not receiving a single product from Walgreens)! Wasted 40 minutes in that store for nothing! Now I have to dispute the credit card charge still showing on my account. Had a nightmare to get Covid shot here. Took over an hour!!! And I had an appointment!! So what's the purpose of the scheduling system if you cannot honor the booked timeslot?! Won't come again. Switch to CVS and have better experience there. read more

Honestly... Walgreens fell flat. They use to be really good. That was the reason why I left CVS. Prior to Covid they already were falling, so they can't blame that. Kafka's Drugstore. I am miserable, somewhat fluey, coughing my brains out. Get there, give scripts to the pharmacy tech, get told wait is 2 hours. Get told the drug doesn't exist. (This is after doctor called pharmacy to ensure it was there.) Health is miserable. Coughing doesn't stop. Some wise-ass bitchy female customer makes a snide comment about how I shouldn't be in public while sick. I start cursing at the woman. Some old guy comes up to try and defend this woman's "honor." I tell him to go to hell. Vocal fight ensues. I'm still sick. Miserably, terribly, awfully sick. Beg pharmacy to call doctor again. Get doctor's answering service. Pharmacy tech finally realizes they have the drug. I get drugs and GTFO. I hated everything here. I hope a meteor falls on the place. read more

This Walgreen's is absolutely out of my way, but I continue to go back because of how phenomenal their pharmacists (and quite fun frankly the rest of their staff) are. Prices are good, the store is clean, they offer drive thru for the pharmacy, and again the staff is great. I will keep going back! read more

I just called this place to set up my prescription and this woman named Sabita was rushing me off the phone multiple times. Very rude and lack of good customer service. I know I'm not calling the Ritz-Carlton (look them up and their customer service) but basic phone etiquette is all you need. Way to work with people Sabita. read more
